Dr. Hsu and staff are AWESOME!!! I have always been nervous to go to the dentist but this has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Hsu is honest and tells you what you may experience, possibly uncomfortable but (nothing was). I would definitely recommend Dr. Hsu to anyone, especially if you need work done that youve put off. Youll be very happy that you chose Dr. Hsu and staff. Youll love to smile again!!!

I went to Dr. Hsu with terrible pain and a lot of cavities. She was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. In just a few weeks time she was able to help me get my oral health in a much better place. Ive had an extraction and multiple cavities filled. She is very caring and gentle! She was also able to refer me to a great specialist for my root canal, which was also a great experience, or as great as a root canal could be. Haha. Overall I think she is an awesome dentist and full of compassion. She made sure I was out of pain as soon as possible. I highly recommend you go see her!

Dr Hsu and her entire staff at Pecos dental are incredible! I needed a place for my dental needs and Dr Has was recommended. I couldnt be happier. Shes done a lot of corrections and fixes over the last 5 years that Ive been going to her. Had an emergency and she handled it no questions. Pecos Dental is the place to go if you are looking for a general dentist in the area. My family has been going there for years and always has a great experience every time. Dr. Hsu, Becky and Maria are very efficient and always make you feel at home. They always ask how my daughter and husband doing and even remember their names.My crown came off couple of times and they always accommodate me during my lunch break since Im working when it happens.Dr. Hsu and Becky are very detailed and thorough. They always explain stuff to me, the way I can understand. And they are both has a really good sense of humor.And Maria, is very helpful. There was an instance when I called her last minute because I left my dental insurance card and Im already in the orthodontics office. She faxed them the copy of my card right away.Highly recommended.

Ive only had the initial consult so far and from what I can tell, this is one of the best dentists Ive had in vegas. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Its pretty easy to get your mind off your nerves (i usually hate going to the dentist lol) because they like to converse to get to know you better. They are also very informative and are willing to take time to talk to you and teach you about things you are interested in (i.e. teeth whitening, orthodontics). Im so happy I finally found a great dentist! :)

I had a tooth that needed to be removed and it was a very troublesome tooth, requiring her to remove it in pieces, it was a tedious procedure. Dr. Hsu didnt give up on it and keeping working on it, until it was taken care of. She also called back later to check on me a few hours after the procedure. Not many people care enough to check back up on patients. She is truly an amazing person.

Staff is super friendly and seasoned.Environment is a lot more welcoming and friendly than the last dental office. The last dental office i went to felt like cold money milking place.Dr Hsu and were pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about their job.

I am 100 percent convinced that Dr. Hsu has the best qualityavailable. She also does not oversell and only does what is needed at the time. Emergency visit was scheduled by Maria and I was seen the same day I called! She squeezed me in between patients and my wait was less than ten minutes. Was done in 20 minutes and was completely satisfied with my visit.Been with Pecos Dental since 2004. After 15 years, Dr. Hsu is family! No matter what the issue, she is attentive, understanding, and ALWAYS has a solution. Thank you, thank you, thank you!Amidst pandemic crisis, I called at 4 PM and Maria scheduled an urgent visit the next day. I was given instructions in advance, and had to call when I arrived. Maria screens you outside—as you sit in your car; only allows one patient to enter at a time, and has patients follow a series of protocols. Inside I felt safe and protected. The office was transformed for safeguards, and my procedure was no more than 30 minutes. This was my first venture out of self containment during the last 60 days, and I returned to my home soon after. Once again, terrific job, Dr. Hsu.

It’s hard to find a great dentist in Las Vegas. I found Dr. Tsu 3 years ago and if I have any dental needs, I’m happy to drive from Aliante, up north, to Henderson. Yesterday, I had to extract my teeth. I was very nervous. But everyone was very nice and informative and I felt comfortable. While Dr. Tsu extracting my teeth, I didn’t feel any pain! I was surprised at how fast the procedure was. That afternoon, Dr. Tsu called me to ask if I was ok. So sweet! Not many doctors follow up like that! I’m glad that I found this dental office!

They help you with the best route possible to help you figure it out financially as well.
