I feel that Smile Studio of Henderson cares about their customers. I ask questions and either the Dentist or Staff take the time to answer me without attitude. I feel that my Dentist is very straightforward she lets me know what exactly is going on every visit. I’m glad my co-worker told me about Smile Studio if Henderson. Great job 👏

If I could give this dentist 10 stars I would… I had a tooth in the front that was chipped bad almost half of the tooth gone…. I had literally been to 3 different dentist in the last couple of years to get it fixed and everyone either wanted to do a root canal or remove the tooth because they said they couldn’t save it…. Which was not a option for me because it was my front tooth… I found this dentist online and literally on my first visit Dr. Tina was able to fix that tooth without doing a root canal, just from fillings… You can not even tell the condition that the tooth was in unless you knew before….When she gave me the mirror I literally cried I was so happy to have my smile back…. I still have more work to get done but I am very satisfied with this dentist…. Highly recommend… And the staff was very friendly and helpful as well which is always a plus…

I recently went to Smile Studio of Henderson with Dr. Gupta. It had been some time that I’d been seen by a dentist and I was a bit nervous. Dr. Gupta and her staff made my dental visit go so smooth that I enjoyed having my teeth feel a whole lot better. I got an SRP done and some fillings. Dr. Gupta and Verónica worked on me and they both made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. The staff explains everything going on at all times and they actually care. They even educate you in dental hygiene and help you understand more. Dr. Gupta and her team are just simply the best! They are so passionate and professional with what they do. I have been going to Dr. Gupta for the past 2 years and the service is nothing but exceptional. The doctors and staff were so kind. This last time I had a lot of work done and they were very professional to make sure that I was comfortable. This doctor has always been very kind and keeps me informed of what is happening next. I may have been in the office for 3 and half hours, but I am very greatful to know that at the end of the day I will have a full mouth of teeth and and an affordable rate.

Smile Studio of Henderson is the best! Dr. Gupta is by far the best dentist Ive been too. I was so nervous and she was great talking me through the procedure. I felt comfortable and at home, and liked how there were no surprises. Veronica did a great job explaining everything, and Dr. Gupta make me laugh throughout my appointment. Ok here we go....Just left the office --- Dr. Gupta and her staff were amazing. I had two molars removed one which was broken at the gum line the other had been giving me problems since the Covid mess started. She literally had two teeth extracted and I was on my way 45 min after the xray. I recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone who has had a bad experience with dental procedures in the past - or if you want to see a Dr. that has a fine tuned staff and makes things happen in a way that is practiced and understood by all her Staff. Two hours ago I had two molars removed Two penn vk 500 and 400 mg Ibuprofen and I feel great.In short Smile Studio of Henderson Rocks !

Not professional at all. Got charged $50 because they claimed I canceled an appointment at the last minute but I have the messages to prove otherwise. There wasn’t any type of compromise what so ever and it seemed like they just wanted me off the phone rather than to help me solve my problem.

My experience at Smile Studio was nothing but the best. I came into the office with a horrible toothache, could hardly eat/talk/etc. I was a new patient and Dr. Gupta and her staff were very friendly, I was very nervous and the staff helped me through my whole appointment. They walked me through my x-rays and were very detailed as far as all of my treatment. The staff gave me the option of going ahead with my treatment, so I did. Here it is, a few weeks later and I’m in no pain. Dr. Gupta will forever be my dentist!!!!

Dr. Gupta and her team are fantastic! They help me come up with a plan to get my teeth fixed and for someone who’s afraid of going to the dentist, they are super friendly and talk to you through everything so it really calms your nerves!

I was recommended to this dentist by 2 different people. They were right. Terrific. I didnt have to wait for an emergency extraction. Terrific aftercare instructions and supplier 2 days later, no swelling, no pain. I will recommend to everyone.

My child had a appointment, when we arrived we had to call Smile Studio and set in the car, because of Covid-19 and one of the staff came to the car and explained the screening process, while she was explaining she told me that I will have to pay $20 in cash, for the PPE, for my daughter to use during her appointment. I ask the lady why didnt they inform me that I will have to pay $20 for PPE, when they call me and confirm my childs appointment, the staff said to me she was not the person that call me to inform the appointment. My daughter has a mask and protective eye protection and the staff told me she cant use it, my daughter had to use what Smile Studio provides. I ask the staff will she get to keep the PPE and the staff said no. My question is can Mrs. Tina Gupta (dentist ) do that? I thought that Mrs Gupta supposed to provide PPE for her patients and not charged them!

I wish I could give this a negative review. Warning to all do not come here!!! These reviews that give this dentistry 5 stars are lying!!! I brought my 6 year old here to get a tooth pulled but they gave him the routine cleaning and X-ray which is fine. The bad part is they stated that he had 5 cavities!!! Being the mom that I am I had to get a second opinion since they wanted to blame it on juice or sodas that my kids are basically forbidden to touch... anyway I brought them to a pediatric dentist to get his cavities taken care of, but by some miraculous turnaround his cavities disappeared.... take this review how you want but I feel if I would’ve brought my baby back to this dentist they would’ve drilled holes in his teeth and put him in pain Just to collect money from the insurance companies. A shame!!!

I have been missing some teeth for years, and have been so embarrassed. Dr. Gupta made me a partial, and now if feel confident to smile again. Also I found out that this office works very well with children, so I brought my 4 children in, and they loved it. I am so happy that I found a dental office that can see my whole family!

I am not going to disrespect the dentist at this office because I decided to walk out right after I was called back BUT customers please be aware if Marcus Lohrman a Dental Assistant there makes your dental tray with his bare hands, no gloves on and not washing his hands in front of you. This is not my kind of place to be. In every medical field there is from CNA to a doctor, the number 1 question everywhere is: What is the single most effective way to prevent the spread of infections? Ding! Ding! Ding! HANDWASHING and Mr. Marcus did not do that for me. Your health is important, be aware. Thank you.

Dr. Gupta took all my dental fears away with her expert care an compassion. She and her staff are also wonderful with children.

I took my daughter who is 5 to Smile Studio of Henderson. The staff is very friendly and explained everything that would be done to her. She had a great experience and looks forward to going to the dentist.

The first year we went and it was great. Last year we went and they were HORRIBLE. They were so rough with my then 2yr old who was hysterical the entire time. I do understand somewhat that its best to get it done quick with little ones, but you also should comfort them and be gentle. Then my 4yr old at the time was terrified to go to the dentist after her experience with them. They told me she needed X-rays, what for I dont know. So they said she had to go back without me because they didnt have a cape for me and I had my two younger kids with me. I reluctantly allowed it and have regretted it ever since. She was scared and didnt wanna go back alone but they told her theyd come get me after the pictures were done.... they never did. I thought I heard her scream, but I wasnt sure since my younger two were also crying. At 40 mins later I got up to go ask what was going on and at the same time she comes out. They tell me she did great and will need a filling later and that they didnt do it today because of everything else they did. It was suppose to just be a cleaning so that made no sense to me. They also told me that she said she wanted to be alone and do it like a big girl. When we got to our car and I asked my daughter how it went she got so upset. She told me they wouldnt come get me and that she kept asking for me and they told her just a little longer!!!! Im sorry but I dont care how much of an inconvenience it is, you ALWAYS get the parent if a child is asking for them!!! She had an appt a week later at the new place because I wanted a second opinion. She was absolutely terrified. She told me she was scared they wouldn’t get me and would put cotton in her mouth. I asked her why she thought that and she told me because the old place put cotton in her mouth!!! Why does a child need cotton in her mouth for a CLEANING!!?? Found out at the new dentist they gave her SEVEN sealants without my permission!!! We spent a good 15-20 mins at the new dentist trying to calm her down and reassure her the dentist wouldn’t hurt her because she was so scared thanks to what Smile Studio did to her. Guess who didn’t need a filling!? They tried to get me to agree to something for her that wasn’t needed! I filed a complaint with the NC Dental Board who did absolutely nothing. They basically just gave this place a slap on the wrist. Smile Studio said they got verbal consent. LIES. They also said they don’t allow parents in the back. I never had that problem or rule before so don’t know why they suddenly felt the need to implement it now. They also conveniently deleted the review option off their FB page during the case with the dental board so I was unable to show the board the other complaints who have had the same issues I did. Funny how after the fact it went back up and then when I left this same review there yesterday, they’ve since deleted their review option again. Why are you trying to hide negative reviews? A good business who isn’t the wrong accepts all reviews, only shady places that know they’re in the wrong try and hide the truth. At least now I can leave this review here. Shouldn’t be able to delete this. I also tried getting the board to review the surveillance camera footage Smile Studio has inside their office so they could see that nobody came out to me, they wouldn’t do it. This is NOT okay. This is ABUSE. This is medical fraud. There are no smiles going around at this place. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go to Smile Studio of Henderson!!! Not kid friendly, Liars, and money hungry.
