Dr. Castillo and her dental assistant whose name I didnt get were fantastic. I had to have a crown removed, a cavity cleaned up, a post placed I was getting and my gums pushed up. I didnt feel the novacaine shots, no pain during the procedure and surprisingly no post-procedure pain.

I waited over an hour and half just to be told that I couldnt get a cleaning, which was the purpose of the appointment that was made 2 months in advance. I feel like that was something they could have called me on ahead of time before I even came in if it had to do with a switch in my insurance. The x-rays literally took 5 minutes and the dentist looked in my mouth for like 2 minutes, but yet, I was there for almost 2 hours. Mind you, the appointment was for a cleaning. So thank you Bright Now for a waist of my time and probably caught covid in the process. Wont be going back!

I’ve been to other dentist offices where I feel like I’m at a used car dealership, and the staff is trying to upsell me for work that doesn’t really need to be done. When I refused to get unnecessary work done and pay more money, it seemed like they stopped caring. This dentist office is NOT like that!! The staff is very professional, yet very relaxing and comfortable to talk to. Not pushy at all. They answered any and all questions that I had very thoroughly. I’m looking forward to getting future dental work done without feeling guilty for doing so. Great place!!

Have always had great service from this office. Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Park have been fabulous. The entire staff is taking significant risk during this viral outbreak and have been taking good care of patients with dental emergencies. Im one of those patients and Im very grateful for the professionalism and for the risks that the staff is taking on behalf of their patients.

I booked an appointment, my first time but I missed it, rescheduled, that appointment, to come back. They never booked it. Only my husband, now I have bee seating here for twenty minutes. Their professionalism, is lacking. I will continue to give them a low star until their professionalism better.

Wendy and the ladies at the front desk are effective and organized. But when they call my home prior to my appointment to confirm, they need to speak slowly and clearly even though they probably leave the same message with 12 or more people each day.The Xray techs are friendly and efficient. Anthony is bright and personable as he does a great job, as are Doctors Ahmad and Park.

My sons first appt there today and 20 minutes before his appt they call me to cancel because the Dr wasnt in. 20 minutes before! I was already on my way. Very unprofessional. The night before i was reading the reviews and theres many other ppl complaining about the same thing. If i had cancelled 20 min prior to his appt they wouldve been a charge. Did not reschedule im taking my kid somewhere else.

Everyone at the dentist is extremely nice and are on top of their game. Even the Dentist.. But they have their separate doctors who do the extractions.. I will never ever go there if I need another extraction. The doctor I had was the roughest doctor I have ever ever had. I have had mny teeth pulled in my years, even 4 at one time and never ever have I had teeth break and my gums split where I needed stitches. The doctor was moving his tool around like he was shifting gears. No smoothness at all..

The staff is really nice but they are so unorganized . My appointment last week was scheduled for me to go in when the dentist was on lunch. Of course I found almost 30 minutes later when I got up and asked if I would be out by a certain time since I had to pick up my kids from school. So I had to reschedule another appointment. Today I waiting one hour before I got up and asked again if I was going to be seen soon. It seemed like they had forgotten I was even there she said they would take me in right now. They finally take me in after almost two hrs of waiting . get some X-rays done and see the dentist. I waited again for at least 30 minutes for a hygienist. I told a lady there I needed to leave in 1 an 15 to pick up my kids from school. If she knew if I would be out by then. Someone from the front desk comes and tell me they are going to have to reschedule another appointment for a different day to do my cleaning because the hygienist left for lunch. At that point after almost 3 hrs I walked out. Never going back.

Everytime I have scheduled an appt with this office they always call the day of and cancel it because the Dr is not feeling well. The Dr is only in on Weds and Friday to perform the work and they apparently dont have anyone else. They always want to reschedule you out for more than a month. This is not the first time they have done that to us. Do not recommend at all if you need work done now. Fyi: this also happened before Covid.

My bfs appointment was at 1pm, then they had him wait until 4pm. The place was crowded the entire time. You guys need to get organized and have better time management. You don’t deserve the money you got.

I know it’s the Covid chaos right now but that part wasn’t bad at all. The dentist was the one who was extremely rude. I was there for 2 hours and the only thing that got accomplished was a quick and very uneven grinding of a sharp edge of one of my front teeth. She could have at least tried to make it look ok since it’s my front tooth. She didn’t answer any of my other concerns and gave me another referral I didn’t need. Then they wanted to charge over $600 for a night guard! Well, online services do the same thing for a hundred bucks. I felt like the visit was a complete waste of time as I have no explanation for the swelling on the side of my face and now my front tooth is completely uneven and I have a referral to a doctor for a root canal I don’t need since my tooth is not infected and I don’t even feel any pain. Plus I asked if my insurance would even cover me seeing a specialist and she just said “I don’t know” and walked away. The x-ray technician and front desk staff were very friendly and were doing the best they could in all this chaos and I was happy how clean and orderly they kept the waiting area which is why I gave 2 stars. I will however be changing our dentist when all this is over so we can get real help.

I LOVE this doctor and this staff and this office. I was in a precarious and painful situation and they got me in right away, and gave me medication followed by a procedure a week later. Thanks to them, I am back to my old self again. I’d been there once before this and would recommend this doctor, staff, and office to everyone. The cost is also decent, which is always a plus!I’ve never felt so cared about when going to the dentist. I’ve legitimately been laughed at to my face and behind my back by a dental assistant at some different practice in the past at when I was younger, which has deterred me from going in and getting work done that I know I need. This place has changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and for the better.Coming here everyone is friendly, non-judgmental, and just overall genuine. They really care, and I can’t thank them enough. Special shoutout to the lovely lady dental assistant who held my hand during my procedure.You are all amazing, thank you doctor and staff!

This place had terrible service everyone looked at you weird no was was friendly at all way over priced and my sons filling fell out in two weeks after they rushed to do it and they talked to each other in a different language and when i asked a question about my sons filling for them to re do it for free they they needed a translator to ask and they wanted us to pay for another filling on the same tooth that was filled and fell out also no regards for customers at all they are all about the money

Took only a half hour to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Process was quick and painless. The staff was really friendly and thorough.

Went in for the X-ray and exam special and as much as I fear doctors or dentist they made me feel welcome and eager to get work done here in the future.

This business and particularly this location is one of the best managed and operated businesses of any type that I have come across in years. The entire team of staff and licensed progessionals is efficient, the offices are clean and well lit, the people are extremely courteous, and very well trained. They are organized, methodical, they are effective communicators, they seem to have expert knowledge and skills. They are also friendly. Whether inside or outside of this area of practice they are top-notch. , I have expanded the range of service requests, 4 times already, with no reason for going elsewhere, based on their excellence.

The minute I walked into Bright Now! Dental, I knew that I would be comfortable. The ENTIRE staff is amazing! Its a well organized and extremely efficient office where your privacy is important. I was treated with respect and kindness. They just make you feel at home. The whole office is clean, bright and has a very friendly atmosphere. My visit to the dentist wasnt always the best experience. I was terrified of the dentist BUT AND I MEAN BUT BRIGHT NOW is the BEST! I was in so much pain that I couldnt put it off anymore. The staff and dentist helped me to feel at ease! They were so nice and gentle. They help me RELAX! I ended up having a root canal. NO PAIN! I am not kidding. Love this place!!! Have not been to the dentist in years and had a bad toothache. Went there on an emergency after finding out my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance. Best move yet! Had the dental work done and was so impressed with the entire experience from the initial sign in until I walked out! So much so that I made an appointment for my 4 year old sons very first ever visit to the dentist before I left that day! He was so excited to be there and they all made it a great first dentist experience! He was not afraid AT ALL!!! Dr. Ahmad and all his office staff made both my sons and my visits much easier than ANY previous dentist. I have recommended this place and will continue to recommend them!!

I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time due to no insurance, so finding out I needed emergency dental work was detrimental. Aside from the cost though, this team was seriously amazing. From beginning to end, the doctor and his staff always made sure I was comfortable, secure, and informed me step by step of what all my mouth was going to endure.I am completely in awe of what Dr. Ahmad was able to accomplish so quickly and pain free. This place is such a family oriented office , everyone is very patient and kind . Liz helped me out as soon as I walked in she was very informative , soon after I was called for X-rays and Erika was so nice and gentle she was also very patient . I then headed to a room and I didn’t wait that long at all the dr came right in ! He took his time and was very honest with my treatment luckily no cavities . I like that everyone around you made you feel comfortable, the office isn’t over whelming at all with a long wait . It gives you the experience you should expect from a dental office. If i could, i would give 0 stars. very disappointed in this dentistry. came in around june to get consultation for my sons braces. everything went fine. the receptionist there told me that i could pay 3 payments for his braces if i did not want to do financing which was fine for me. then i come in late september and they are now telling me that i need to pay a $500 down payment and then $600 to finance. when i told the receptionist i was told i could do 3 payments of $370, she said that they dont do that, and that she did not know who told me that. so she goes to speak to management and comes back to tell me that they can honor that but now they want my credit card so i can auto pay every month. i said no to that and got out of there. there has been too many times where these dentist over charge me. no thanks. its just amazing that they had no clue of who told me that i could pay 3 installments. these people cant keep track of their staff. and they will try to charge you more money if you let them.

The office is clean upon entry! I did a walk in at 2 pm and I was taken in right away!Dr. Ahmad is very friendly and fast!!I have to say the assistant Veronica went above and beyond to make me comfortable (I have anxiety) she stayed with me made me less nervous. She even went as far you get a clothes and wiped my sweating hands, gave me blanket cause I was cold. She was amazing!!

Let me tell you... This place is truly wonderful. The staff is so nice and friendly!! They make u feel right at home the moment you walk in. I gotta say..i was kinda nervous for my grandson, being that hes autistic and is not good with changes. But the moment we met with liz(liz morales) that all changed..she is such a wonderful, loving, caring human being. Words could never really express such gratitude. She not only made him feel at home but had all the patience in the world with him too. She put him at ease in just a matter of seconds..u would think he knew her like forever. And for a second there we felt as though we were the only patients there..it usually takes him a while to adjust. But with her it was just different..she has such a way with children. She not only got got him to talk, but she also made him laugh.alot! 😊 thank you liz!! U made his experience at the dentist office memorable!! And i drove back home with a smile on my face. And i thank God for people like you.. Dr yavari was very sweet and caring as well!!!! Thank you so much for taking the time out to really get to know him!! I have been a paitent with Bright Now! Dental for about four years. As someone with gum issues Im visiting regularly (every 3 months) and have to say theyre wonderful!Ive always been given flexibility with scheduling/rescheduling appointments, they work with my insurance to ensure I get the best care affordably, and the staff are probably the most friendly people I have encountered in the industry.Ive truely had a wonderful experience each and every visit. I highly recommend them!

This place is a rip off. After initial exam they tell you all the work that you need to have done and then tell you that they will not do a cleaning unless you get their work done first. My 9 year old son who has been going to the dentist since age 2 every six months was told he has gingivitis and I would have to pay 132 dollars to get the work completed. Like I said he has been going every 6 months for routine checkups at a different dentist and was never told this. Not a good place for adults or kids. 7/8/2015!!

Worst dentist. .. I went to this dentist with a extremely bad toothache.. so what did the dentist do (dr ahmed)? He pushed the bad tooth up hard! I almost flew outta the chair... would not pull tooth said I needed to go to a specialist (after I refused a root canal because of money). So they sent me away in worse pain because the dds jammed the tooth. I couldnt drive for a hour because pain... ended up going to western dental and although their office is older they treated me great and pulled tooth the next day without pain. There was no need for a specialist it was just a tooth pull.. this dentist just didnt want to waste their time on a basic extraction because its not as much money as a root canal.

My sister had all her teeth pulled at 1 appointment, and they should have done it in 2. Then was given no pain meds, went to ER cuz she couldnt take the pain anymore. Called their emergency line and still got no help or relief for her over new years eve weekend.

In brief: call center and receptionist gave me a false appointment date and time for an emergency appointment.When to my appointment, I found out I had no appointment that day and that it was scheduled for a week later, a date that I had never even been offered. Someone behind the desk commented that the call center was screwing up a lot, but as I stated above, my final call to reschedule was answered by the local receptionist [supposedly]. This was also for an emergency appointment, if anyone facing a true emergency had their appointment cancelled they could end up in the hospital with sepsis.

The receptionist seemed preoccupied and I felt as if I was a bother. The dental assistant was great. Her name was Veronica. She’s actually one of the reasons I chose them as my provider. I had been a bit aquainted with her from when my kids used to go there. She’s always friendly. The dentist seemed honest, as in he didn’t focus too much on the minor cosmetic aspects but instead on prioritizing what was needled very soon. He gave me a couple of options to achieve the goal I was already aware of. Then, an office lady came in to go over the costs of what the dentist said needed done. She did not tell me everything. What I mean by that is the dentist mentioned an extraction but she did not address that at all. I had to ask about it and when I did she kind of fumbled, then said she was waiting for the dentist to write out a referral. If I didn’t ask she probably would have completely ignored the issue. Instead of apologizing for her mistake in omitting that information she stood firm on her excuse that she was waiting for referral. When she first explained the money part was the appropriate time she should have informed me that they couldn’t do the extraction there. I asked only necause there was neither an itemized note of extraction nor a dollar amount assigned to it. It’s quite unfortunate that the first impression one gets is that of receptionists who seem uninterested in the patient right in front of them. I am of the belief that reception personnel be trained , not merely in dental coding, billing, making appointments, etc., but in actual customer service.; something like the way Starbucks and Nordstrom train their people. In conclusion, the back office people made me feel welcome and at ease, wheras the front desk people and the other office staff give the impression that people are just names on a piece of paper rather than a real human being. My 4* rating is for the back office.

The back staff is great!! the dental cleaning, and cavity fill were a great experience. But the front staff is pushy when trying to schedule appts and dont coordinate the patients denatal concerns to the Dentist. But if you can deal with the front desk its worth being seen in the back for your treatment because the back staff is truly light handed and pleasant.

I would like to BEG everyone reading this review not to go here ! Especially for any sort of treatment requiring the specialist who comes in once a month !!!! This man was not only rude and intimidating but he was down right inhumane !!!! He yelled at me during the procedure and told me to PIPE DOWN !!! He then proceeded to tell the staff he wasnt going to complete the surgery (after cracking my tooth further) and that I could go else where ! I had already had such high anxiety before the visit and to go thru such an awful experience !!! Im at a loss for words !!!! Ive never been treated SO poorly by a health care professional , and although the rest of the staff was friendly , they did nothing to correct his behavior at the time of me being told to basically shut up and take it or I would be left in pain to figure it out 😱😱😱 NOT OKAY !!!!!
