Let me start by saying that this center is beautiful, and very well administrated. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly in a timely fashion. They took all safety precautions, and took care of each and every patient in a controlled and safe setting. This isn’t easy during these times and this team did it. I was lucky enough to get vaccinated here and both Dr. Martinez and his medical assistant were amazing in the explanation and the administering of the vaccine, both in explaining the importance of the vaccination, as well as the possible side effects, and how to care for myself if I did in fact experience any symptoms. Explanations and care were provided in both Spanish and English, and the staff provided a warm and friendly environment in a seriously large undertaking. They controlled the amount of patients at all times, adhering to all social distancing protocols and checked in on us in after the injections to make sure we were okay. I wish I could give them more stars.

Elizabeth Vazquez Is Thee Best! She politely listens to all your needs, greets you the moment she sees you, welcomes you as if your life depends on her and the list goes on. She’s so full of joy and just thee best doctor you would ever have. She deserves a raise pronto. Always assists you with the best solution.

Went in for the vaccine. I only waited 10 minutes before being attended by the nurse. Doctor and nurse staff are kind and thorough. Nurse administrating vaccine was incredibly gentle and quick.

This place is very safe and professional. They are very friendly and attend you quickly. They can speak in english and spanish. If you want to get vaccinated here, I highly recommend it. I have gotten a reaction to another vaccine so i was worried but they made sure I would be ok and gave me a timer to make sure I didnt get a reaction before i leave. They really do care here, best place ever.

I’ve been sitting in the lobby for more then two hours for a medical clearance which I had labs done elsewhere because after coming 3 times I left and got tired of waiting. I had to go somewhere else to do labs when I should have had them done here. Now one of the nurse literally laughed when I said I’ve been waiting more then two hours! I’ve never felt more disrespected. Why in the world would you come to a place that’s suppose to care for patients and instead has a lot of rude angry people working. Today is my last day at this center. I refuse to let them charge my insurance for such horrible service. Everyone please beware 😔

Ask yourself this...do you want to go to a clinic that can’t even answer the phone when you call? And after 3 or 4 tries, and they finally do answer, you’re on hold for 20 minutes? The place is a madhouse. And you’d better speak Spanish.

I have had three surgeries ( Lumps in the breast area) with there surgeon. The last one being Dec.26,2017 from an infection from the second surgery; when I wasnt properly closed back up right. I was flat out told to come back in a week to remove stitches. Get home and look there are no stitches to remove. I am permanently scarred. And have not received my results from the second surgery. I have had cervical cancer.( caught on time) had a checkup last year again no results yet. I went to the specialist got them myself never told my Pcp. still waiting for them to get it. Every surgery was a problem cause of referral department. On day of surgery waiting for them. I drive far for specialist to get there and again no referrals. My Pcp asked me one day why I was having surgery, mind you she said I needed it, scared me so bad. They never answer, your on hold for ridiculous amount of time. My PCP IS SWEET PERSON, but they need to do better cause these are our lives in your hands.

This place is horrible!! There is no care. Its just a soulless money making operation. They will lie to you about anything and everything. If you go here you are nuts. Actually if you go here twice youre nuts. Anyone can make a mistake like I did not listening to the other reviews.....

The doctors are good , the nurses are good, the customer service is good, the patient transportation is really good, but when it comes to the referal departments the employees are very, very unresponsible they ars slow a do not follow priorities.
