UPDATE: I left a message at the office to try to speak with a manager but never heard back. I did however, receive a call from a manager regarding the reviews that I left here on Yelp and Google. She was very understanding and apologized for the entire situation. She also tried to help me figure out a solution for my issue. Although the manager was very helpful, it is disappointing that I never received a call regarding the message I left in the office. It must have never reached the manager at the Hemet office.I’ve been going here for a few years now and recently transferred over medication from my psychiatrist over to a physician here and have had nothing but problems since I did that. I was supposed to get a one time refill from their NP until I saw one of the physicians however I never got the refill from my pharmacy even though the office claimed to have sent it. I got extremely busy and didn’t call them for a while, my mistake. Once I did, I explained I never got the refill, they said they would send it throught my new pharmacy; again, this never happened. They sent it again through my old pharmacy and only sent 2/3 medications, one of which was the wrong dose. I called back today and dealt with a receptionist who had an extremely disrespectful attitude towards my situation. Once I finished explaining, she said “wow, that was a long-winded explanation”. She continued to make little comments as I was explaining my frustrations constantly saying things with a rude attitude like “so what do you want us to do”. I told her I had picked up 2/3 of the medications at CVS and she said “but you just said you never picked up medication”, which makes sense for her to say. However, I explained that I thought it was an auto-refill of the old dosage from my old psychiatrist since not only did it go to the old pharmacy (not to the new one I requested), it was the wrong dosage. I called her out for having a disrespectful attitude, which she denied. I wish I had gotten her name, but I forgot to ask in the midst of my frustration. I am shocked at the disrespect I experienced from the office trying to explain this problem that has happened on multiple occasions and has caused me to run out of medication. Instead of being met with help and empathy towards my situation, I had to deal with an annoyed receptionist who couldn’t care less about my issues. Absolutely ridiculous.

My husband had a little surgery this morning performed by Anna Diaz and her assistant krista. We are so impressed by her and har staff. So professional and yet very kind and understanding. Thanks Anna and Krista, your special people.

I have been with RFMG for years and their patient service has gone downhill. for example, it took over two months for them to send in a referral for a rheumatologist, then it took my wife and I an additional two months to coordinate the transfer of the referral and transfer of my records between RFMG and the referrals doctors office. My wife and I had to make dozens, and I mean dozens, of calls to get this done. This paperwork and transfer of records would appear to be a job for the RFMG, but they dont seem to care for their patients.When my c-pap machine was recalled, I called to get a new prescription to replace it, they said they would check into it and get back to me. Two weeks later not a word. They only thing they seem prompt about is their demand for the co-pay.

Known Dr. Madrid for many years, hes a wonderful, caring Dr. I like that you can always get an appt to see someone in his office in a timely manner. He has many offices and you can usually get an appt in one of them if you have an emerg.

I am always greeted promptly and courteously. I feel at ease here, never rushed. Ana, the NP is very caring and thorough. I feel that Ana is really trying to help me figure things out, help me get better. So far no luck.What would she want done differently if she were me?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Unfortunately, I moved into this area and went through careful review of physicians hoping to find a partner in care for my medical issues. Dr. Madrid and Ana Diaz, along with another PA, really seem to only care about getting you in and out and collecting their share from insurance. From my very first visit, I realized I would not be getting the medical assistance I needed. I was assured my requests for authorization would be processed the same day; however, they transferred all of my records/info to Scripps in San Diego (they claim they have no idea how that happened). It delayed getting any assistance for a few more weeks. The other PA I saw did not want to order any scans (which would have been covered by insurance); he just told me if I wanted an x-ray or scan to go the ER. That was a clear Message: we really dont care, so just go somewhere else. I continue to have speech issues, balance issues, extreme fatigue and crushing bone pain that keeps me from living a normal life. I have extreme difficulty with basic functions. This office just wants me to come in once a year for followup. I cannot put shoes on. I cannot do simple tasks like brushing my hair or basic daily activities. And Dr Madrids office thinks I can just live this way everyday for the next year until a followup. This is more than frustrating. No answers. Why? Because they dont care to review your case to find the root cause of issues.

Dr. Ana Diaz is a great Doctor! I’ve seen her every time I go in and we always end up talking about our kids etc. she’s a wonderful person and definitely understands ME on a personal level and does what’s best for ME and listens. Definitely recommend her!

She did a great job and explained things very well. My only disappointment was I arrived 15 minutes early as requested but then sat in the room 45 minutes. I felt like taking a nap. Other than that everything was good.

Ana Diaz is so kind, friendly, and never makes you feel like you are taking up too much of her time. She is always smiling, listens to my concerns and very encouraging.

I really like going to see Dr Combs. There are usually maybe 5 minute wait he is very courteous his nursing team and front office is spot.

Dr Madrid was very pleasant and treated me with respect.However, (not his fault) I did not appreciate being seen by a medical student for close to 30 minutes. I was in the office to be seen with an urgent situation and I felt somewhat like an experiment.

Ana has always been helpful has solved a couple of my ongoing quirkier problems she listens to the problem then gives you a way to solve it. My husband thinks she’s the Dr. She’s very professional very engaging and no nonsense gal.

Im really happy with the new Hemet office. To be honest, my experiences in Menifee werent great. The wait for appointments was long, wait times on the phone were long, etc. But the Hemet office has been a gamechanger.Being closer to my home (10 minutes instead of 20) is a perk. But mostly Im happy with the experience. Most important, I am happy with the quality of care. But almost equally important, everyone is friendly and helpful, setting up an appointment is far more reasonable (usually a day or two, instead of a week or two!), and the office is always running close to on time.

Rancho Family (Dr. Madrid) has been my primary care for over 20 years. In that time Ive seen several physicians, PAs, NPs, nurses and support staff. Outstanding medical care and customer service by all. Thanks for your dedication.

This Rancho Medical Group Hemet Office has the best staff, Jasmine(Receptionist) really has the best attitude, in person and on the phone!!! The staff really make you feel welcomed. They give you smiles and greet you when you walk in the office. The waiting room time was literally about 5 minutes and Dr. came into procedure room within 10 minutes. Dr. Ana Diaz is AMAZING!!! She did not rush my visit at all, she took her time to assess me, unlike most Drs. who make you wait forever only to see you for 5 minutes. No, Dr. Ana Diaz was patient and took note of every concern I had. I will definitely come back to this office for future medical visits. Thank you, Rancho Medical Group!!!

Shes amazing! Finally got my chronic migraines under control.

This office has no clue about customer care or satisfaction! I visited their Hemet office in severe pain over a month ago. The Pn was kind but the prescription could not be filled as issued. The pharmacy called them with no response. I called and after many attempts i finally reached a nurse. she said she couldnt help. So I went for pain relief and got nothing. To compound the situation, the mri prescribed couldnt be filled because the imaging lab said its wasnt written correctly. Temecula advanced imaging offered to get it corrected. two weeks later no word from either office. I had to follow up and get the appointment finally arranged. Two more weeks go by after getting mri and neither office calls with results. I call the rancho family medical group and they hadnt even received the results! i finally hear from the nice nurse who coldly reads results with no apologies. I ask to speak with office manager and she is not in on Fridays! If my industry treated customers as this office does, wed be out of business!

It was easy and they gave me good advice.

It is so nice to have an office in Hemet. I used to have to drive to Murrieta, but this is so convenient now and Dr. Memon is both knowledgeable and friendly.
