Awesome dentistry!! Their customer service is impeccable! The office is clean and they take the extra step to help you with all your needs. Dr. Allen Tang had been such a blessing to me and I pray for blessings to overtake him in Jesus name!!!

All of the staff is super friendly and assertive! It was my first time going to the dentist in a while since COVID-19 and they all made my experience very smooth and nice! I would recommend this office to all my family and friends! I definitely just found my new permanent dental office!!!!

I came here because my son and husband did a few years ago and they seemed like a good office..However, hindsight, I just paid what seems to be an insane amount for a deep clean and now I feel ripped off and upset.Not only that, but they had the credit lady theyre sitting next to me while I still had the bib on in my chair working out payment plans with me to have the services done... It just felt very rushed and forced and unprofessional...I am supposed to go back for a follow up in 3 months, and I think Im going to cancel and find another office.They try to push services on you like a car salesman, and are constantly trying to refer you to their medical and ortho offices for other services they are trying to tell you that you need.Nice staff, so they are friendly.. but I dont know if I have faith in their recommendations or care.UPDATE:I just checked my explanation of benefits from my visit, and according to my insurance, my mouth guard is not covered and is $600?! The dentist told me that my insurance was covering it!If I get a bill for this, I will be going into their office and raising.. well you know!!I am also paying for some of the images and things they took. Dont you think they should let you know what your insurance covers and ask what you would like to do before they just bill you for it?!?!My husband is supposed to be going for his checkup and cleaning in a couple of weeks, and i think Im going to find him somewhere else to go.I dont trust this place at all!

Improperly quote your out of pocket costs even after checking what your insurance will cover. Then they will tell you that you be paying more for later parts of your treatment. Staff not good on following up with patients when they say they will. Takes forever to get ahold of anyone on the phone. The whole experience here feels like dealing with a car salesman.

Dr. Mugleston is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The office is gorgeous and clean, they offer they most tech advanced options, and the entire staff was an absolute joy. I’m so happy about my visit today I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

My dental team was Dr Cody, Joanna and Jenik - all were professional and made my appointment easy and comfortable. I went in on 6/22/2021, expecting a consultation and to have X-rays taken.I believe Sarah was the name of the technician, but I feel so horrible that I cant recall positively. She had a kind of purple tint in her hair and was just the sweetest. So patient, kind, and gentle.Overall, I had to have 5 extractions and there were some infections that were treated as well.I let me teeth fall into a horrible state and can hardly believe the dedication, understanding, and hardwork that this whole crew took to get me back on track with my health.Dr. Anghel made me priority for what I expected to be an hour long appointment, but turned into 5 and a half hours total.My babysitter had to leave and they scheduled around me to go pick up my son and return for the dental work.Jason and Evelyn were such reassuring and gentle presences to have assisting while the work was being done and Dr. Tang, who I believe was shadowing for my dental work, did a great 3D X-ray of my teeth and as well, took a few moments every now and again to talk to my son about video games and just to share a laugh with him, which was unnecessary, but so so thoughful. As well, Jason was just the coolest guy. Talking to me and my son as if we had been friends for forever and making moments I was a little scared for easier to manage by having such a positive personality.But Dr. Anghel. He is by far the very best dentist I have ever met.He completed what would have been multiple visits worth of work in one visit. He was very conscious of how I was feeling and assisted to make it as painless as possible, even in times I tried not to mention any pain or discomfort. Several times, he reminded me what to expect throughout each portion of the process and reassured me as I was very nervous.He was very efficient and an extra tooth needed to be extracted from the original plan. I was thankful that something unexpected could happen in that moment and that he was so capable of readjusting the work and taking even more time out of his day without missing a beat or expressing any doubt that it could all be taken care of that day.Sarah, Jason, Evelyn, Dr. Tang, and Dr. Anghel...Thank you all so much for making a dental visit that I was so self-conscious and worried about a manageable, unjudgemental, and welcoming experience.As well, I didnt catch her name, but the lovely lady that helped me sort out my insurance twice that day, you were an absolute gem and as well as the rest of the team, so comforting and reassuring.Your office is such a treasure. I’m a new patient and had a very positive experience. I had broken a crown and needed to see someone within a couple of days and they made it happen. Dr. Su and Jenik did a great job explaining to me what I needed done prior to the procedure, which set my nerves at ease. I also liked how the front office broke down the billing, so I wouldn’t have any questions about charges. Glad to have found a new dentist!

Dr. Kevin Su is such an intelligent dentist. He is not following rules, but instead evaluated my individual situation and applied the most reasonable and effective treatment. He also took the time to have another expert evaluate an anomaly in my CT scan.Jocelyn did an amazing job as a hygienist. As a an expert in medical technology I truly appreciate their use of truly high tech tools which are not gimmicks but aid in maintaining better oral health. I consider Dr. Su one of the best, so dont be fooled by how young he looks. He knows more than many dentists with 20 years more experience than he. He has a level of intellectual curiosity rarely seen in medicine these days. A

Dr. Mugleston is the best dentist around. I had all my work done by him. He takes the time to listen and effectively provide solutions to any dental problem. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone including my own family, so you know hes good. He has a great staff and Ive never had any issues, even with the tough procedures. I had my wisdom teeth pulled out in record time with literally no pain. Didnt even have to get put to sleep. Definitely recommend the whitening too! It took me years to find a good dentist around Vegas, so Ill comment here and save you the hassle. Top notch Dentist.

Dr. Muggleston is not only the best dentist but the best overall medical provider. His patience and love for his patients and his practice is beyond anything I could put into words. This was the best experience I had at the dentist- the staff was efficient and quick to help. I couldn’t believe how painless and relaxing it would be sitting in a dentist chair after having a broken tooth, but Dr. Mugelston was sure to fix it in an urgent capacity and ensured I was comfortable.

Went there for 2vyears. My teeth were in bad shape. Dr.mugleston spoke me into root canals and their special in house crowns.Thousands and thousands of dollars and painful procedures my new crowns started failing . He pulled first one .( about 2000 wasted,)second crown was loose so he tugged until whole tooth came out. He graciously offered me a 5000 discounted price for implant . After that I lost another crown .and now a fourth fifth and sixth are ready to fall out .Needless to say Im screwedThere is no more money to fix thisI lay at night depressed. Cannot eat or smileAfter tens of thousands Im now left like thisGod help me but I have to warn you

My last appointment is already a couple of months ago. (End of February 2020). I dont know if they rushed things when I told them I would move out of state. Unfortunately I still have problems that I also addressed after the procedures were done. One crown was placed with cement and they didnt floss right after. The access amount of cement hardened between the teeth. They told me to floss itll come out eventually. What a joke. I just had a teeth cleaning in my new hometown in AL. The dental hygienist was able to get rid of all the cement. It took quite a while but she was successful.What Ive learned from this dentistry - get a second opinion somewhere else and dont let them pressure you into treatment.

Dr. Yip is great but this front office is very unorganized. I completely understand their COVID19 precautions of having patients stay in the car until the treatment room is ready. However, every time I have an appointment the wait time is ridiculously long. So, patients have to sit out in their car in the desert heat. That’s unacceptable. On top of that, they took my denture impressions and told me it would be a week or so, perhaps a few days longer before they got them back. After waiting almost 3 weeks, I contacted them. They had my dentures, but wanted me to wait almost three more weeks to come in for extractions and denture placement. They were the ones that wanted me to move forward during the pandemic as they considered my dental issues urgent. Ike I said, Dr. Yip is great, it I wouldn’t recommend this office unless you want to be very frustrated. I will probably take my future dental needs elsewhere.

I recently moved to Henderson and was referred to Dr. Patrick Anghel. The office staff made me feel welcomed immediately! The office receptionist was fantastic, along with the rest of the staff I came in contact with. Dr. Anghel was extremely knowledgeable and informative, he let me know what he was doing every step of the way.

We were happy with them last year. BUT now that our son needed braces we had a appointment with their Ortho dentist that we were not aware at the time doesnt work full time ONLY available on Wednesdays. The assistant did not cover her nose and mouth at all times when we were in their office. We had to ask Jennifer at the front desk to say something to the assistant because the Ortho doctor didnt do or say anything while I the parent was in the office with our son.We went to order the braces and was told that the office didnt contact our dental insurance because they were giving us such a great price. Only one week later we had to take a unexpected transfer back to the east coast. We notified Jennifer and the Accounting dept. we would not be moving forward and asked for our $250 deposit back. We were advised that the would be refunding us. We called and emailed everyone under the sun and then was advised two months later were were not receiving a dime back. Such a shame , because we USED to go the Modern Dentistry on the East Coast but because of this no longer will use Modern Dentistry anywhere again.PS: This Ortho office said the braces should be put on even though our son has baby teeth, he said Oh we will deal with it when they are ready to come out. Since then we have gone to three other Ortho dentists ALL have advised baby teeth must come out. Be Careful

She was very concerned that my visits had been so frustrating and she has addressed this with her staff. It really meant a lot to me that she took the time out of her day, even her day off, to contact me. That goes a long way. She assured me this would not happen at future visits.

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist, but not anymore! Henderson Modern Dentistry provided me with the upmost care and comfort. Never once did I feel anxious or have my questions left unanswered. Dr. Anghel and his team are amazing. They are professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I have always had complicated dental issues but I finally feel like I found a dental office I can trust. So far I’ve had an annual check up/cleaning, a root canal, and 2 crowns placed by Dr. Anghel and his colleagues. Each of my procedures were explained to me in detail and they offer a wide variety of payment plans to fit your individual needs. I have never had a better dental experience in my life and can not imagine going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend Henderson Modern Dentistry to anyone in need of quality dental work!!

James Kim the oral surgeon is incredibly mean. I was assured by the rest of the staff that he would go over everything with me and explain any questions I had. The first question I met was with a threat of:oh you dont wanna do it under any anstehia? You wanna be awake and have 16 needles shoved in your face? I was incredibly nervous never having anything like this done before. I was just seeking information to put my anxiety at easy. James was also late. He told his staff to lie about the time that the anstehia was admistered as well. It was well after 830 and he said to tell his staff to say he admistered it at 820. Most likely trying to cover up being so late. He was angry about something(maybe being late and looking bad) and proceeded to take said angry out on me, his terrified patient. Would highly recommend seeing any other oral surgeon. I assure you this guy will cause you some trauma like he did to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Its a nice facility and the staff is really friendly but its all a front. I went in for my regular exam and they told me I needed 2 root canals and that it would cost me $3000 after my insurance. I went home to process this info, decided to call a couple other places and was quoted $500 for the same thing. While I was talking to other places I received a call from Henderson Modern Dentistry saying they would give me a deal for $1500. Uh... Really?The next day my husband went in for his regular service and was told he had to pay the deductible. He contested it stating that I didnt have to the day before and they said it mustve been a mistake the day before. We called our insurance who confirmed that preventative procedures were not subject to the deductible, we told the office and let them know they could call our insurance to confirm and they recounted their initial statement. They initially said my husbands teeth were fine then came back and said they couldnt clean his teeth because his gums were too bad for a regular cleaning and that it required special cleaning with a laser that wasnt covered under our insurance and would cost $1300. So after an hour and a half he left without getting anything done. Really. Its like a sick joke. I cant believe they are in business and I cant believe people fall for their crap.

Crowns in a day?! Yeah....right! But they did it! All porcelain crown to replace one Ive been having trouble with. My bite is the best Ive had in nearly 2 years and I dont have to come back for permanents! 1 visit is all it took. The office is new & uses 3D imaging to build/mill your crowns on-site. I loved all the technology in place to streamline their processes. The staff was extremely helpful, kind & generous. Dr. Muggleston....well, I cant say enough about how forthcoming he is about my evaluation and treatment plan. Its so refreshing. Ill be bringing the kids over next...they have the pediatric dentistry next door. Ill review next when I take the 3 year old in to share his experience.

They have a special pediatric dentist in house. My 3 year old barely lets us brush his teeth, but he did great at the dentist.They even do in house IV sedation. Our 3 year old has a lot of work to get done. They came out and have him a shot which put him to sleep. He got to fan asleep in my arms, and then they took him back for the work. They brought him back before he woke up. He never even knew they did any work. He didnt complain about it when he woke up either. They were very gentle with his little mouth.

I am so impressed! The staff here have me as a forever client. They are skilled. They work efficiently. And they are very understanding and kind. I recommend this dentist office. They are great!

Dr. Mugleston is by far the greatest dentist I have ever been to. He is innovative and his work is superlative. The staff is excellent as well.More specifically, I was told by two different dentist that I did not have enough bone structure for an implant. Not only did Dr. Mugleston place an implant in my mouth (when other dentist said it was impossible) but he did it in 20 minutes!! I was astonished.I have since referred my daughter to him for extensive dental work. She was told she would need much more work than Dr. Mugleston quoted (which lends itself to his honesty) but once again he performed the work quickly and painlessly!!I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT DR. I had the luxury of having my deep cleaning done today by Johanna. Shes very professional and cares about her patients. It took some time, but I know that every tooth was handled with a fine tooth comb. My teeth are more white than they have ever been and my gums are 100% better shape. I learned how to maintain my oral health in a way I was never taught before. The team also did 2 crowns on site. They fitted and adjusted until the 2 new teeth blended in. You would never know that they are crowns if i didnt tell you. Great work guys, keep it up. I will be referring everyone I know to your facility. Thank you!

Staff is nice and thats it. Terrible work done that was mostly done by Dental Asst. Also got a rash on side of mouth from not cleaning tools properly. I had to go to a doctor for antibiotic cream. They over bill and work wasnt done correctly. I had to go to another dentist because I was having pain in tooth still. Do not go here. They only push root canals here for the money. Do your research. I wish I had. Ok for a filling or dental cleaning nothing major.

Ive been to a bunch od Dentists in Henderson and had a lot of bad experiences, some not so bad but Modern Dentistry is by far the best weve found. Good dentists and good staff. I hope everyone else goes to a different dentist so I can get an appointment easier.here. Im glad some of you who gave them a bad rating and review over nothing important have moved on to a different dentist. Easier for me to get in.

Went in due to an emergency broken tooth. The facility smelled bad, there was no bedside manner, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Waited two hours to see the dentist. Once he came in he wanted to pull the tooth and sell me an implant, said there was no other options. I got up and left right away. I went to Sunset Dental and Orthodontics on Sunset rd. For a second opinion. Dr Tounian saw me on a Saturday and did a root canal and a crown within two hours, the same amount of time I was waiting here and he was able to save my tooth!

My first appointment was set for 3pm and I showed up about 10 minutes early. I wasnt seen until 4pm. Not a single word was said to me about my hour long wait when they finally got me in front of the assistant. Unfortunately I missed my follow up appointment for a root canal. Ive called back twice to reschedule. Each time they were Very busy and would have someone call me back. I have not received a call from anyone. If you have the option, go elsewhere. This place is run terribly and they dont seem to have any concern for timelines or patient follow up.

I see that some people have said this place is the worst, well not me. . I came in as a new patient yesterday and was greeted very nicely. The staff and dentist made sure I was so comfortable, I have problems getting numb aND had problems With other dentists not wanting to give me any more and i would be in pain. Those are the places I dont go back to. . I was very pleased with the kindness and patience they had with me. . Thank you Modern Dental. . Do not come to this office, 1st call, i was trying to inquire about my braces since i move here in Henderson. And the lady who answered the phone is so rude she hang up the phone. I tried to call again, and they give me the appointment for deep cleaning and orthodontics appointment. The dentist is good, she was nice to me but the staff are suck, they are not friendly and rude. I will change my othodentics and dentist never come back here anymore.

Seek other alternatives ! Went in for implants in July 2016, poorly done and denture cracked besides rocking . Had to remove and do one implant over and then they made a new denture. A four month job took eighteen and still not fitted properly. Besides being overly EXPENSIVE ! Front office and assistants are terrific but hygienist ,periodontist and denture specialist are in my opinion in it for the money !

Im kind of sad to see so many negative experiences with this office. After not going to the dentist for about 10 years, and having no dental insurance, I found myself in a bad situation. Not only did they work on me with the price, I got all my work done in one day. Route canals, crowns, everything! additionally well healing, the only thing that really hurt with my jaw from keeping it open so long.( it was my choice to get it done all at one time) I do recommend this office, and I also recommend that youre very thorough in understanding the complete process of your dental work so theres no surprise charges.

Had a few issues. They worked hard to fix them and make it work. Dentist is really nice. Be ontop of your paperwork and have them go over it before you leave.

I don’t recommend going here!!! I had a Periodontology done here and it was not worth the money. I paid $740 out of pocket to get a Periodontology and two fillings done. The fillings turned out great and the first half of the Periodontology went good too. I then went back to have the second half of the Periodontology done and the lady rushed though it. I basically got a very expensive regular cleaning done. The inconsistency here is egregious. The staff is really friendly but that doesn’t rectify the horrible service provided here. If you do go here and find someone you think did a good job then stick with only that tech, hygienist, and dentist. Don’t let them give you another person. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I come in contact with to never go here.

I had 2000$ worth of work here and it was an absolute breeze. I came in nervous needing a root canal and 11 fillings... (dont judge me lol). If you can, ask for Dr Mcaffery specifically, hes extremely intelligent, keeps you informed. My entire process was painless, he has a firm steady hand and knows how to numb your nerve properly and be gentle where needed... I almost fell asleep during the process, the staff and I enjoyed multiple laughs and stories. I really wish every medical procedure could go that well.

Dr. McCaffrey took the time to make sure I understood all of the issues with my teeth and gave me short/long term plans to get my teeth back to healthy. They were pushing the one day crown they offer in office & I decided to do it. Chris built the crown for me and he did a great job. It looks beautiful and natural. I can barely detect that theres a new crown. I also had some fillings done on the same visit. Im coming back in a few weeks to see their on site oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. I do recommend Dr. McCaffrey. If I havent updated my review you can assume Im still happy with my service.

I have a lot of past teeth issues. This place is very professional and helpful, especially with my claustrophobia. Theyre very accommodating to my special and specific needs.

Absolutely disgusted by front desk behavior with the client ahead of me. They were rude and very disrespectful as well as a mouthy guy in the waiting office. After customer left the staff and guy continued to talk about it and laugh. They lost my business and hers!!! And they could care less. Shame on them!

Dr. Mugglestein (sp?) and his staff are amazing. Ive had various procedures, and a few emergency visits. Each time I go, I get in the chair quickly, the doctors and assistants have a solid plan, and get the job done efficiently and well. They use some pretty amazing technology too. Im really impressed by this entire dentists office, thank you guys for always giving me the best experience possible while having my teeth extracted and fixed lol.

Been coming here for 4 years now and todayy appointment was at 930 am and I didnt get in till 11 and my wife still isnt ready. So I must say might he looking for new office. And theyre expensive....

This place is horrible. First of all the individuals who answer the phones are extremely rude. The dentist and hygienist say that you need work done that you dont need.My first visit I was told I need Periodontitis Cleanings so I was being put on a plan. After my first cleaning on the plan I received a letter from my insurance company stating that the Periodontitis Cleanings were not approved as there was not enough supporting evidence that I needed it. When I called to schedule a regular checkup appointment a couple months later I explained that I wanted to cancel the Periodontitis cleanings due to the letter I received and just to schedule me for a regular cleaning. I was told that I couldnt and I had to do the Periodontitis Cleanings. After debating with the gentlemen who answered the phone I finally told him never mind I will take my business some where else. Oh, I forgot to mention that you cant get an appointment unless you want to book 2 months out which I think is odd. When I made my very first appointment I was able to get in, in about 2 weeks. When I called to schedule my second appointment for my regular checkup it was 2 months out. I questioned it and the person on the phone said that it was normal.I do not recommend this office or the dentist.

I thought Id made a wise choice in picking this office for my dental work, Im finding out that choice has been a huge mistake. I started with them around June 2016. The dentist I originally spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable so I decided to go ahead with a major procedure that was going to cost $10,000. My next appointment that dentist was no longer there. Over the next few months I saw Dr. Muggleson twice because I was unhappy with what I ended up with. It didnt seem to matter what I wanted, it only mattered what they thought was best. I dealt mostly with someone named Zoltan, is he a dentist? I unfortunately had to relocate to California due to personal reasons, now things are even worse trying to deal with them. Ive gone to another smiles generation office close to me but they want money for what they are going to have to do. Ten grand to be in constant pain and constant phone calls? I still have yet to hear from Dr. Muggleson. Isnt he the owner? Im sad about all this because I really like the staff. I just dont understand why an owner does not reach out to his patients when things arent going well. Dental issues are huge and it really sucks when you are told they care but it seems that they really dont. They get paid to do their job, but whos paying me to make phone calls when I feel it would be much easier if they talked to each other instead of me being the middle person? I guess its whatever...Sadly disappointed in this placeI never wanted to leave them a bad review, but I dont want anyone else to go through what Ive been and still going through.

They don’t value your time here, started my appointment 30 minutes late and because I have not done my crowns with them the dentist keep telling me to change my crown for this and this. All I want is cleaning and polishing.

INCOMPETENT!! AVOID THE PAIN.Most painful dentist experience ever, need to see another dentist to inspect & correct their work. Scheduling was adjusted & change two-three times, every time I visited . Dentist was absent minded and needed to be reminded by her assistant during procedure to fill various cavitys. Billings were inaccurate and still in dispute from4 /18/16 . Staff was dishonest regarding applying for credit cards and 0% intrest rates. Credit score has been damaged.

I was very hugely missled. I paid everything in full to find out insurance only pays for 1 denture it was $137.50, after insurance paid their part And i was told that was everything including my permanant denture I got all top teeth pulled and the plan was to get a top denture, after 2 ortho proceedures , i was giving a healing denture that was 5 sizes too big for my mouth. After 7 weeks of healing im told i have to pay $700 plus dollars for my permant one. If i had been told. To choise between my ins i wouldve gladly paid for cheaper one.!!! So mow im supossedly maxed out and ins only pays for 1 every 5 years. Needless to say im stuck with my healing denture thats too big.dr. mugleston offered to take off $100. Towards the permanant ones he knew i was not told about. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE FULL PRICE, BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE.!!!
