My appointment was a phone appointment. The appointment itself was great. The NP prescribed a antibiotics for me. But sadly it was Never sent to the pharmacy as I was told it was. So I missed an entire day of No antibiotics. I was extremely disappointed. If this is a common practice then maybe I should change medical groups

I have not been disappointed ever with this group. They have some of the most caring team of doctors. I enjoy seeing them and like how they communicate to you in a way that makes sense. Ana Diaz is one of my favorites!

I recently had my first visit with Ana Diaz and I was very pleased with her care. She was thorough and she has a very kind bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a provider at Rancho Medical Group. Front office staff was also kind and courteous.

I ENJOY MY VISITS TO RANCHO. ANA, AND THE NURSE,. IM SORRY I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME, ARE UP AND FRIENDLY, I AM GREATFUL THAT A PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL TEAM, HAS FINALLY MOVED HERE. THANK YOU.HOWEVER THE SELECTION OF THE EXRAY PLACE, NOT THE BEST IN TOWN. THERE EARLIER TODAY FOR QUITE A WHILE.. TOLD I WAS 6th, THEN, NOT SURE HOW LONG. THERE OVER 2 HRS, I WAS NEXT FOR MY EXRAY, WENT BACK TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED, THE POLITE GAL INFORMED THAT THERE ARE 2 AHEAD OF ME. I LEFT. THEY CALLED ME AT HOME TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. THE OTHER EXRAY PLACE IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOSPITAL. THEIR WALK INS NEVER TAKE 2 HOURS TO GET A NECK EXRAY. I WONT GO BACK
