Just left a good review on this place. I regret it now. This office gave me the run around I know the care I deserve and wasn’t receiving it after the first month. MARIA is who this comment is for.

I was sent to have nerve test done on my left arm by someone in this medical group working with Dr Sharma L. Bishop and to make a jump through hoops story short here after my testing these jokers never gave me my test results after I had to schedule two appointments to come in and receive them. This was about 4 years ago and to this day Sept. 2021 I still have not received not one test result.....they deliberately held them back from me and my left arm is still jacked up and giving me problems!!!

Very efficient and well run practice. Dr.Bishop is very caring and gives proper attention. It was easy to get appointment also. Recommended!

She was very thorough and very attentive. I was very concerned about going to the Dr during Covid, but I was impressed with how safe I felt during my visit.

You took a verry uncomfortable and painful medical problem and made it better even b 4 i was able to see you for the first time.ive been to urgent car and my previous Dr and was brushed it under the rug. Ive been going to Dr. Bishops office for 3yrs & hope I dont have to go elsewhere due to my medical insurance. The staff is very nice & helpful. Dr Bishop makes you feel comfortable, she listens intently to all your issues & responds accordingly to make sure you are well taken care of.Thank you Dr. Bishop!

This office is a nightmare! This office doesn’t pick up the phone during office hours and they do not return calls the only way to get a message to the doctor is by walking into the clinic! Run run as fast as you can!

This is one of the best doctors office ive been to dr bishop and dr garret are very caring doctors and their staff is amazing i have always been treated with care every time i come in for a visit they are very welcoming and supporting and the energy there is beyond amazing every time i call they answer and every time i come in for an appointment which was almost all of the time ha but im always seen with in minutes if i could still come back to their office i would but i have changed my insurance but if i could i would definitely love to thank them for all they have done 😊

I find Dr. Bishop staff, slow and not caring!! My mother was only to be waiting one week for a apparatus for her ordered by another doctor. First they couldnt read the other doctors writing, then when I talk to the other doctors office and they called them( Dr.Bishops office) NO RESPONSE!! NOT even to call and say we straighten it out or NOTHING!!! I find her Staff( the ones at the desk) very lacking in office manners and rude. They ARE NOT NICE AND VERY lazy with their office mannerism. A Sorry flock! Give the job to someone who cares about people and their patients!!! We need a curtious staff people.

I find that it is a comfortable and friendly office. Dr keith, the nurse practitioner, gets right to the issue and makes sure u understand whats going on and makes sure all your questions are answered.

This place is non professional and doesnt take care of referrals just lagging you have to keep calling for them to do anything. Never have appointments available but office is always empty.

The ladies at the front test is professional rude terrible when getting prescriptions to pharmacysEspecially the girl with the different colors of hair,, dr bishop professional also she rushes in her patient follow ups Im looking for another dr.

They didnt call me to remind me of my appointment and when I told the doctor I was sick he didnt prescribe any medication. Then I asked for a refill on a prescription he said just make sure its the right one. I dont think I will be returning to this doctors office again.
