Always friendly staff and appointments always run on time! I’m almost always in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend them :)

The check-in process was the only nice thing about this facility. Everything else in the back was chaos. The employees I encountered were rough. I waited over an hour and a half for a dental cleaning that I never received. I called to schedule a dental cleaning about two weeks ago. During my check-in, I also mentioned that I was in for my dental cleaning. After waiting for an extended period of time, I questioned them when I would be receiving the cleaning. They answered that I was not scheduled for one. Their suggestion was for me to take another day off of work to come back and see them and, most like waste another 1.5+ hours waiting. Horrible communication, professionalism, and overall this dentist office does not value your time! Go somewhere else that respects you and your time.

Are the very best in town very reasonable prices they seem like they care about you they treat you like youre welcome there theyre definitely experts I recommend Sunset Dental everyone. Dental assistant were very knowledgeable they were all experts the best in the West. My doctor was excellent she did take her time to explain to me everything that you will be doing shes the best in the West. I do recommend this place Sunset Dental to everyone they are top-notch.

I would give the 5⭐️ But I come back after a couple years and now I have to pay an extra $10. They get my $25 co pay and now an extra 10 every time I go. I will never understand why companies start doing this when so many were out of work. Other then that the cost the visit was just as good as always.

I love Sunset Dental and so glad I found them. From the minute I walked in the door I knew I had chosen the right dentist. The front and back office staff were terrific and made me feel the most comfortable as I have dental neuralgia and I’m terribly afraid of stirring up pain in my mouth. I have to give them five stars as Dr. Redlinger was superb. I not only had four teeth pulled, bone reconstruction and a beautiful bridge made with no pain but the care and attention I received from him and his staff was beyond outstanding. This was my first time visiting here. Probably the best experience with a dentist I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the doctor actually is trying to help you rather than pad the bill to make more off you and the insurance company. I have already told a few co-workers about it and they are going to set up an appointment too.

My wife and I both had appointments today at sunset dental and we thought everything was just fine except for the wait, it was a little long because their computers had gone down. Staff was very friendly doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly and the office was clean and comfortable.

Had to have a root canal and got me in quickly for how much pain I was in. the dentist was amazing. didnt feel any pain during the root canal and no lingering pain after.when I called to schedule some other work that needed to be done, showed up for the appointment and what work I tried scheduling was not on the schedule for the days work. also paid the first day and then was told I had an unpaid balance for the previous visit but couldnt get clear answer on what it was for.

Rip off - Buyer BewareThey give you a price, but no options. They up charge your services without offering you the option to choose. They upgraded my Crown with offering me the option to do so. I had several Crowns and took a mistake on documentation to finally realize it was happening.

I went in for a exam and a cleaning as I have not been to the dentist in quite a while they took pictures x-rays and then I spoke with a dentist he told me I needed a deep cleaning the dentist never looked in my mouth I never got the examination when the x-rays came back the dentist showed me a x-ray and said that I needed this this and that and said that I needed the deep cleaning, Im a senior citizen on a fixed income and the prices the prices were just way too expensive and thats with my insurance now I see why so many people go overseas to get their dental work done its a shame when you have to decide between paying your bills or being in pain

Not the best place for routine cleaning. It was short, ineffective and the whole thing felt like a wasted trip.I was referred to this office by my normal dentist as they had an emergency. Since it was just for a routine cleaning, thought it’d be ok. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The entire visit took less than 20 minutes from when I walked into reception. I’m not exaggerating. I was in the chair for less than 4 songs on their Pandora. The hygienist was either too new or inexperienced. The cleaning felt less clean than if I had brushed and flossed myself. Insurance covered all but $15 but it still felt like it wasn’t worth the $200+ price tag or the time driving to/from there.Hygenist was friendly, the office clean and there was no wait time. However, I will not return or recommend them for routine cleanings.

If you want a fantastic dentist ( and staff ) , Sunset dental is the place you should go to !!

Absolutely no. They steal and make up charges. Then kick you out because of incompetence on their part not to mention charging for something they never did. Such rude and inappropriate dentist I would choose anything and anywhere else. They tried to use scare tactics about money after they doped me up and threatened me to pay while high and waiting for the dentist and a bib on. Swear never go there they will take your money and never pay the bills then hit your insurance with a deep cleaning even though it was regular. I had problems twice here idk why I want a second time after shady experience but I know from experience this place is crooks and smile in your face till you leave. DO NOT GO HERE. IF YOUR A CURRENT PATIENT. LEAVE NOW! it’s only a matter of time.

I feel as if I was treated unfairly and that they use predatory methods. I feel as if the doctors office took advantage of me and overcharged me for services because they assumed I didnt know any better. I feel this way because they did not give me an exam, they just took pictures of my mouth and xrays. Then they tried to max out my insurance with a deep cleaning that would still cost me $620 out of pocket. I went to another dentist and they confirmed that the amount of scaling I have does not need that kind of deep treatment. When I called UHC to review my root canal charges I was taken aback by the amount of things they charged me for without any kind of explanation. I paid $1142.00 out of pocket when the insurance company was only billed for some things. Therefore they ended up charging me an additional $580 over what they should have. This whole thing has been a mess. I dont understand how they can charge me for a crown twice when I was only provided one crown. I had to ask for a $75.00 deposit (to ensure I kept my appointment) the day of my procedure and again the following week. They should have deducted the $75 from my payment of the root canal but they wanted to hold it like they were a savings account. None of this behavior is ok.

I called another dentist for a second opinion and they said no periodontal went in today ! I am now going to be requesting a print out of all previous charges as well as the xray for this cavity they never showed me a xray for to start with , they are rude and receptionist are left to do all the dirty work ! I am calling bbb since I have found two other reviews for sunset dental saying they were also hit to be scammed out of money for thing that have never happned

Been coming here for a few years after they closed the location I used to go to on Nellis. Very happy the sent me here! Just wanted to share a quick story: I had been dealing with some tooth pain, enough to keep me up at night. I called the next day to see if they could offer any pain relief ideas, instead they go me in that same day to see the Dr. After a review by Dr Rena, she offered me two options to relieve the pain. One was hundreds of dollars, which a different Dr had suggested at my last cleaning. The second option was far cheaper and was actual the best option for me. I am so thankful for Dr Rena not trying to coax me into a very expensive procedure that I didnt need anyways.The entire staff is super friendly and helpful, I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive.Thank you Sunset Dental for helping me relieve the tooth pain and being honest with me regarding me options!Ed

My fiance came here for a routine cleaning, and during the cleaning he was told that they would be able to correct his front tooth that was slightly chipped with a filling. The dentist completed the filling and instructed my fiance to be very gentle with it for the next few days, but it should be good to go once it had settled. About a few weeks later, the filling on the chip tooth broke (at no fault of my fiance, he was eating soft serve ice cream), and we had to go back in to have the filling replaced. We ended up paying them again to fix the filling. Two days later, the filling broke AGAIN (while my fiance was drinking water!). We went back to have it repaired and were told that they would not charge us for the repair. About a month later, we received a bill from their office after they told us the third repair was free of charge. We asked to speak to the manager or the dentist, in which we were told we would get a call back. We never got that call, and the bill was sent to collections within two weeks... we are STILL fighting this bill with the collections company and this office has never returned any of our calls, nor have they tried to make this right for us. If I could give them negative 1 star I would.... Do not waste your time with these people. They say one thing and do another. We found a dental office that was honest and they were able to correct my fiances filling with zero issues (its been two years and that filling that another office did for my fiance has not even shown signs of falling out or breaking). I do not trust these people and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Dishonest. I went in for a yearly cleaning and I later found out that they billed my insurance for a deep cleaning. I was very confused because I have had a deep cleaning in the past and this was not it. When I called back I asked them to explain to me what the difference was between a deep cleaning and a yearly routine cleaning...everything/anything that the deep cleaning entailed was not done for me but they decided to charge my insurance for a deep cleaning. I explained to the office manager on the phone that I did not have a deep cleaning because nothing that the deep cleaning entailed was not done for me but she just kept arguing that I did because that was in the notes that the hygienist left. About 1 month later I got a bill in the mail from them that my insurance declined the claim and would not cover the deep cleaning and that I would have to pay fully out of pocket for the cleaning. So beware when you go in they might charge you for something that they did not do to try to get more money.

Dishonest. They quoted me for a night guard for teeth grinding and told me my insurance would cover it 80% and I would only have to pay $40. Weeks later, I get billed for $188 because my insurance denied the claim. Upon talking with my insurance, I learned the office never contacted them about the night guard and used old codes to submit the claim. Brittany from billing refused to do anything about the situation despite them never contacting my insurance. Eventually, Brittany stopped answering my calls and I was threatened with my account being sent to collections. The receptionist was rude hung up on me while I tried to sort out payment.Needless to say, they never did thorough cleanings on me. I would leave the office with plaque still on my teeth. One of the fillings they did for me a year ago chipped, and the doctor told me it was no big deal so theyre not fixing it. I will not be going back any more.

Went in with a toothache. Needed a root canal and a temp crown. They took care of me that day. Instead of setting another appointment.The dentist and the hygienist worked late to ensure that I wasn’t in pain.Every staff member I had contact with was awesome.Thank you for taking care of me.

The dentist office I went to close down a month ago and redirected all the clients to Sunset Dental. I had an emergency the day before Thanksgivings and I called the office and they got me in right away. Everyone at the office was very nice and helpful. I am pleased with my visit and look forward to my next appointment.

Great play area for kids. They have a cool slide I’ve never seen in a doctors office. Very friendly, loving, and helpful staff. From the receptionist Heavean, to the dental hygienist Shane to Dr. Clark. I’m more than satisfied this being my son 7 year old son’s dentist home.

Open on Saturdays! Office staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I saw Dr. Tounian, and he was fantastic. He explained the entire procedure, asked if I had questions, and was very professional. I would like to thank the entire staff here for the amazing work they did for me. I had a broken tooth coming in and they fixed me up in no time. They shaped acrylic teeth for me at first while I got my permanent crowns installed in three weeks. I had zero pain through out the entire process and I honestly felt like I could trust them. The staff treated me great and after having bad experiences with dentists in the past this place has all my business from here on out and Id recommend anyone to go here. Aside from all of this my crowns came out perfect I was able to eat almost immediately after having them installed and they look great.Considering the price I paid Im very happy with everything. I have spoken to plenty of people that have been charged almost three times as much for the amount of work that they did on me.A huge thank you to everyone at this office.

My husband and I both go to this dentist because they treat us great! The front desk staff is kind and helpful and everyone else is professional and really interested in how you want your dental care. I like this dentist because they dont try to upsell or force treatments on you that you dont necessarily want. We highly recommend this dentist!5 stars!

Went in for an exam and what I thought was a cleaning. Just an exam for $100 really. They then told me I had 5 cavities and needed about 2000 in dental work. I got a second opinion. This new dentist told me I only had 1 cavity. Apperantly they just want to put extra holes in my teeth cause $200 later my teeth are great. Just looking to drill. Horrible dentist team

Dishonest.They will quote you one price. But when you show up to your appointment they will give you a whole different price. Then laugh when you can’t afford the bill. Avoid the embarrassment, go to a dentist that respects you no matter what situation you’re in.

Everybody in the office has been so nice. They are so detailed, if there’s something I don’t understand they make sure to explain it thoroughly. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins to be seen so that’s a plus!

Making your patients pay an extra $10 every visit for your PPE is insane. Insurance does not cover it, why should your patient be responsible for it. Before covid-19 you payed for it yourself. Why should I have to now?

I love the staff, physician they’re incredibly awesome, but their hygienist Aubrey is not thorough with deep cleaning for my tooth, didn’t even clean my implants as I was requested. I’m very disappointed n feelsdidn’t even clean. Went home with plaque still on my lower tooth.

Disappointed. My sister and I had an appointment at 12 noon on December 21, 2016. I wasnt seen by the dentist until 12:55pm. I was helped by one of their technicians to do my x-ray. I then waited about 15 minutes before I was seen by Dr. Le. After checking my teeth, I was then told that Michelle, the coordinator, would see me. I had to wait in the room for 20 minutes before Michelle finally talked about my dental care plan. They were nice but their time management was awful. I was waiting 90% of the time. Out of the 2 hours that I was there, I was being seen for 15 minutes.I get that it can get busy with their clients but they need to manage their appointments so their clients are not wasting time just waiting. To top it off, they didnt even care to update me on what was going on til I was getting agitated while waiting.

It’s so hard to find a dentist in Las Vegas. This place works around my schedule, they’re open later than most places and open on Saturdays which helps big time! Not only that, but the staff from the front to the back, always in a great mood. Love the hospitality here from everyone including the Dr.’s. Dr. Tounian is always fantastic and he really does make you feel comfortable so you don’t jut think of yourself as another patient. This place is not like that all! Everyone is always helpful and I couldn’t ask for a better Dentist (or dentist office). I did my research. Do yours and find out that this is the place!

Can you give NO stars? these people are the worst! my teeth are still sensitive and when i made a complaint about it they told me they could no longer see me and i had to find a new doctor, after i had already paid them. This is what a joke looks like, if your dentist is closed 2 out of the 5 work days then you should automatically know something is up....

Doctor is amazing & the assistant we had was so nice and caring w/ my toddler. Receptionists were a little rude and not too friendly but overall it was good experience .The waiting room has a slide and some activites for children to play with while you wait.

I showed up for an appointment for a seriously infected, decaying tooth that has caused severe swelling and pain in my jaw, after spending all night awake with the pain. After finding out that they in fact, do not take my insurance, Im talked into paying for the 40 dollar special (never got details on what exactly that is) During my visit they gave me 3 shots of novocaine to make it through my xrays. After that, I asked what can you do for me from this point on?I was told Id be given antibiotics but that in a few hours Id be in serious pain as the novocaine would wear off. I asked about pain management and Dr, Tran said he couldnt prescribe me anything for pain... Nothing... then as I walked out, I was given a prescription for Motrin... Its pretty rare that I need pain management but for this particular issue, Motrin will not help and I am disappointed that I was treated like a common drug fiend or something of the like when I was very clearly in a lot of pain. I feel like my time and money were wasted only to be basically given antibiotics for a serious infection...

Mr. Redlinger is the best dentist I have ever met and the staff are wonderful as well they customer service skills are excellent. The office was clean and smelled good.
