Me and my family all go to Dr. Castellanos. We were seen right away, we maybe waited 30 seconds. He was very patient and understanding with my son. Dr. Castellano made him feel comfortable through the entire process and this has been all of our experience. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure we all understand the importance of good dental hygiene. I really appreciate excellent service you have given all of us. Thank you.

Honestly they have great service! The doctors have a great way with clients I got some work done and did not go thru any pain honestly recommend them 100% and they are super fast lol!!

Great dentist for kids and adults as well!No long wait for appointments or for treatment.The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My mom and dad switched here and brought my 4 sisters. Then my older sister and her kids and husband switch. I came tried them out and switched my husband and children over here as well!!! 100% recommend them!!

Writing a review on behalf of my Mother. This dentist and staff are the rudest and most disrespectful people you can possibly meet in the industry. If you want to go to a Dr that doesnt know what he is doing then he is your guy. I have seen so many reviews online that are fake, so please dont believe what you see, this Dr needs his License revoked and I will be reporting hm to the state ofCalifornia.

This was our first time visiting this dentist and he did such an amazing job as well I want to thank all the staff I want to thank them for their time I want to thank them for being very professional smart the place is small but it’s still very organized very comfortable the parking is wonderful booking a appointment right away with no trouble... my husband had gone in and he had really bad pain in his mouth so when we had gone and they had checked and he had a tooth that had a lot of disease around it so without any questions authorization they let him in and they actually pulled out his tooth and actually helped him from the relief of pain I would recommend to everyone!!! Thank you for the awesome work your team provides!!!!!

Worst experience if my life! I felt discriminated! Dentist spoke to me in Spanish and by the time I translated in my head he seemed frustrated. Dont know if he thought I couldnt speak English but he was rude, and when I great in pain he said if I moved again he would hurt me more did not stop for me to collect my self. It was frustrating hearing him be nice to everyone else except me! His Dad was great! Nothing like his father! I had never been treated like this, felt violated!

Our family recently moved to the community and was hesitating of where to take my daughter to establish dental care, I found this clinic through Denti-Cal website and read great reviews online, so decided to give it a try. The whole process from making appointment to care was great, the staff and dentist were very welcoming and made my daughter feel good about going to a new dentist! I will refer my family here and take my other children here as well.

The doctors great but not always right! Front desk ladies are rude and only care about making money for the office than the patients concerns or needs. They also refused to allow me to speak to my doctor. I change doctors and western dental is better

Dr.Castellanos was too rough & frustrated with me. I’m still sore after 24 hours of visiting him for a filling WITH the anesthetic he put in my gums. I also can’t open my mouth as widely as I could from the amount of pressure he put on my jaw and teeth. I haven’t eaten anything because it is that painful. I’m 14 years old &’ I don’t think any parent should ever come here with their kid(s). He was rude and hurtful. No one should ever be treated like this.

So I’m doing this review for my aunt because she doesn’t have an account. She would rate this a 0 star if she would. She was having a great experience until there was a new front desk lady. She’s is extremely disrespectful. She calls my aunt and threatens her to charge her. She said come to your appointment or else. I quote my aunt told her “ I am going to report the way you are talking to me.” She replied with “ oh yeah, with what? I’d like to see what you have to say, I dare you.” She is very disrespectful and blames everything on my aunt. My aunt is not a disrespectful person but this time she exploded because this front desk person has been really pressing her button for the past appointments she has been highly disrespectful. She will not be returning here. But she really hope they see what she has to say because that front desk lady is something else. She’s new so she doesn’t know what is her name. She said the lady before her was so friendly but she’s completely the opposite.

Great experience. It was quick and painless. They didnt try selling me expensive toothbrushes or mouthguards and I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

I recently went to Dr. Castellanos office for a check-up. The staff staff was great. They not only did a great job on my teeth cleaning, but they also took the time to find out about me and what I do. The service was fast and friendly.

My husband went here a few months back and was pleased with service. So I took my kids. Let me tell you, the dentist and all of his staff (front office and assisting) was so kind and gentle and eased fears. My kids are not scared of going to see Dr. Castellanos and thats priceless. Thank you doctor and staff!

First dentist office visit here and I was very satisfied with the customer service and how fast they were on cleaning my teeth and how they told me straight up what was wrong with me didnt try to add extra fees or things I didnt need done I will come back again for sure. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone on medical.

Recently got my wisdom teeth extracted and it was quick and painless. Dr. Castellanos did an excellent job of making sure I was okay and that I wasnt feeling any pain or discomfort. Highly recommend.

Ive taken my son twice, 1st time was great i even went home and recommended this place to all friends and family, staff was friendly and dentist as well made me and my son comfortable. 2nd time was an ok experience my son had some dental work but towards the end of his dental work i felt the dentist got a little frustrated with my son and raised his voice a bit and nodded his head as if he wanted his session to be over with. All in all maybe he was having a bad morning or something staff was awesome both times they are very patient and friendly. I have another appointment scheduled maybe 3rd times the charm. I had a good and not so good experience.

Castellanos was great made my three-year-old feel very comfortable with his procedure there was no kicking screaming or my son feeling any discomfort they were very informative on what was going on what was going to happen after always have Smiles on their faces make you feel welcomed I give them a 10 out of 10 Ill be making my visit soon LOL

When i went there the dr. Was very ruthless and was in a hurry. I have always had a fear of the dentist and them hurrying up on me being extremely rough did not help. My mouth is in SO much pain.

I love how the dentist talked to me when they injected me so it wouldnt hurt as much he made me feel safe thank you so much and they ask u these funny questions that make u laugh I kinda forgot about what was even happing because of that thank you.

I went to get a yearly check up on my teeth. I needed some place close because I didnt want to travel far. All the staff members were really sweet to me, made me feel feel very welcomed. I got my xrays done and saw that i had 2 cavities. I asked the dentist ( Dr. Castellano ) if he could do it today and he said yes. I explained to him that i had a really bad experience in the past with a previous dentist. I told him please make sure you numb me as much as possible. He said if i feel any pain to raise my hand. So as he was performing the procedure I felt a REALLY sharp pain in my tooth. My first reaction was for me to move because it hurt really bad. He got really pissed at me instantly. I started to cry and told him I am really sorry and I am just really scared. I realize i should have raised my hand but that was not my initial reaction. So i told him i need some more numbing and he didnt even speak to me he just grabbed my mouth very roughly and started giving me multiple shots. He wasnt comforting , he wasnt sensitive to my feelings, he didnt tell me its ok NOTHING. The dental assistant cared more then he did.He was so rude, and then i told him and the nurse I am really sorry and i appreciate them being patient with me and he just said OK... Then after that he was SUPER ROUGH on my teeth. Drilling super fast, not taking his time WHAT SO EVER. He was rushing and just trying to zoom through the rest of the procedure. When i was done he told me it will be sensitive with hot and cold and just walked away. Then he was rushing out to leave before i could even get into my car. I would NOT recommend going there EVER! This was ANOTHER horrible experience.Dentists should never treat their patients like that!!

I recently visited dr castellanos office so unprofessional. I called the emergency number and I got a called back with the receptionist saying y am I calling her she totally went off on me , so I decide to do a walk in and talk to manager in charge . It ended up being who returns my call . Spoke to dr. Castellanos j.r about how unprofessional his receptionist was yelling at me and telling me to leave and shut up or what not, but the doctor was almost laughing in my face when I was telling him what had happened.. Since Sr dr. Castellanos left this place is no longer the same his son seems to not care as much as his father did . People I wouldnt recommend this dentist to no one?

Castellanos retired It’s not a good service with his son and the manager really bad experience with them my son got a really bad infection after he was treated by this doctor and when I call back for them to see him they didn’t wanted too because no openings even if it was an emergency really bad service
