I developed a toothache on a Friday. I didn’t presently have a dentist. Dr Formica’s name appeared on a list of offices accepting my yet-unused dental insurance . I cold-called his office the following Monday morning. He found time to see me that day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, started a root canal, and within a day I was pain-free. We finished up the root canal the following week. He worked quickly, confidently, carefully, and explained what was going on every step of the way. He was personable the whole time, sensing just how much assurance I needed at any moment. His support staff was courteous and thorough. The whole office setting seemed clean and orderly. I guess I’ve found my new dentist.

Pricing was very affordable too with options on monthly payments. Im extremely happy.Edit* I called to drop my payment price a little bit since im going on vacation. The receptionist put me on hold for 20 minutes, forgot I was on hold and called me back to tell me she finally opened up my file. I asked her in the beginning if anyone could help me and she said she could do it. She said it back to me TWICE, on the confirming the price. Fastforward to my vacation and they took the whole payment. Did she even do anything to my file??? Great dentist but she really screwed this up for me.I could have gotten these procedures FOR FREE being a veteran!! I CHOSE not to because it was a great place. I might push for free stuff if this is how they handle payments.

Our family dentist for the past year. Nothing, but great experiences. I have 5 children and they all love going to the dentist. My 4 yr old need a broken tooth pulled and I was worried it would be too painful for her. Dr. Formica, treated her perfectly. He took his time and explained everything he was going to do. My daughter didnt even break a sweat. Dr. Formica and the entire staff are nothing less than awesome!

I have no idea how anyone call call Dr. Formica honest. I had been visiting in Hemet for several months and it came time for my 6 mo cleaning. I called Dr. Formicas office and explained that I already had a dentist but needed a cleaning. I was assured this would be no problem just bring yourself and $89 and well fix you right up is what the lady that answered the phone said. When I showed up on the appointed day, I was called back by a VERY rough hygienist that did nothing more that stab at my gums with a probe. I asked when she would get around to cleaning my teeth (at this point I was trying to just get out of there) she said I would have to see the dentist first. AGAIN I tried to explain that I was being treated by another dentist and just needed a cleaning. Dr. Formica came rushing in and stated in a loud voice, I thought youd try something like this. I had no idea what he meant but was ready to leave as quickly as I could. All I wanted was what I had requested; a cleaning, but Dr. Formica wasnt about to let anyone out of his office without making a few bucks. If you dont want to spend a lot of your time and money in Dr. Formicas office STAY AWAY!!!

Magic worker!Dr. Formica is in my not so humble opinion the best dentist in Hemet, based on the following factors:I was referred to him by a client of mine after my previous dentist had botched a filling replacement. He fixed it quickly and was very reasonable with his pricing.Recently, one of my lumineers popped clean off, which had been placed by a different dentist 10 years prior. Dr. Formica was able to promptly see me, and was able to fix it within an hour of being seated in the patients chair. The quality far surpasses what it was when it was first put on 10 years ago.His office staff is always upbeat, ready to help, and very personable.As a cash patient, I am very appreciative of his affordability.Dr. Formica is, in my experience, a very honest, hard working, and knowledgeable man.If you are looking for the best care of your dental needs, this is the man you want to see.

Dr Formica and his staff are amazing. Called with the worst toothache I have ever had, and less than a couple hours the tooth was extracted and i was on my way. Only missed a few hours of work. Thank you for the Excellent service. Will be back.

Dr. Formica is a terrific dentist. I had an emergency and his wonderful staff worked me in. He explained my options, spent time talking with me and patiently, and very kindly, answering some questions about some of my future treatment options. I’ve found that he is very helpful not only in dental procedures but equally at teaching about dental options and choices. His office uses a laser that replaces Novocain in many procedures. He is honest, open and takes good care of his patients, my wife and I included. Wonderful staff. You’re always made to feel welcome. I’d recommend him to anyone.
