Dr J and staff are great. Dr Js attention and commitment to detail are second to none. He is funny too!! He saved my tooth today, one we thought might be non-salvageable due to a deep crack but he didnt give up, found the end of the crack and was able to save it after all. I walked away with continued confidence in my wonderful dentist and an intact pocketbook. Thank you Dr J for your commitment to giving us the best care! You are awesome.

I am very pleased with my experience at Dr. Jergensens office. It started with his friendly and knowledgeable staff. He even has ceiling mounted video screens for patients to watch movies during dental procedures. Dr. Jergensen prescribed the exact treatment to give me the desired results. He did not try to convince me to do things that were not necessary. The most important thing to me about Dr. Jergensen is his passion for Dentistry. He is a perfectionist who puts in the time and effort to ensure outstanding treatment results. The transformation of my teeth from how they were before we started to now is remarkable. The office staff is friendly and professional as is Dr. Jergensen. We have been going to him ever since he was in his previous location on Sanderson and Florida and followed him to where he is now. I went there when I lived in town and even after moving almost 90 miles away we still go to see him. Best service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you to all the staff past and present. I just got a front tooth repaired today. This was the BEST dental experience Ive ever had. The doctor was the most gental that Ive ever been to. Was surprised that the shot he gave me to numb the area took only a couple minutes to take hold and then right to work he went. So good. Id recommend him to anyone. Also the crew is just great. Very warm and welcoming. Thanks....

Not that going to the dentist is ever really much fun, I do have to say that this experience was not really too painful - pun intended. The staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was really good; he explained everything completely, going into some detail about his recommendations for me to make sure I understood everything. Clean office and clean bathroom, all of which I appreciate!

The office is clean and comfortable and his staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly. I, myself, am terrified of the dentist but he is very reassuring and honestly the friendliest dentist I have encountered. I appreciate his explanation of the procedures without making me feeling dumb or silly for being nervous. He took out one wisdom tooth last week and it was seriously painless. Had an implant done and a tooth pulled at the same appointment. Procedure for the implant was explained and all went smoothly. No discomfort during the procedure. Dentist and staff are excellent in their care of you. Highly recommend making this your dental office.

Back in March, just before the world changed, I had surgery on 3 of my front teeth. One prepping for dental implant. I happen to be very sensitive to pain. So for me, it is hard to know whether there is something wrong or it’s just me 😳 It has been very difficult for me physically, therefore, rough emotionally. Dr. Jergensen and his team have been there every step of the way! With business not open and the country shut down, Dr. Jergensen and his team have made themselves readily available to work WITH me on possible treatment plans and support me! And the cherry on top...I have no insurance! They were great with this as well! I can’t thank them enough for the excellent care! I highly recommend Dr. Jergensen and staff for all your dental needs!

I normally avoid going to the dentist unless absolutely necessary. Needing to finally go to the dentist, I found Diamond Valley Dentist. Dr Jergensen and his staff put my mind at ease and made my experience a lot easier than I expected. Highly recommend this doctor if you want your fears of the dentist put to rest. Hes also very thorough and explains the procedure in detail so theres no surprises.

Dr. Nathan Jergensen needs to have more patience when it comes to teenagers. Our very 1st time he met my son he didnt like his attitude. My son yes had a little attitude he didnt want to be at the dentist. But by all means he was not being rude or loud. He just had a grumpy look on his face. I believe it was our 3rd visit AGAIN Dr. Nathan Jergensen didnt like my sons attitude. Which was the same as his 1st visit. Just grumpy look on his face. And not making CONSTANT eye contact. So because of that Dr. Nathan Jergensen told my son in till he changed his attitude I dont want to see him. My son needed help with his gums. He was on antibiotics for a bacterial infection in his mouth. So obviously he wasnt brushing and flossing correctly. A person in that profession shouldnt tell you (I dont want to see you again in till you change your attitude.) And my son wasnt really doing anything wrong. He answered him when ask a question. He just looked super grumpy that he was at the dentist again. The girls up front at the desk are wonderful.The funny thing is. I had someone show my son how to brush and floss correctly. AND HIS GUMS LOOK SO GOOD. So I had to go to another dentist so they could show him the correct way. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DO THAT. THATS WHAT THEIR THERE FOR TO HELP YOU GET BETTER.

This place is awesome. staff are all friendly, and go out of their way to tend to your needs to ensure the most comfortable dentist visit possible. I had heard that the extraction of the wisdom teeth are supposed to be the most painful extractions one can get. However, that would not appear to be the case with Dr. Jergensen. At 25 years of age, I can comfortably say this is the only dentist who knows how to properly numb a patient, and by far my favorite dentist. I highly recommend you check them out if youre in need of dental work. The office is clean, welcoming, and cheerful. You will not regret choosing this office.

I can’t even put into words how amazing my experience was it’s always scary to try a new dentist and as new residents finding one I feel comfortable with is stressful in itself. They have patients for life in my family of five! My little guy woke up with a pain on his right side.. called in the early afternoon was seen at 2 and was out with his whole mouth done by 3:30. I’m so grateful they were able to do him same day at no extra charge. The dentist is great . All the women are great and we’re so sweet to me and my little man!

I love this place! They are friendly and warm and make you feel like family. The doctor does great work. He replaced a crown and made me an upper partial so now when I smile, I dont have these empty spaces.

I just finished an appointment for fillings and a crown. The amazing thing is that using a new technique, Dr. Jergensen can numb one tooth at a time. It does not numb your lips and wears off very quickly. I was completely back to normal before I got in my car to leave his office. No more awkward numb lips and cheek while back at work!

My daughter needed build ups and braces due to many missing and narrow teeth. Gabby is beautiful but didn’t like to smile. I met with several dentists to determine a plan for this unique situation and working with Dr. Jergensen (dentist & son) and Dr. Jergensen (orthodontist & father) has been very rewarding for my daughter. The care they have for Gabby’s confidence as a person and the extra time they spent working towards a positive outcome is far beyond caring for her teeth. Each step in this process has been scary for Gabby and I, cause there is no textbook solution for this case. Both doctors have exceeded our expectations and we are very thankful.

I love this office (I am biased as the dentist’s wife!) The staff are so positive and welcoming. Sonya is a fabulous hygienist and does a beautiful job with our teeth. Even my 2-year-old behaves for Sonya to clean his teeth (the tv on the ceiling playing his favorite show doesn’t hurt!)

Dr. Jergensen was extremely nice and comforting. When I went in to get my cavity filled, he explained the whole process to me and when putting in the shot to numb my gums, I didnt feel anything. Which was amazing since I hate needles. I definetly recommend him.
