New patient. First time at this dentist office and I had a really great experience. Staff was very friendly. Diverse group, and very thorough in explaining everything I needed. They answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming here since this office opened. I loved Dr. Hart so much that when she left the previous location to start her own office here I moved my family’s accounts as well. I’ve also seen Dr. Patel on occasion and he’s great too! The wait times are usually not long, and the entire office staff is always friendly, to the point that visiting the dentist feels almost like visiting friends! Wonderful hygienist too! Even financial expenses are always clearly explained and scheduling is usually very accommodating. No complaints in the many years we’ve been with Dr. Hart. She runs a great office!

She always explains the plan of care and answers all my questions. My teeth look absolutely beautiful thanks to this special team! Very fast and reliable service. Same day appointments. Staff is wonderful. Patty has been very helpful and helped me with financing at a very affordable monthly payment. It has been 5 years since I’ve been to a dentist, after coming here to Modern Dentistry they have made my visits very comfortable.

I been coming to this location for about 2 years and every time is a good experience with everybody, even if they are different people since I started, all of them are very good treating me, very professional explaining everything they are doing on me, all I have to say is, thank you all at this office, for being so amazing.

The staff was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. Everyone was very professional and the services where quick and easy. Pamela who is the dental hygienist that worked on my teeth explained everything very well and could tell she was passionate about her job and truly cared about the patients best interests.

20 years ago I had a super bad experience with a dentist and have never gone back since till the day when I was about ready to lose a tooth only to go in and find out that I was going to have to have two teeth pulled that day and how petrified I was they were so nice and so gentle and everything just went so well

I went to see this dentist because one of my employees recommended this dentist. they are so friendly and i spoke to ashley there she was so amazing at able to schedule me in and take care of my tooth pain they are so amazing totally recommend this place.

They are awesome. Briana was really good with the x-rays!

I spent almost 2 hours to have X-rays done and that’s it. When it came down to discussing pricing they were 3 times higher than my insurance rate. They have poor service at best, and are extremely high priced. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Over 800 dollar for cleaning AFTER insurance. I don’t think so.

I have avoided dental offices in past however ever since my first visit with a tooth emergency just after Covid hit and they got me in immediately and accommodated me. My on going treatment has been comfortable that I have actually returned a few times to do that treatment where before I’d not return to dentist after a poor experience. Now I continue and have other work needed and have been so thankful to have found a dentist office I am proud to be a part of, all of the staff I have meet are caring and welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Honestly, one star is too high of a rating. Run, do not walk in the other direction!I have been dealing with the run-around for WEEKS for a simple billing issue. I have had to reschedule needed procedures due to their lack of response to the matter. Everytime I call, they tell me I need to wait for someone else to approve the change or someone else has to deal with the issue. Honestly, the biggest headache I have ever experienced from a dentist.Not to mention, my temporary crown broke(I have had a temp on the tooth directly above it from a different dentist for over a year without issue) and I was told I needed a surgical procedure that was not necessary! Please, get a second opinion before you let them do anything!My grandmother has been dealing with a nightmare of her own for a YEAR now. She has suffered through countless unnecessary appointments, procedures and even lost a tooth due to their MISTAKE! A year later, she still doesnt have a bridge that fits. Maybe next visit! 🤷‍♀️

And gracious financial payment options for if you can’t pay cash for service same day.(I moved from out of state, so I needed that due to no dental insurance!) they treated me the same if I had it too!

This place is a scam!! The dentist does work like a 5 year old! Literally run as fast as you can to ANYONE else. My husband and I both went there and Dr. Hart talked us into getting veneers for my husband. I initially told her no because Ive heard that they fall out and you constantly have to get them replaced. Her exact words were Oh no, not mine. I make veneers strong as crowns. So with that assurance we agreed and came up with a game plan to make his teeth shorter and give him the movie star look. When the teeth were delivered they looked the same as his previous teeth. Same length and not much whiter. We were disappointed and even more disappointed when they fell out the next day. He went back, had one replaced and then it fell out again a month later. They replaced that one and then again they ALL fell out. He was tired of this circus ride from Doctor Hart and needed a break from going back and forth so he didnt go back until now when he started to feel pain. He was informed that they will not honor replacing any of them because it has been a year but we are still liable for the $5000. So she expects him to pay $5000 a year for her teeth from Tijuana that she applies with super glue. Ridiculous! This Doctor has no moral code of conduct, does shotty work, and ruined my husbands teeth for the rest of his life!! He would have been better off just keeping his regular teeth.Now on to me. I received a filling on my front tooth. Dr. Hart attached the filing to its neighboring tooth. I look ridiculous, like I have a unitooth (one large tooth much like a unibrow). My complaints went ignored. Also she put in a bridge that has now fallen out within less time of a year. Of course you guessed it Doctor hart claims she is not responsible. We will be seeking legal counsel and reporting her to the board but do what you can to avoid this nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM HEMET MORDERN DENTISTRY AND DR. HART!!!

I asked a million questions about my dental care, and Dr. Hart answered each one of them. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find a dental routine fit for me. Im glad I made an appointment.

Took my 2YRO son here. wasnt sure how he was going to react. The moment we walked into the door we were greeted and interacted with my son. The assistant showed him how the X-rays worked and explained everything to him. I believe because everyone took their time with my son that they are the reason he did so well. Also, was very thankful for Tony taking her time and explaining all the options that fit our budget.

Dr. Hart, made me want to consider becoming a doctor after the appointment. Her professionalism was second to known. I recommend her for everyone.
