Been going for 5 years now. Great staff, Great Providers. The Dr. is not always there but it’s understandable. Everywhere you go now a days you get seen by NP or PA rarely the actual DR.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst place I ever been to! Not the place but the front desk where horrible and hate they’re job! I called to get my medication sent to my pharmacy, Brissa from the front desk was giving me attitude the minute I called, she must hate her job because she was giving me a run around asking me for the pharmacy store # and then hanging up on me, I called back with the store # and she said “that doesn’t make sense, we don’t need that” when it was obviously her that I was talking to , then she asked for the fax number as if I’m supposed to know, basically having me do her hard front desk job. Instead of putting all her energy on giving me a hard time and giving me attitude she should put all that energy on doing her actual job. Brissa you need to get fired.

This is the most incompetent place in the Hemet/ San Jacinto Valley, I put up with their bad service for 4 years. Stay away from this Clinic. Si te quieres morir mas rapido ve a las palmas clinica.

The doctors deserve 5 starts but the staff all medical assistant treat you bad. One time I called and asked if they did ear cleanings they said yes and I scheduled an appointment Missed work my child missed schools I waited 1 hr to get seen after they passed ya and had us waiting another 40 min inside the room . Just for them to tell me they made a mistake they don’t do ear cleanings . In another occasion I called because they told me to call back at that time and then they said they can’t talk to me because she is eating , she laughed and hung up the phone. I called again because I didn’t appreciate the laughing and I told them I was asked to call back at that time then hey laughed again and hung up . Bad bad bad bad service don’t waste you time z

Have never really liked going to the drs but this office is actually very nice and great customer service. Wait time is not bad, and to get an appt you dont have to wait months. Definitely recommend it. Dr and provider are great, great job staff!!👍👍👍

Just moved to the Riverside county and I called for physical appts for my 5 children. Its been 15 mins and Im still waiting for my call to be answered. Ill just call another provider.

Unprofessional staff this medical establishment should not be practicing medicine. The customer service is horrible. They could not respond to a stat requisite appropriatly instead they said they had 5 days. They provided incomplete records, and failed to provide the immunization records along with the information they faxed over. This place has to get shut down they are incompetent. I will be persuing a lawsuit for medical malpractice.

My mom and I are never coming back here again my mom had the WORST experience she went to get a physical check up done and when she got the pap smear done the stupid doctor hurt her so bad inside that she still is in pain from her belly button to the vagina its been 10 days and shes still in pain and they wont do anything about it. As far as I know its not suppose to be that painful for that long, that doctor donna knew what she did because my mom was telling her it hurt and all she said was sorry no sorry aint gona cure her now. NEVER in our lives are we going back!!!

Great staff, the provider is very understanding & the wait time isnt bad. Also getting an appointment isnt a month away unlike other facilities.

Ive been around in nursing and see a couple of docs like doc Kim young at Stanford cancer centers all over the us tx ny.what I mean to say is I think this place is professional kind addressed all of mine and my kids needs .I would recommend them to all...

Horrible Service !!! They dont have a Clue what there doing. My Daughter needs her shots for College Registration and they gave her 2 she still needs 2 more. They couldnt even tell her that the would order them or no kind of information. I know for a fact theres other Las Palmas and they could of referred her to another one for those shots. But they didnt.

Really disappointed 😔 they close at 6 pm got there at 5:10pm and they didn’t help me because they were almost closing. 50 minutes to close they should change the time online to 5pm if they are not going to help you after 5pm not 6pm

This is a nightmare going to this clinic I went there to get my INS exams and I didn’t get my citizenship because they didn’t filled out my report right now I have to wait longer this nurses are very rude they have no training at all very rude and have poor customer service it took them 3 weeks to finish my exams and always refused to answer my calls this place needs lots of training please think twice before you get any service at this clinic you might loose the chance to get your citizenship just because they don’t care and don’t know how to do them right and the supervisor supposedly approved the work they deliver to me I’m not happy at all I should never request this exams at this location we all deserve respect I’m surprised this place hasn’t been closed by the city I do not recommend this place to no body.

I am sorry to comment but the Doctor who is said to attend this place is never there. Only one doctors assistant (PA) sees. Patients should be told that the doctor is not there and one can make the decision whether to stay or go.

This is a good place for people who do not have insurance. I was able to make an appointment for my mom and they treated me that same day when other places that could give me an appointment within 2 months !! The Dr. takes his time to explain things, he really cares about my health and my mothers. The girls are nice and Becky always tries to help you. I definitely recommend them !!

Always to make an appointment to be attended by a simple flu you have to call and they tell you right now there is no place the only appointment available is within a month, and when you were relieved, apart the day of your appointment arrives and Never attend the The time they agreed on all the time is the same, they quote you at one hour and a timely one arrives and they come to you 3 hours later and that if you are lucky.
