His office might be old and his staff may not be the nicest but he is amazing. Had my first baby with him naturally without any medications couldnt of done it without him talking me through it.

Never again, his office staff was so unprofessional and he was so dismisive about my concerns. He had me show up to Kendall Baptist hospital for a cleaning as he was sure Id pass my unviable pregnancy just to discover with another doctor who wanted to double check before he arrived that my baby was fine!

Dr. Augustus is the best !!!!! I wasn’t pushing and my baby was stuck and had emergency c-section and he was very professional. The surgery was great with no problems. I love this doctor I would only recommend him and would never change him unless he retires !

Im not sure what is up with the negative reviews. Dr. Augustus has been my OB/GYN for 10 years now and I havent had the slightest issue. Dr. Augustus is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and deals with patients on a personal level. I much rather prefer someone that treats me like a person rather than a number. The staff is attentive and gets things done. Again, I have NEVER had an issue. Sylvia is great and handles any and everything I need in a timely manner. I guess you cant please everybody.

Excellent doctor, but what really surprised me is that office has been closed without notify the patients, leaving no number in order to retrieve the files. At this point is a very unprofessional situation. 😥

I always go there he is very professional, funny, and caring. He did my csection too and was a sucess. I trust him and his staff is friendly and straight forward.

I went to dr.augustus for an annual check up, the staff tried to give me my test results over the phone which violates hippa I was told I had a co-pay and when I arrived at the office the receptiontist didNot take my payment she never asked me for it. I spent more time in the waiting room then actually talking to the doctor, did not answer my questions at all

Called to get information from previous pregnancy and to my luck they dont have it! how in the heck does a So called professional place not have my records!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!! On top of this the workers are what you call GHETTO!!! Sad!! I will do Doctor Sha anytime over this guy!!

Dr. Augustus is 1 of the best I cant complain staff is always on task with everything.

Quick appts but do not keep promises. Office is a lil dirty. Also i repeatedly told dr. I wanted my tubes tied, even signed paperwork before & on hospital. Then on delivery date it was not done. Dr. then promised he would on a later date. I scheduled appt then he lied & said to call back. Front desk said to find another dr. Liers & untrustworthy. Do not recommend

TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. No professionalism. Rude, lazy and disrespectful staff. I paid $20 for FMLA to be filled out and faxed to my job. 2 weeks went by, and nothing was done. Sylvia McKnight should be fired, all you will receive is attitude and no answers. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere.
