Prior to today’s visit I had the best of opinions about her office and services. I had to wait for more than a month to get an appointment with Jany. When I get to the office almost 30 minutes before the appointment time, there were easily more than 10 patients packed in her small reception. There are not enough chairs and to top it off, you can’t even use the phone to entertain while you wait because there is no signal. Many patients who were there had no sense on when they will be seen. Some were complaining already about waiting for more than 40 minutes passed their appointment time with no info yet. Many decided to leave all together like my wife and i did today after waiting for a long time. The staff is like no one is there. There is no sensibility to those waiting nor good mitigation of covid risk to say the least. There is no respect to patients who had to wait more than a month and sacrifice time from work to spend an entire half a day wait at the office too. Quiet honest, Jany May be a good Doctor but she is not the only one in this town. I am very disappointed.

You will wait forever. Shes only in the office on Fridays so you will wait at least an hour or more past your appointment. Horrible place took more than a month for biopsy report. Do not recommend

The front personnel was horrible kept telling me that she couldnt find my insurance anywhere. Rude kept telling me to sit down . I called customer service and they helped her. She sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Now heres Saturday and no one is working and my daughter has no medicine. This is unacceptable 😤

Dont Judge Dr. Sanchez on her current 1.9 rating on google. Shes been my Dermatologist for the past 9 years. Yes her office is very busy, cause shes the best in town and everyone knows it. Shes very sweet and Im sure she would love to spend the whole day just talking about just about everything but I dont see how thats possible with such a busy office. If you go see Dr. Sanchez be prepared to tell her everything you need worked on and shell happily attend to you. Ive noticed that her emotions are very reflective, so those people who commented that shes moody is most likely cause they went in to her office with a bad attitude to begin with shes a Dermatologist not a counselor. When you have such a busy office you have to manage your time wisely and be as efficient as possible.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews of staff and doctor. I have no complaints of either. Yea, there is a bit of a wait and yea they send you into a second waiting room but service for us was professional and kind. The appointment was for my 18 year old son and now I’m taking my 14 year old daughter

Busy office that is handled very efficiently. Very pretty office too. Dr Jany Sanchez is very nice. Listened to all my concerns and didn’t waste time addressing them. I Will be coming back.

Dr. Sanchez is amazing! She has been there for me since 2007. Dr. Sanchez is very knowledabe & caring! I highly recommend her, her and her staff make you feel welcome!

After waiting/standing over an hour because their waiting room was PACKED, I was called in to sit in a second waiting room, which also full of people. I left.

VERY BAD ATTITUDE OF THE DOCTOR, ONLY DID A PRESCRIPTION IN 2 MINUTES AND THATS IT ALL , DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This lady should NOT be in her line of service. She has absolutely horrible people skills, zero compassion and NO patience. I walking in to have a birthmark that has expanded in width and a mass growth underneath it looked at. First of all there were about half a dozen people in the waiting room scheduled to see Dr. Sanchez at 2pm. There was an hour and a half wait before sent to a second waiting room. Once sent to an examination room, without a greeting and before I walked into the exam room she asked, what could she help me with. Before I could finish explaining what I was there for she asked to see it. She glanced at it for a split of a second and said its benign thats nothing and this is where my consultation really went south. I asked Dr. Sanchez to please explain what it was, to which she responded: it would take too much of her time to explain to me what this was. It would be faster if she cut it out and biopsy it to prove to me shes right (Im an uninsured paying customer/patient) she followed by quoting me how much it would cost me to have this biopsied and to ask for payment right away. I continued to ask for a little more detail and/or explanation as to how she knew this was nothing to worry about, to which she responded I have been doing this for 20yrs, thats how I know. I continued to ask for more detail and after about my fourth attempt at being nice and her repeating that it would take too much of her time to explain I was forced to remind her I had just paid for her time ($125 as a matter of fact, Im uninsured) at which point she began to stumble on her words and stormed out..... On my way out I saw 2 other patients in the lobby complaining about the same type of treatment. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!! Find someone else!!

A beautiful waiting room that you will spend forever waiting in. The office staff is rude and the doctor is horrible. There is nothing welcoming about her. She makes you feel like you are wasting her time and will not explain anything to you. For real health care go somewhere else.

Office staff very accommodatingDr Sanchez used care and courtesy when I was experiencing a skin biopsy and the upmost care with the results.

Tried to make an appointment but was left on hold for 15 minutes...I guess they dont need my custom. Business in Homestead need to realize they will have competition as everything develops, so they should care.

I called to make an appointment new patient and I pay cash. I ask the lady if she can fax me the paperwork and she was very rude telling me that they can not do that I was wonder what kind of scam they doing it. The price is 125 so is pretty good but I do not trust.

I have Actinic Keratosis in my tophead and she spray only one time with liquid nitrogen frezzer on Dec 7, 2018 and 5 days after I have the same keratosis. Wasting money and time

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I asked for an appointment in Homestead and they made it at the Miami office. I called to confirm my appointment and they canceled me without notice. Staff is rude and unprofessional!

I just called she didnt even answer she just put me on hold by the time she got back she just said hello Im like is this a doctor office she said yes.....Im thinking can u greet me with something but she just asked if Im a new patient and my insurance.....now I look them up under my provider and she says they dont take my insurance......but Im still looking at the 3 doctors on my reffereal list and shes one of them.....bad service from the get go ....dont do it!!!!!!!

Horrible communication skills. The receptionists have no clue what they are doing and get frustrated at the patients. Very stressful do not go here.

Worst waiting time ever.... apointment was at 1pm and did not see the dr. Until 2:06 . And then she spent five minutes with me.

Just called this office...I asked about a cyst removal on my forehead..The person on the phone said..we dont do that...what kind of Dermatologist doesnt remove a cyst and then hangs up on you

I will only give this place a one star because they were inside attending people and they actually talked but other than that no the service was horrible the waiting time was ridiculous there were a lot of people not being attended to I feel very uncomfortable being there and I was ignored several times I would give this place zero stars but like I put one star becauseAt least people were working there even though they weren’t doing much of anything

Too many people in line and too many people waiting. They tell me that it is in order of appointment and it was 3:10 pm and my appointment was 3:30 pm and there were about 25 people waiting, are they going to tell me that in 20 minutes they would attend all those people? That is 1 person per minute. The worst with COVID as it is and so many people in that office is crazy.
