Very nervous and apprehensive. My fears and concerns were quickly put to rest. From the receptionist -- the doctor, everyone was A+. Second visit had dental surgery to remove three wisdom teeth. Could not be more please with the results. Followed the advice given - no pain/no dry socket. Next up: Laser Scaling, two filings, two crowns and Im set.Highly recommend!

Front office Elizabeth was very friendly and welcoming. Maria was so nice and explained everything so well, she made me feel comfortable. Dr. Guest was also so friendly, she was thorough and explained what she thought would be best for me. Lorena also came in and was very friendly and helped me with my mouthguard fitting and making sure I was happy with results. I felt like I was in good hands and went with the treatment that was recommended. My dental issues have been resolved and I am very happy with the results.

Ive been going here since I was a kid and even 7 years later the staff are still excellent and kind. Ortho staff, dentists, assistants, and front desk are all kind and helpful and answer any questions and concerns I have or my mom. Very reliable and willing to help us out with whatever we need. I love coming here as Ive been doing so for 7-8 years now.

I was referred to this place by a family member. I called and made an appointment for my wife who needed a root canal done. They did a great job with the procedure , my wife didn’t feel much pain. Great dental office. I came in for a check up and I was able to get my cleaning the same day. George the dental assistant that took my X-rays was funny and friendly. The dentist Dr. Pham was professional and helpful. She made me a night guard that I now wear every night and it has helped a lot with my grinding and jaw pain. The hygienist Kris was very gentle during my deep cleaning. I already recommended this dental office to all my family and friends.

Love this office. My husband needed a good amount of dental work over the course of a couple weeks and Jackie was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our schedules and the work needed. Clean office! Staff is super friendly and professional. Elizabeth (liz) front office always greets with a smile and returns my calls when needed. Also my son gets treated on the orthodontist side and Lucia always works around my schedule.

Highly recommend Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontics to family and friends.I am never excited to visit the dentist (but who is) because of the unknown. From the moment I stepped into the building it was a delight. Elizabeth the specialty coordinator, greeted me right away as if I were a member of their family.  Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Elizabeth was so nice. She answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. She took care of me. Then there is Courtney my hygienist. Most of the times most hygienists will talk to you while your mouth is stuffed; unable to respond. And they expect you to reply or have a full conversation with them…Really! It has never made any sense to me. But Courtney is not like that. She will have a conversation but after the fact or if need be when I the patient is able to respond. Plus she was gentle.OVERALL GREAT EXPERICENCE! GREAT STAFF. VERY CLEAN OFFICE AND HAS THE STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT.

Dr. Lee is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. His numbing techniques are amazing especially because I am very fearful of needles and I hardly notice that he is even numbing me. My whole family goes to him and I refer everyone to this office.

Had no insurance and had a root canal and they let me do payments each month.. anyone that say they make u pay stuff up front must not have asked about other options.. now that I have insurance I go year round and alway have great service.. my cap felt weird and called and they took me checked everything out and fixed it for no cost. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I came in to check a tooth that was bothering me and expected the worst! The periodontist Dr. Pham was so knowledgeable and gave me the good news that the tooth was fine but there may be an issue with the one next door. Dr. Lee then finished my consultation and saw that I needed a root canal and crown. I was SO SCARED but he let me know that he would take good care of me! He numbed the area and even gave me a shot in the roof of my mouth...PAINLESS! That’s the worst part but he still let me have nitrous since I was so nervous! His assistant Rebecca made two excellent temporary crowns for me which were adjusted so I barely even knew they were there. The hygienist Kristen cleaned my teeth SO WELL and I was free to go! Karlee is the office manager. She set me up on a payment plan that was in my budget and was so nice and welcoming! I’m so glad Dr. Lee is my dentist and that the team is so gentle!!

I love my hygienist Courtney! I have been diagnosed with gum disease and she is able to take care of me with no pain and so efficiently! I feel like I’m getting a massage!

Refused to see my wife because she is pregnant and “needs a letter of approval” before they will see her, however they let her make an emergency appointment and show up without ever telling her she needed such a letter when my wife informed them she was pregnant while making the appointment, wasting our time. then offered to do a visual inspection after telling her they wouldn’t see her I’m sure to waste more of our time and then bill us just to not help my wife at all. My wife has a whole in her tooth from a filling that fell out and is in very bad pain. Now because this office failed to inform my wife what she would need my wife is stuck suffering longer.

The staff is very nice and the facility is very nice HOWEVER its a total rip off. They told my husband he needed a root canal and we went to another dentist and he just needed a small cavity filled. I just didnt like that I felt like they were always trying to upsell me. I went to a new dentists and the cleanings and fillings took a 3rd of the time and 1/4th of the cost!

CONSUMER BEWARE!The owner, Dr. Lee the main dentist of this establishment who performed dental duties on me is UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, CORRUPT!!!I came to Dr. Lee to simply re-cement #8-11 bridge since it was loose. Upon installation, I never signed that I like the bridge or that I approve the lab work but he still cemented it. Dr. Lee proceeded by pressuring me to replace another bridge #12-14, simply to make a profit. I never had any issues or pain with #12-14 before he touched it!!Dr. Lee then followed by issuing me the termination letter indicating “ I have instructed my staff to refund you in full for #8-11 bridge and any payments you have made towards the bridge extending from tooth #12-14.” My son simply said he will leave a negative review if he does not refund for his negligible work. Hence I am writing this.This was the most horrendous dental experience of my life, I am deeply traumatized and concerned for my oral hygiene and overall well-being after visiting Dr. Lee Watanabe, this office!!I was 1st hand witness to the NEGLECT and placement of bridge WITHOUT cleaning abutment & DISINFECTING the area because he removed 20 year old bridge! I begged to clean the area thoroughly but Dr. Lee sadistically and intentionally left the area UN-sterile prior to gluing the bridge! In addition, Dr. Lee caused inflammation in the area as outlined in Summary Report for Patient 0195500.I am severely traumatized from the CARELESSNESS and NEGLECT I received from Dr. Lee Watanabe and Nosti Dental Corporation.I am now searching for a dentist to RE-DO EVERYTHING this establishment touched!!AVOID AT ALL COST!

Every time I look into the mirror I always notice how happy I am with my smile. A big thanks to Dr. Annie Hsu and her team at Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontist! I had braces before (through another dental group) and the results do not compare to what I had after a year of treatment HERE. Such an awesome team; they were very clear on the process the entire time, during each appointment I was aware of what we were doing and why our next move was vital. Hey, if you listen to your Orthodontist’s advice, you’re going to get the results you want! It’s a no brainer but overall, I am SO happy with my teeth and my confidence with my smile has returned! Hemet Dental Group is a bunch of crooks! They do not care for the patients well being. You’re just another number in their bunch of patients that they can not take care of. I am removing my family from this group and finding a new dentist. They are a franchise who are comparable to a Western Dental. ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY I would give them a zero star but google won’t let me.

I love this office very much! My kids at this office almost 2 years with braces. Probably next month or two months latter they will done. Doctor, staffs are all very professional.

The Dentist and staff are awsome, the oral surgeon and crew simply impressed me, Im difficult and had extreme fear and they simply handled it, treated me and my fears so well I wish I could do it all over again. I was lucky to find them to provide my services! Thanks everyone for helping me! I have seen some bad reviews towards this place and I think those people went elsewhere and clicked on the wrong facility, I came I saw I listened and Im sure the haters must have made a mistake somehow towards this group. A couple of years ago, I had five lower front teeth done by them, they charged me $13000, and less than a year later one of them broke off. Then I got a estimate in March of 2020 for implants, for three teeth on each side of the lower mandible, they wanted $ 32,000. Other orthodontists quoted from $15K to $20K. They are Highway Robbers.

Why is it that, every time I have to see the dentist, I feel like I am being cheated. I love my dentist, Dr. Choi. She and the staff are excellent. They take great care of my teeth. But, my cleanings always cost money because they say that the cleanings are deep cleanings not regular cleanings. I cannot tell the difference. The last filling that I got needed not anesthesia and took 5 minutes. It cost me $106. REALLY? I believe that it is the corporation that requires these charges for its bottom line. The staff unfortunately has to figure out a way to excuse the cost.I really want going to the dentist to be pleasant and its not. I always know that I am going to get reamed.

I will never go there again and would not recommend them to anyone! Totally unprepared and unprofessional.

Worst place ever I had an appointment and I didn’t get seen till almost 2 hours later and they don’t have their stuff together

Dr Guest is great, she took extra care in the fitting of my dentures. The surgeon Dr. Kouros Izadi D.D.S., MD was rough and cut up my gums so badly that I havent been able to wear the dentures yet! The day after the surgery I ended up with 2 huge Hematomas on my chin, one on each side..They are gone today, 8 days later.

We were very satisfied. My family and I all had appointments together. Each of the treatments were explained. Costs for services were explained and insurance coverage reviewed with me. Options for payment were explained and their prices are very reasonable. Treatment was comfortable and almost painless. Everyone was so helpful. Everything was explained and made clear to me. Dr Lee is great - I love the staff.

I like most people, hate going to the dentist however my experience at this dental office has been great. Dr. Jackson is awesome! He always manages to tame my fears and anxiety that comes with dental treatment. The dental assistants and dental hygienist are awesome as well. The manager, Vanessa worked with my insurance and laid out all the financial options out for my husband and I so that we are able to have the treatment we need and not go broke! I am 100% satisfied with the care and service I have received from this office.

I sent my husband here after complaining of tooth pain. At his new patient appointment, he had 1 tooth removed and 2 fillings. (he HATES the dentist and waited for months before going). He said Dr Lee was fantastic and he didnt even feel a thing, not even the numbing shots. He was very happy with the office staff and said they didnt nickle and dime him. He was very happy and made a follow up appointment without complaining.

This is not a dentist, this place is full of hustlers who try to up sell the most expensive procedures while not taking care of basic problems. The wanted to pull a tooth and replace it with $4k bridge. The tooth was easily repaired by another dentist. They wanted a $650 cleaning procedure which was done by another dentist for $50 (same procedure). This place is like so many other clinics that are a first stop for new dental grads and third world dentist trying to make as much as possible off each sucker. Its like going to a used car salesman when you enter this office. Each member of the staff is in on this hustle. The BBB should be notified and the ADA should be made aware of this place. It is clear that these people do not share or believe in the Hippocratic oath.

Well to start off we had never been to this group until my husbands insurance changed to a HMO so we had to pick a provider. I had to go to the dentist due to a toothache and they were able to get me and my husband both in the same day which I give them credit for that however as another review wrote it was like a assembly line, passed from one room to the next to take x-rays, photos and finally the dental chair where the Dentist briefly comes in and tells you everything you need done. You wait for the financial woman to come in and tell you how much everything is and boy do they jack up the prices!! I was in pain but was not able to pay the $400 I needed just to start the root canal (they said I could pay half and them make the remaining $400 over 4 months or so) I ended up not even getting a cleaning because they said I need a deep cleaning that is going to cost me $300. I left there still sorta sore but it went away over time. Here we are a month later and on Christmas Eve it hits me like a brick wall, ouch!!! I spoke to my sister-in-law who does the insurance at a dentist and told her what they told me and she was shocked but not surprised either. She looked up my insurance and told me I could have at least started the procedure for my $75 co-pay to get me out of pain at least. I called them today, the day after Christmas and explained to them I felt I was going to be overcharged and want what my insurance will pay and am in pain and really would like to get this done. I was told Sorry but we cannot get you in until Jan 15th!! WHAT?!?!?!Needless to say I called my insurance and am going to another local dentist today willing to work with me and my insurance company switched me as well.

Scotty fell and hit his front teeth at school the other day and his gums were swollen and bleeding so I took him into to work Thursday morning to have his teeth checked. And Jose was awesome, he was kind and patient with my son. Just wonderful.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Paid $500 to start up Orthodontic Treatment. Had to get papers faxed, and they didnt even contact me to let me know that they received them. They tried to convince me that I need expensive treatments in order to start my treatment, which isnt needed..I really thought this was a good place, but do not be tricked into their lies!

My husband had 2 teeth pulled he was 100% satisfy and cant wait until I go and get dental work done.

I used my insurance here spent $500300 on mouthguard because I grind and clench my jaw. 200 for laser and irrigation cleaning.My husband however needed $1300 for his dental work and we paid it all upfront. For crown laser irrigation and a tooth removal insurance covered the rest.I returned when they gave me my mouth guard because it was rocking and they sent out for another one to be remade...Mouth guard number two comes in and every morning I wake up wearing it gives me soreness then not wearing it i call them asking about a refund I even said that they didnt have to give me the cash back just put it towards a different serviceshe talks to her supervisor and they say we dont give refunds well just remake it till it fits.Ok well I paid 300 dollars ! For something I cant use. Like Im not mad. But thats not right. Im even paying for my husbands braces there. And Its just messed up.. I mean dr. Cho I believe is her name is so nice. And the girls upfront too .. but i would encourage before you spend your money to ask what happens if this doesnt work?Or compare prices. .Im really disappointed. I got myBraces here when i was 16 Im now 23 thats why I decided to schedule all 5 of my family members. . They could have made it right. But chose not to.

They hurt you bad when they do any numing and drilling. The money that they charge is double. I went to Helmet Smiles and it was half the cost and no pain. Smile Dential worked on my wife and she came out with tears. I paid them in payments for the work they did and it was painful but in good faith I paid them off. They switched my credit card and started charging mine not my wifes. All I could say is research this place and you will be glad you did. I give this place a big fat zero and that is for answering the phone. lf you like pain this is the place you should go. Good luck.

DECEPTIVE DENTISTRY!!!!! Do not go to this office. They will swindle you into expensive treatments that are totally unnecessary. This is frightening to me that they have even been in business this long. I cant imagine how many people have been deceived into treatments that they dont need. I wanted a cleaning and between myself and my two boys they had recommended over $10000 worth of procedures of which my insurance might have covered 70% if I was lucky. THEN they refused to do a regular cleaning on me because it wasnt what the doctor recommended...I have always had really great teeth, and neither myself or my kids had cavities...HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

Hello my name is Ken, i had an appontment two weeks ago for some broken Teeth that were badly infected and in alot of Pain and Swelling. After the Consult and Xrays the Dentist Chelsea Guest, advised me of what was needed. I know my Teeth are in bad shape and all i wanted two do first was remove the broken Teeth and to address the infectioni and Pain. First of all i do have Dental Insurance, Humana Gold Plus. After their Insurance Cord. Spoke to my Insurance Company i was told that NOTHING WILL BE COVERED UNDER MY PLAN. And the Bill was going to be over 1000.00 Dollars out of my pocket for the Urgent Care. In addition to the other problems that were going to be Hundreds of Dollars more.. So i left with nothing done that day because i did not have that kind of cash. She did give me a Prescription for the Infection that i had a reaction to and getting worse. The next day i contacted the Insurance Company myself, they told me that it was a matter of Insurance codes that i was covered under my plan for the work that was needed but i needed to pay a co payment. I told the Dental Office this and they just brushed it off and said the work cannot be done that im NOT COVERED... I had to make another appointment with another Dentist for the Urgent needs... getting worse now and more infection than before... I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE. Go to another Dentist..

HORRIBLE DENTIST. Took 23 xrays of 2 teeth plus 4 botched xrays for a total of 27 xrays for 2 root canals. Would not do regular cleaning. Insisted on expensive deep cleaning. GO ELSEWHERE.

I cant believe how much they increase prices!!!! HORRIBLEMy son 19 had an appointment to get his annual check up, normally he only needs a cleaning nothing major. They came out with a treatment plan of over $1,000 dollars for a cleaning of $620 for JUST A CLEANING, and he needs his wisdom teeth pull out for $488. I was like WHAT??? and we have Insurance. I told the FINANCIAL COORDINATOR you guys are 3 times higher than the other Dentist around. You have to be out of your mind to pay so much when you are already paying monthly quote for insurance.Thats taking advantage of people, you should be a shame..
