This has been my Dr. for the past 15 years. Every time I need to see her I can only get an appt. 3 weeks down the road. Virtual doesnt help as the last time I had a virtual the Doc was 45 minutes late. Also, there is no follow up with the patients and the staff which for the exception of 1 are all relatively new, cant give a straight answer, they just kick the can. I would give her no stars if that was possible. She had me on a prescription med to sleep which was highly addictive, and I had to quit cold turkey spending over 1 week with no sleep whatsoever, and the response after calling every day for a week and being told that the problem was with the pharmacist, I was then told by one of her staff members that the last prescription she gave me was a courtesy and nothing was called in. She actually did me a favor because at least now, I can sleep without help. But, how is it a courtesy when she is my PCP and didnt even tell me. So upsetting. Do yourself a favor, find another doctor.

Excellent doctor who listens to her patients concerns. Staff is polite and efficient. Hands down the best practice ever.

Dr Lopez is a one of a kind physician .She cares deeply about her patients ♥. She is compassionate , likes to listen and always goes the extra mile to help .All her patients love her , always makes you feel special and loved 😍. I have gone to this doctor for years. She is overworked but she is a good doctor unfortunately a lot of things get dropped due to her supporting staff. Her receptionist answering the phone needs a course on manners and dealing with the public. Called to ask about a problem with a prescription that has not been filled due to an error and immediately jumps to conclusion that I am calling about a prescription that has ran out last minute and gets rude and defensive. This wasnt the case and I hope she learns empathy and manners.

Make sure you take your questions and she will try her best to answer them for you. She will offer you alternatives as well and to be honest, she is honest.
