I currently live in NYC and was home visiting my family for the weekend. I decided to get my nails done before heading back to the city. I was overjoyed and completely satisfied with my experience! Cozy Nail & Spa out beats any experience I have had in the city! Its been three weeks with nail polish and there still havent been any chipping. The manicurists are wonderful, detailed, and make sure you have the best experience. You cant beat the prices either. I will be certainly making more trips home now to not just see my family, but to visit Cozy Nail & Spa!

Ive been to many nail salons in Greenwich and Cozy Nails are by far the best! The staff are professional and pleasant. I always walk in without an appointment and never wait more than 5 mins.

This is by far the best and least expensive manicure I ever had! And in downtown Greenwich, CT if all places. If I lived here, Id go all the time, but Im just visiting.

The place is a mess, the equipment are not clean after each customer, the word “tip” is mention the all time I was there. They are also rude to your face talking about the rude women in Greenwich . The service massage is only given to customers that they think will give them a big tip . Overall I’m very disappointed from this awful place and will never use them again .

Best nail salon in town! I’ve tried them all and seem to always gravitate back to Cozy! After going a few times they remember you. They’re always friendly, helpful and very pleasant. I’ve had a ton of manicures from here and every single one was done with care. Overall, 10/10! I definitely recommend this place!

The best place in the area for a gel manicure! It lasts 2 weeks and longer! I love getting spa pedicures here too! The entire staff does an excellent job taking care of everything! Highly recommend!!! Only place I like to go to!

Hands down the best nail salon in Greenwich!! they take there time and do a great job, they are also extreamly extreamly clean! & the best part is you get a massage thats always 15 min or longer. if you have not been here, you should definitely come and give them a try, they are the best!!!!

I have been getting my nails done in this area for over 35 years and this is the best nail salon hands down! No matter what day or time of day I have shown up without an appointment, I have never waited more than 5 minutes! There is no rushing you out the door and they give you a massage while you are getting your manicure the whole time (except when they are actually painting your nails)! They are top notch!!

Best nail salon in Greenwich and beyond. Anywhere else Ive ever been to get a manicure or pedicure had never ever surpassed my experience here. Everyone is so friendly and remembers all the clients, they give you fantastic massages, the music and ambiance is relaxing, and everyone does a fantastic job. When I lived in DC and Florida I was so disappointed, and even went somewhere in Vermont. Ive gone to places in Stamford as well --- hands down nothing compares. This place is a gem.

Visiting for a wedding, my daughters needed pedicures and waxing. The pedicures were thorough and gentle. The color selection is extensive and we each found something to our taste. The waxing, however, was disappointing. Both of my daughters had to re-epilate before the wedding that afternoon. One was left with stickiness in many places. The other had a raw spot behind her knee that came up through the afternoon. The service was kind but quiet, and it seemed clean and well-maintained. I wish wed felt the service was worth the cost.

I like this place. I have been here twice and I am satisfied. Grace worked on my nails today and she did it very well. She paid attention to every detail. This place is a bit cheaper than any other place in town for Gel or SNS. And trust me, I have been to almost every nail salon. I do like a couple but this is the cheapest and its on par with the good ones when it comes to service. So, I think this is going to be my nail salon going forward!

Ive been to many different nail salons, this is by far, the best Ive ever been to. I like the friendly customer service and the employees were very patient with me. We were able to communicate well so I felt really comfortable!

I got a gift certificate for my wife. Cozy charged me tax on the certificate and then I found out they also charged my wife tax on when she used it. I called over and Cozy said my wife should of said something.. how was she suppose to know (?). Hi honey here is a gift to you, oh make sure you dont pay the tax???

They seated me for a manicure and let me sit there for almost 30 minutes while taking other manicure customers. She said I was next yet they kept going to others. Quite insulting. Like that they massage u while getting manicure and drying but sometimes they don’t massage while getting manicure because choosing to spend more time on other customers. They clearly treat people differently. Very disappointing

I came here during my lunch break after a stressful morning. The young lady who did my pedicure was really nice and did a wonderful job. The technician brought me to the drying section and asked if I would like a free complimentary massage. As a first time customer here, I was excited to hear about this and immediately said yes. She asked one of the guys to give me a massage and went to attend another client. As I was waiting patiently for my nails to dry for over 25 mins...not once was I acknowledged nor offered a massage. As more customers came to the drying section, the guys offered them massage. They definitely favor “preferred customers” as I was looked over. As a first time customer, I was very disappointed with the treatment.

The place is unorganized. The manager seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

There are some great manicurists here. My only complaint is with the owner, Lucy. When I call to make an appt she has more times than not let the person I ask for begin with someone else right before my scheduled appointment! Very disappointing and annoying!

My favorite place in the area. I get a great manicure for $7 with a complimentary massage.I go every week now and get a chair massage with Tyree(sp), who has changed my life. My migraines are much more infrequent and he has gotten knots out that have pained me for years.Love this place and the staff. Very friendly, very clean, very affordable. Life changing massages**

Went in for a gel mani and regular pedi today. Abby did the best job. The added back and neck massage while getting the mani was the best. Will definitely be my go to nail spot now.

I did spa pedi and mani on Monday, thats the first time I came here, they did really good job, also they have free massages, it was amazing .im highly recommend this place .
