The owner Jonathan is a con artist. He does not honor the plans he sells and will constantly work to cheat you by claiming you have used the full number in your package. I took a picture of their computer screen to confirm the remaining treatments on my last visit. I had 7 left, clear as day. Guess what? He still fought me on it...do not do business with this vendor.

The Medical technician was great. The air conditioner in treatment room is causing mold on the ceiling above. Did not notice fresh towels in treatment room or change of dressing gown. Should have one per client and clean daily.

This place is just AMAZING! its great experience since you step your foot there. every single person working there is very friendly and ready to help. the facial treatment was the best i got the Galvanic Non Surgical Face Lift - wow! i would absolutely go back!

Absolutely brilliant! The staff is very knowledgeable (Jonathan and Regina in particular); They explained the process to me and what I should expect from the treatments. They also explained to me that they cant make me look like Im 20yo again (Im in my 70s), but instead they gonna make me look like a better version of myself, and they were totally right! I didnt expect them to make my skin look so amazing, but they actually did. I havent seen my skin this bright since I was 30.If I could give this spa 10 stars - I would!Highly recommended!

I was walking by Greenwich ave like I always do on Mondays, Suddenly a nice young lady offered me a sample of a hand cream (which I LOVE), and then offered me to try to sample for the eyes as well. After 2 min with the cream on my eyes - I saw instant result ! No more lines or puffiness - which is my biggest problem. You can figure out that I bought it ! It wasnt cheap but totally worth it. I also came for the complimentary consultation and it was amazing. very good products and very knowledgeable stuff! you have to visit Le Caprice Paris on Greenwich Ave.

Last year I walked up and down the ave and a guy offered to give me a sample for the eyes. I really liked it and wanted to go back but due to a busy schedule I didnt have the time to go back there. This time, while walking on the ave I had more time and decided to go inside . this product is absolutely amazing!

I was passing by the store about a month ago, a very nice guy stopped me and gave me a sample for the hands , I loved the smell and how my skin felt and went back to see what else they have. I tried the Ruby Super Wrinkle Firming Key which is a product for the eyes and I was shocked from the results! all the fine lines and puffiness that I had were gone almost immediately. Obviously I wanted that product ! the only thing that was bothering me at that time was that it was a little expensive, but I definitely got the results that I wanted and havent gotten in years!

I purchased two products and she kindly let me know about the student discount which granted me a facial priced at $300 for only $180! I came in for my facial and saw Regina. Regina is so skilled and truly an expert Aesthetician. I was given a deep cleansing facial and my skin was supremely clean and moisturized, Thank you Regina! I cant wait to come in again. I just got to say that at first I was pretty sceptical, I bought a mask for my eyes, I could see the difference right away but I didnt know if it will last.. But now, about 3 weeks after I gotta say that I dont know why I havent heard of this brand before?! My eyes have significantly improved and all the puffiness under my eyes is gone! Im really happy from the product! Definitely worth every penny!

After i took it , she offered me a sample for the eyes which of course i tried , honestly , I didnt think anyone can get rid of my bags and wrinkles ! this product definitely worked and still working!! this time im happy i was a sucker for beautiful woman ! I had a good experience by stopping in the store, I tried the treatment for the eyes and I absolutely LOVED it , after that I purchased the Anti-Aging Package but later on I discovered that I cant afford it . I returned the products and they did a refund for me with not a problem . I would definitely come back to purchase the package again when ill have the funds for it. (I kept the treatment for the eyes)

A friend recommended me to go and try their products, i started using the RUBY collection and it is by far the best product i have ever use! i can saw results from the first time i was there and its getting better every time!

I first watch one their video reviews in YouTube on the magnetic-mask and knew i needed to try it. The only thing that kinda turned me off at first was the price, but i guess the mask is really made with properties derived from diamonds so its ok. The first time I used the mask i thought I was going to mess it up because the magnetic bar was taking everything away from my face but, then I realized that there was some residue left on my face and thats what I was supposed to rub on my face. The feeling after the mask is applied is just phenomenal. I recommend this mask for everyone needing to get rid of sun spots on their face and neck areas. I tried it on my body once and I think I would love to use it more often but because of the price tag I think I will just use it on my face.

Ive been suffering from rosacea all of my adult life. After spending thousands of dollars on creams and doctors, nothing really helped .about two months ago I walked into the Kristals spa , referred by a friend , I did the non-surgical treatment with the new Hydra facial machine and Im shocked! my skin is way better, I barely have any rosacea and with that, my skin is tighter and brighter! I thank the staff , they are great and very knowledgeable and finally helped me fix my problem with my skin .

No matter how much I dieted and worked out, my thighs were always my problem area. I was so frustrated when trying on clothes and self-conscious exposing my legs—I truly didnt know what else I could do to achieve a slimmer appearance that fit in proportion with my frame. I finally decided to go to a consultation for ice 21 at le caprice ( saw it on facebook ),and it was determined that I was an ideal candidate for ice 21 on both my inner and outer thighs. I decided that I would undergo the procedure, and I liked that it was a non-invasive option with no downtime. In fact, I was on my phone the entire time answering work emails . I had a total of 14 treatments on both my inner and outer thighs , and I am so, so happy! My legs are more shapely and defined, and I feel so much more confident in my clothes and (finally!) a bikini since undergoing the treatments.

My wife and i love the products! we purchased the sapphire eye cream and the skin polisher and we just love it.

Beware do not go into this store ! I was walking on the avenue on the corner of Elm near the TD bank minding my own business when suddenly a young woman said hi here is a sample, please take it. So I took it, that was my first mistake! Then she says of wait a second, let me get you an eye cream sample too. Before you know it she comes back outside with what looked like a syringe and starts putting some gunk underneath my eye. She then pulls me inside to have this cream dried, she puts me in a chair and starts drying the cream with a small dryer like circular appliance. I should have left right away but when I tried to some young heavy accented Italian guy comes over and starts serenading me about how great my eyes look and bla bla bla bla, very heavy sell and they pull you right off the street ! He was trying to sell me a facial for $ 499.00, a cream for $ 600.00 and all kinds of other products as long as I promised to come back for a facial....bla bla bla... after about 15 mns he then put some cream on the inside of my arm, rubbed it in and then with a cotton ball removed the cream and said you see this is the top layer of your skin coming off. It was not it was just dirt... Then he asked what I was doing for those brown spots ? I said that my dermatologist was going to take care of that, he said that he could do better bla bla bla... Long story short if you are over the age of 50 do not even stop and do not take their sample ! They are praying on mature ladies to believe their none sense and snake oil techniques... I am shocked that they are on Greenwich Avenue and that they are allowed to pull people off the street! After I said I had to think about it, the price went down to $ 320.00, but when I did not budge, the talking stopped, the guy said he was not going to be there the next day and he stopped smiling... Buyer beware, my left eye is all red and swollen today. Do not go in and take a look at their California reviews, very similar to mine.

Oh my god i came onto the store because i had some problems woth my undereye area, and when i tell you they gave me the perfecet under eye solution, im not joking! Ive used it for 2 months now and i cant believe how much my whole eye area improved! They are less puffy and most of the lines are gone.Im truly IN LOVE with this place! Jonathan & regina are great. The products they sell do work. Ive been using Kristals products for 3 month now. My skin has made changes for the better. Others have noticed the softening and more youthful appearance of my facial skin. Pore edges have become softer and show remarkably noticeable changes. And this without laser, which I have done (icon-xd). Even if you have laser treatments you still have to maintain any improvements. I am finding these products to be spot on. Zero skin irritations and I have sensitive skin. So many products, like all Ive tried, have made my eyes burn. Not a single product has shown to irritate the eyes.As far as sales techniques go: Yes the products are rather expensive. But for me this happened to work. I was in need of such items and if one can afford it.....,Trust me on this one, the Kristals products, are so so very worth every dollar spent.I would also like to say Kristals Cosmetics stands behind their product. They absolutely do take care of their customers. I had a small issue with one of the products they sold me and they handled it like a champ. Is a matter of fact they went above and beyond to fix said issue.Peace

I Love this place!! A year ago when I turned 50’s I knew I need to do something for my skin . Like lots of my friends I checked about Botox , juverdm and even go under the knife- I did not felt comfortable with any of them.While walking on Greenwich ave I met a young lady standing out said the store and giving away samples to lure people into the store.. I found it so funny but I had time and she was nice so I got inside to see what is all about .I absolutely love the product!! I have never used such a rich and helpful product. My skin never felt like that even when i was in my 30’s!!I really recommend kristal cosmetics !! And I love the stuff there, they are so nice and friendly ! LOVE IT!

Best place on greenwich ave! i feel like i have to share my little experience with kristals and the staff , a little over a year i was diagnosed with breast cancer ( all good now) and while i was having chemotherapy ( lost of hair and all of that) i was in need for something to make me feel good about myself - while walking on greenwich ave i came across this place and it reminded me of one of the places at the mall, so i said no thank you and kept walking . after few weeks i was again on greenwich ave and had more time to kill, i noticed the sign out said the shop( CoolLifting) i got inside the shop ( which is beautiful )and ask about the type of services they are provide- the nice gal explain to me every thing i need to know about the products and even did a demo on me - i was hooked from the very first time ! they have the best anti-aging products and selection. i join the ruby program and i am so happy i did! i super professional and ready to help with any question or a problem i had.
