Really liked them. I wish they had a pediatric dentist on site though.. Other than that they were great with my kids, made them feel very comfortable.

In and out within 30 minutes! Everyone there is very friendly and has been for years. Would recommend to anyone in the Henderson Tx area!

Ive been afraid of dentists most my life, mostly because I have bad teeth and was victim of bullying all through childhood. I went in for an extraction and they were able to help me same day, Dr Kim and the staff were all so amazing at accommodating my fears and helping subside pain Ive had for a while now. I went in being scared of dentists and walked out with confidence in this office. My hope is that one day I can afford all the work I need done, once that happens this will be the place i use from now on. They helped me overcome a fear and pain with simple politeness, professionalism, and understanding. Best experience with a dental clinic in a long time.Everyone was nice and concerned.Took my daughter in, wound up being an emergency visit as she was in some pain by the time we got there. We had a later appointment and I would like to thank the team for not making us feel like we were rushed through the procedure and out the door. We hardly ever have a wait, always willing to accommodate the kids when they are here! The doctor always makes sure that they are comfortable! I recently got my teeth cleaned here and was very satisfied with the care that I got, the front counter was very professional and quick to get me in and out under a tight schedule. The workers in the back were very polite and helpful with any questions I had about the procedures that they do.

My children use this dentist and are extremely happy with the dentist and the assistants. Clean and comfortable environment. Staff goes well beyond the normal to help their patients. Never have had a negative experience at this dentist office.

I would like to say that the only bad thing is that some of the procedures are costly but they will work with you. Myself and 2 children have had services there and we were treated nicely. Just recently had some work done and I was pleased with the pain care and i really liked when they did a post-call to check on me after procedure was done.

My son has been a patient at Henderson Smiles since he turned 6 months old, and we have always had a pleasant experience. The staff always gets to us at or before our scheduled appointment time, and the dentist is quick to come to the room and take care of my sons teeth. With a squirmy, cant sit still toddler this is a must! And he loves the balloon he gets after every appointment along with his new toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste. We love Henderson Smiles! 🦷❤️

I emailed late one night and told them of my bfs problems and needed to get in. They were very nice and prompt about calling the next morning and getting him in. They did not make you feel hurried or just a number. Very nice all around. The Dr. was very nice. Will be returning.

Arrived to appointment 15 minutes early and was carried back almost immediately. My 2 boys have talked about how great of an experience it was. Waiting area was very nice and clean.

Clearly these reviews were based on giving the patient a discount. Very disorganized to say the least. Waited over an hour for an appointment that wasnt properly booked. Was very rushed by the dentist. Safe to say I will not return to this place. Save your time and money and go to Henderson Family Dentistry. When the receptionist asked was I born in 1921 should have been a sign just to hang the phone up.

I didnt like that they removed my first dental assistant. I felt like it was done because she was talking to me. This is a small town. It helps to be friendly and build up a rapport with your patients. Otherwise, I liked them and felt like the prices quoted were reasonable.

Hadnt been to the dentist in quite a while, but the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I didnt have to wait long at all in the waiting room and it didnt feel like it took a long time to get through the procedures. I look foward to making more visits in the future.
