I have being a patient of Dr,Luisa Lopez for years now.i have nothing, but the best to say about her and the staff. They are always prompt with calls, bills, meds and test. Dr, López is on the ball. I absolutely love the whole team. I wish there were more Dr. offices like this one. I will continue to see her, as long as possible. Keep up the good work. 👍🏽👍🏽

I would like to thank Dr Lopez and her staff for always being caring with myself and my family. Dr Lopez always takes her time with every patient, even those who do not appreciate her services. As a patient whos sat in the waiting area for my services, I have heard patients complain about paying their co-payments and wanting to be seen for free, I have heard patients complain about the wait time but those are the same patients who take their time in the room with the doctor. I have witnessed patients make an appointment for a physical and add sick visits. As a patient, I appreciate this doctors office; you cant find a doctor more diligent than her. In my opinion, her staff is amazing, knowledgeable, caring. If you dont like this office, find another doctor.

Im not sure what people expect from doctor offices now a days but I have always had superb service from Dr. Lopez Luciano. Her no BS character is honest and commendable unlike other doctors who seem to take advantage of the system. Not only has she always been spot on with my symptoms but she has given me sound advice (given the allotted time she dedicates to each patient) with each visit. Dr. Lopez Luciano has my highest recommendation.

Great doctor....Yes, the waiting time is long but worth it. I prefer a doctor that takes time with the patient than a drive- thru doctor. She has been my primary care physician for several years (10 +) and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue Dr. Lopez-Luciano Luisa and her staff are the best.

The waiting time is ridiculous. The staff without professionalism. On March 6, 2019, the staff of this office humiliated me in front of 5 to 6 other people that were waiting like me. They humiliated me and denied me my rights of medical attention. According to them, I owed $ 50.00 for two appointments I had and I was missing, since the beginning of 2018, which they never sent me a payment or something similar. They shouted at me if you DO NOT PAY, the doctor will not take care of you. I asked to see the doctor and this request was denied, I asked to speak with a supervisor and the same answer was given to me, you could wait as long as I wanted.Medical provider should be more careful when they hire their personal. They are very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude.

The doctor is nice but this office and building is terrible. Let’s begin, no parking, you will be circling the office for a while until you find parking! On top of that they book about 10 people for the same appointment time so they make you wait 3 hours! Here’s the deal, my time is also valuable and I don’t think it is OK to wait 3 hours for a simple routine check. On top of that when I asked how long would I have to wait, explained i always wait two hours and I couldn’t wait two hours today the receptionist just smirked... this is a doctors office! Really terrible service. Doctors get paid, patients are also customers!

The worst Drs office Ive ever been to. 1st they charge for a visit that shouldnt have been charged instead of taking the time to call and confirm my insurance. Then for a follow up preventative visit for results I had to wait 2 hours and just decided to leave as I dont have 2 hours to wait and waste. In my life I have never experienced such slack at a Drs Office visit. I will be looking for a new Dr. HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS OFFICE. The Worse Doctor in Florida! Possibly even Nation Wide. My Wife has had a ridiculously high heart rate. It even reached 191bpm. This Doctor instead of running a simple blood test. Sent for an Allergy panel. When the Results came back. She said that the symptoms my Wife is experiencing are Food, and Allergy related. When my Wife argued that she was wrong. Dr. Lopez - Luiciano said You will excuse me. But I see this all the time. After what felt like an eternity with my Wife waking up in the morning with her heart rate over 170bpm. We ended up having to go to the ER since the Tachycardia was out of control. They ran blood work, and turns out it all had to do with her Thyroid. It all could have been avoided if our Doctor would have listened, and done her Job as a Physician. We are still fighting to make my Wife better. This Doctor, and her Staff have done nothing to help us. In fact after we informed them of what happened, and there missed diagnosis. They have only tried to cover them selves. I am now convinced that you can come to this Doctor with a Gun Shot Wound, and she will tell you that you need Diet, and exercise.

She is very attentive and always listens to my concerns, I never feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable!

The wait time for this unprofessional doctor is ridiculous! After you wait in the small lobby for 2-3 hours (not exaggerating) she comes in the room and only wants to spend 10-15 minutes with you. I expressed to her and her assistant that I came for multiple symptoms and needed to know the cause of the pain I was feeling. She stated “I only treat one symptom per day, per visit, per patient” she stated she had “a full office and could not spend an hour with me” (side note: I’m a self- pay patient… this was only my second visit) I was baffled by her response! Of course, I would never go back to this doctor. My advice, save yourself the torment and find a more professional doctor.

A family doctor that truly dedicates her time to her patients, with understanding and care. Will not dispatch you without completely treating your illness.

Dr. Luciano is an excellent Doctor with fantastic work ethics I highly recommend her. Been a patient of hers for st least 8 years .

Zero Stars! The wait time for this doctor is very unreasonable. This is not the first, or the second, nor the third time that my appointment time was over extended, but it is the LAST TIME, as I have no more patience with this doctor or her unprofessionalism. If you do not have anything else to do with your time besides go to the doctors office and wait, then Dr. Lopez-Luciano is the perfect fit for you.Because of the long waits when I do make appointments I make sure to tell them to schedule me first thing in the morning. I get there and I am waiting literally 2.5 hours. Today was the final straw, I decided to walk out because the doctor was still no where in site and signs of me being seen was no where near. I refuse to continue to have this lady (Dr. Lopez-Luciano) bill my insurance company for her unprofessionalism. BTW, when she finally sees you, YOU ARE RUSHED and shes with you no more than 5 minutes. So why the long wait times!!! Close does not mean convenient so I am going to find a more professional doctor.

The doctor is excellent and thorough. The only thing I did not like is one of the front desk staff and the wait time.

Not accomadating at all for patients in n pain.

Very caring about the Homestead community

The divine clinic in homestead, the wait is very long because, they will wing 7:00 in the morning and it is 12:00 noon and they do not attend as it should be, what they serve is to model, as a tourist and do not solve medical insurance. After the wait you have to call the insurance because it does not cover you. Think before you go because none of the nurses are there. No professionals should call should call the office more close, to accede that there are professionals who attend them as we deserve, as the hours pass and they have us watching the TV.
