Had our first appointment this week. I can say each person we spoke with was very positive, polite, and you can definitely tell this is a pediatric dentist office. Dr. Ashlee was pleasant and very thorough. She didn’t push to add on extra unnecessary procedures that most dentists do. Her hygienist wasAwesome! She took the time to not only explain to me, but to my daughter why certain foods/dental hygiene practices are healthy, and explained what she was doing each step of the way. We have a couple more kids to bring in along with a procedure or two to complete. I hope the upcoming visits are just as good or even better than this one was!

The doctors and nurses were great. They treated my son and myself with great respect and care. I arrived with my 4 month old son, and the hospital policy wouldn’t allow me to bring him in. So, I had to find child care and rush back home which was an hour away. The doctor understood my situation and worked with me. So, even though we were late they still treated us with care and respect. A great facility to bring your children for his/her dental needs.

My son recently had a mouth injury and I was apprehensive about seeking urgent dental care due to his complex medical and behavioral complications (seizures and high support needs Autism). I didn’t need to be!From scheduling appointments, a procedure, and follow ups the entire experience was very positive. My son was treated respectfully, with care and comfort in mind and this was the first office (medical or dental) that I have been to where I felt they kept in mind the whole child- psychological and physical. My husband took my son to one of the appointments and said he really liked them as well.I cannot strongly recommend them enough!

Surfside kids is amazing I recommend it to everyone. There clean and are amazing with kids. Dr Adam is also amazing with kids who are special needs. This is the only dentist office that my special needs son has had no issues with or ended in a total meltdown.

The visit with my 2 kiddos was super easy and quick. The kids actually enjoyed going! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. They sat and talked with me on some action plans and preventive things too. Fantastic care and experience!

It was my sons first dental appointment so I had no idea what to expect when coming in. The front desk ladies are SO NICE and engaged with my 18 month old. When going back the I’m guessing dental assistant answered any question I might have and gave me good tips on how to clean a toddlers mouth correctly. I’m so happy I went with surf side kids as our dental office.

Absolutely great dental care, from the front desk staff who are super friendly and made my daughter feel welcome, to the dental hygienist who cleaned her teeth and made her comfortable, to the dentist who explained every step of her dental treatment and even the billing clerk who was very nice and even gave me a much lower price than our last dentist. the facility was clean and took precautionary measures to make sure health and safety during covid was a priority. overall this is the BEST clinic for childrens dentistry Ive seen. this is not the old mom and dad dentist you remember they make coming to see the dentist a pleasing experience for parents and kids.

The most informative and kind staff. Answered all of our questions. Our daughter loved them. Staying with them permanently.

My daughter is normally a patient at Advent dental but they could not see her for an EMERGENCY VISIT, until within a couple months for a possible abscess(not acceptable ). So I decided to call around and boom Surfside was able to get her in the next day and needed the pull her tooth, since it was a stubborn baby tooth. Even though my daughter said it hurt she was begging to come back as a normal patient. The staff was amazing! From the phone call, to check in and up until we met the assistants and Dr. I cannot wait to bring both my kids back!

Being the first visit for my son and I at Surfside Kids Pediatric Dentistry was best experience ever. I love how the Doctor explained everything to me at her best professionally. The staffs are kind and so friendly and this made us happy. The good part is they are so apologetic incase you have to wait some minutes longer before the Doctor attends to you. Am happy my son got a referral there.

Absolutely love this office. My 5 yr old was scared to go to the dentist. But as soon as we walked into the office and heard Disney playing and the receptionist was friendly, she immediately opened up. The visit was quick, thorough and great. Definitely would recommend.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating! The went above and beyond for our childs appointment. It was a super positive experience for us!

The receptionist, Candace went over and beyond to help me and my 5 year old. She helped me with insurance information that I wasnt aware of and even gave me an easier way of getting it taken care of to make things easier for me when she didnt have to. Her level of kindness isnt something Im used to seeing in most places of public service these days. Candace was very busy but made time to even give my daughter crayons and coloring pages. She didnt make us feel rushed in the slightest. I made sure to tell her how much her kindness meant to me and she replied with of course, thats who she is as a person because you never know what someone may be going through. After her saying that, I teared up because this young lady had no idea that she made my day as soon as I walked through the door simply asking was I ok from being out of breath. Candace also didnt know that my daughter and I had to say goodbye to her older brother just a few days prior, that my mother is currently going through her second round of Chemo, and a few other crazy things life throws at you sometimes. The Dentist, Ashlee... was not kind.Thankfully, my daughter had a friendly dental hygienist named Rachel who made my daughter smile and laugh the entire visit. Thank you Candace and Rachel. Youre kindness is noticed and appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and there wasn’t a long wait from check in to the exam. They communicated everything they were doing with my daughter as well as tips to keep her in the cavity free club! Would recommend to anyone!

Every time I take my daughter to the dentist it’s always a wonderful experience from the time we enter until the time we leave. The dental assistant and dentist always informs me and gives me the floor to ask any questions or concerns I may have.

I would like to thank everyone(starting with the ladies at the reception desk to the hygienes and the dentist herself) for their help to make my 3 year old feel comfortable when she was so afraid and nervous during her first visit to the dentist office.

I appreciate being in and out. My kids appointments start on time, I’m able to schedule them same day, back to back, and they are seen in the same room. I also like their set up for Covid-19. You wait in the car and they call you when they’re ready for you. Sometimes making appointments can be a pain when you can’t get through right away. But the times I had to leave a message, I received a call back.

Wonderful staff and the dentist is always so great with my children. The environment ris really welcoming to children and mine love it.

This place is awesome. I took my 7 year old grandson for his first dentist visit to surfside, he was pretty scared and afraid of the unknown, from the moment we walked in till we left, we endured nothing but positive vibes from the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. His fear disappeared very quickly and was taken care off in a timely manner. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Rude receptionist. Grandson Appt was at 7:20 we call from parking lot and was told to come in when got in the receptionist said he was late and would not be seen due to 15 minutes guidelines well if she had signed us in he would’ve never been late. Then just leaves us in hallway standing there . This was very unprofessional in front of child. Dr. Adam needs to put his receptionist in place. She was rude to another parent also.

My son loved it here and so did I! You wouldnt know you was in a dentist office (peds or adults) Not to mention how sweet & comforting & fun all the employees were! My son definitely left his nervousness at the door. To hear all the ladies cutting up to make the kids laugh & feel comfortable warmed my heart ❤ thats priceless especially these days! I thank them for going above & beyond in what they do. Not to mention their awesome decor! My son loved sitting in the Beatle bug car! I PROMISE you that it will be really really hard to find another place like this one!

Awesome experience! Took my daughter here for her first dentist appt. Staff was super friendly and the place was really clean. They were also constantly cleaning/wiping down and didn’t have more than 2 families in the waiting room at once.

I have already reviewed a few months ago but I have to say how amazing this place is with my son. They are always super nice and they explain everything to him. He one the cavity free kid for the mo th of June and got an awesome lego set. They have been taking extra precautions for the virus and they make sure everyone is comfortable!! Thank you Surfside Kids for making my son fear the dentist a little less every time we come in!

The staff is amazing. My daughter is terrified of needles but had to have fill ins done, they got it past her without her ever seeing it or knowing it was there. They kept her happy and smiling the whole time. Will recommend to anyone with a child!

They treat the boys extra special because of their differences, and the boys seem to really like being there. These people are my heroes in a situation that would normally make my grandsons freak out, they make them feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was so kind and gentle with my 1 year old, who was having a complete meltdown. They tried their best to cheer her up with stickers and a ball. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this place!!! My son has never seen a dentist and went to his first appointment here. From the minute we walked in the door, we were welcomed into a kid oriented place! My son never felt scared, nor nervous about being there! So glad we chose this Dentist!

Initially I was asked to walk in. The receptionist took me and my sons temp and told us to wait in the car because one other patient with his parent/guardian was in the waiting room which is fine however I was there a week ago in the same location and was able to sit in the waiting room with another boy and his parent/guardian with my child. I asked about this change within a week and I was told there is supposed to only be one patient at a time in the lobby for the past few months. I wish everyone would get on the same page so it doesnt feel as if rules are being made as you they along. The lady who I called and spoke to continued to interrupt me while expressing other concerns.

Love going to to Surfside. Staff is so friendly. My kids love it. They are so good with kids of all ages. Even my 1.5 yo enjoys it. We have been to the Hinesville and Richmond Hill location and both are super clean.

I have a autistic 3 year old who is terrified by change! They took him right in and showed him so much love. It’s hard to find people that he automatically feels comfortable with, but the whole crew made him feel right at home. Best experience yet!

My son LOVED Dr. Adam. He was so amazed at his skate shoes and that he posted a YouTube video. The doctor was so patient with him and was very informative. He made us feel at ease about the upcoming procedure. We waited about 40 minutes in front but we didnt mind because they were cleaning everything extra because of Covid and kept us informed.

This place is geared towards children and children only. That’s what I love! My girls love this place!!

Highly highly recommend this dentist for kids! My 6 year old needed some pretty extensive work done & he is an extremely nervous kid! They did SO good with him, he had NO idea he got numbing shots absolutely NO idea, he had no idea he had his teeth drilled, & he had no idea that he had a tooth pulled until we got home & he looked in the mirror! We will continue to go to them until we no longer reside here that’s for sure! Both this location & the Richmond hill location are absolute AMAZING!

Love Surfside for kids. My children (ages 6, 9, 10) have had significant dental work done prior, and a few times were very traumatic. Our first visit they were extremely nervous and distrusting. I had mentally prepared myself the night before for this trip. The staff, hygienist, dentist, front staff, to the staff behind the scenes were amazing. I have never met people that have patience of a god. They got on their levels, explained and demonstrated everything, talked to them like a friend and earned their trust before proceeding. My oldest son could not figure out how to clinch the piece to take pictures of his teeth - it took literally 20 takes. He was embarrassed, I was frustrated and she never once showed frustration, made him laugh, encouraged him& eventually got it. The dentist arrived on skates, very thorough and explained everything. I needed copies of receipts, left a message and they had it emailed to me within minutes.Can’t say enough.

The staff was friendly and interacted with my children. Covid precautions were in place and followed strictly. This was our first appointment but we were highly satisfied and my kids little sister and stepbrother will be going for their first appointments soon.

Both kids were very nervous/scared to see the Dentist. The hygienist was patient and explained everything to them as she was cleaning. Both kids ended up needing dental work done. Hygienist and Dentist wanted to make sure the kids have a great experience. We tried in office with nitrous but my kids wouldn’t cooperate completely so the Dentist suggested a hospital visit with anesthesia. Hospital visit was scheduled quickly (after insurance approval) and went great. Highly recommend Surfside Kids!

First appointment for my son (1yrs old) and it was great and I anticipated it to be great just from the phone call I made to schedule! Dr. Ashley was so kind and super informative with our options for my sons upper lip tie. It was just nice to be able to ask a question, and get a thorough answer. (Haven’t has the best experience with other drs in the area doing this, which is why I bring it up lol)The front desk staff and dental hygienist were also stellar! I recommend this place to anyone who asks!
