The entire staff I interacted with in my short time there was incredible. The lady at the desk is very helpful and kind. The nurse and the NP who attended to me were great. When I asked that the tester be careful to get a good sample, she was very compliant and did a very thorough swabbing. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job. I wish our insurance was accepted there. This would be where I always went. Nobody was the least bit condescending, as sometimes happens in offices. Everyone was truly kind and helpful.

Online check-in was easy to use. The staff here was so friendly. I was checked in and had to wait a short while before being taken to the back. The nurse and the PA made me feel comfortable and were both extremely knowledgeable. The PA diagnosed my issue quickly and I was back out the door in a timely manner. I will definitely use AFC for my future urgent care needs.

I highly recommend this facility. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Dr Hudson really went the extra mile and answered all questions. She was knowledgeable and treated you with great respect. The receptionist Julie and medical assistant Elliott were also wonderful. Elliott was great with kids.

Our nurse and Dr were both awesome! Knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, patient, kind, and efficient. The only way to make our experience better would be the front desk. Not bad, but could be more welcoming.

Had Telemed Appt with NP yesterday..I was left on Telemed hold while NP was conferring with Supervisor regarding medication I requested. Never heard from NP again..Several minutes later received voicemail from staff personnel who stated the answer to your question Is No and then she abruptly hung up..I maybe spoke to NP for 2 min and never received any followup regarding my medical condition..and I wonder how much I am going to be charged for this poor service

Out of all the urgent cares I have been to. This one has been by far the best one. Everyone from the receptionist to the X-ray tech and provider were outstanding. Really listened to me and assisted me every step of my visit. Coming from VA I have never experienced such exceptional service than I did today.

Jennifer was great with my son and very personable. She took her time to make sure we understood everything and had everything we needed despite it being late in the evening. My son had extreme dry mouth after his test and was having a bad allergic reaction, the nurse Casey went and got one of her own personal Gatorade’s to give to him. The staff was very quick to get us worked in late in the evening and was able to confirm my son’s COVID. Dr. Hudson was attentive and listened with compassion. The entire staff the receptionist, the physician assistant & the physician was helpful, caring and proficient.

The receptionist, Gina, was excellent, as was Kasey, who took my vitals. The NP-C, Jennifer Pugh, was so pleasant and helpful with both my immediate problem and with my allergy medication. She even called a variety of pharmacies to find the scarce antibiotic that I needed. I cant say enough good things about her.Now, a COMPLAINT. There was a TV in the EXAM ROOM. And there was no on/off switch or volume control that I could see. I wasnt feeling well and the TV NOISE interfered with my ability to hear Ms. Pugh. Do you really think that people who are sick need to be further distracted by TV? I am appalled at the assault on my senses and ability to communicate. TVs DO NOT belong in exam rooms.

I have been to this location twice with my daughter the first time Chelsea triaged us and did testing. She was so nice and made my daughter feel at ease. The second test Kasey triaged us and did testing she was also wonderful and made the experience pleasant. Jennifer was the Doctor and she explained everything and was quick and super nice. Would definitely recommend this location. They also have Tvs in the rooms, definitely a nice amenity for the short time we were in the room.

This was my first experience at AFC Urgent Care. All of the staff was excellent. Dr. Hudson was super sweet and caring during my appointment. Kasey, Nicole and Anissa were amazing as well. Just an amazing experience all around. I was driving an hour to their location in order to get a rapid Covid test. They were very accommodating, understood my anxiety, very friendly and professional! Very positive experience for a not so pleasant situation!

This was the first experience my husband and I had at this urgent care facility. From the time we first walked in everyone was so welcoming. This was my very first time with AFC on Pelham rd. My son needed an X-ray and from the time I walked into the door til the time I left everyone was absolutely amazing!! Front desk was very helpful and pleasant. By far the best experience I have ever had with an Urgent Care. The wait time was minimal even though they were packed. The doctor was very thorough and had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. All of the support staff were friendly, fast and attentive.

My 2 year old son hurt his foot and needed to be seen for a xray on a Saturday. The visit couldn’t have been any better! We were seen quickly! The medical assistant and xray tech was wonderful! Also NP Jennifer was very good with my son and he never cried or was scared! They really know how to treat children to keep them calm! I will always recommend this office to everyone!! Scheduled an appointment for Covid testing on 1/5/2021, because I was exposed to a coworker who tested positive (job sent me home till I got tested). Spoke to a receptionist the evening beforehand to ask if the test would cost anything, because I dont have health insurance yet at my job. She said it would be covered with a Covid testing agency and she hasnt known of anyone yet who has had to pay. She said I would be fine. Called 2 hours prior to my appointment to confirm and make sure I could be tested and there wouldnt be any problems with payment. The receptionist was rude, told me it would be $160. She also said if I wasnt showing symptoms I wouldnt qualify for the test being financially covered through the agency. This wasnt what was originally discussed with me. Some people are asymptomatic and test positive, so how can this be considered qualification standards?! How does that help stop the spread of the virus?!

The service was excellent all the way. I strongly recommend this urgent care. Dr Ta and Chelsea were very helpful.

Family member cut finger, needed sutures. Arrived at urgent care before they closed. Would not even look at wound, simply said nerves might be cut and we needed to go to St Francis ED. Arrived at the ED, when wound was obviously not an emergency case. 4 and 1/2 hours later we are still here. Wound sutured, great experience atbut was not necessary to have been sent away from urgent care! If they were no longer seeing pts, turn the open sign to off!

I saw Dr. Hudson and she was wonderful. She really listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She has an excellent bed side manner, making the approximate 30 minute wait to see her worth it .

Was seen at this facility for a COVID swab. Registered online and scheduled appointment. Was seen by Dr Hudson who was so kind and very knowledgeable. Even though I was quoted 3-5 day turnaround I received my results in 2 days. Fantastic service!

Mom took my special needs sister here after an accidental fall. The staff was so warm compassionate and welcoming.They helped her get her into the building via wheelchair and were so patient and good with her.They made a frightened and in pain girl feel at ease. She even cooperated despite the pain she was in, and thats saying a lot because she does not usually let anyone touch her.Big shout out to the staff there and we would definitely recommend this branch of AFC Urgent care.

Had to take my 11 Year Old son b/c his normal Pediatrician was booked for the day. Got to AFC shortly after 9AM. Out within a Hour. Fantastic experience!! Entire Staff - Dr Hudson, Julie, Chelsea, and Elliott - was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Glad we went b/c my son was diagnosed with the Flu. Will definitely go back for their help!!!

Stopped in this AFC Urgent Care location yesterday to have my foot x-rayed after dropping a 45lb weight on it at the gym the night before. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hudson was great and helped me kill two birds with one stone by checking out my foot and the sinus infection that was coming on. The medical assistant/x-ray tech, Elliott, was great as well and very easy on the eyes! ;)

We had a great experience there. My dad fell on his hand and it swelled up alot and I was afraid it was broken. They took an x-ray, it was not broken so they wrapped it for us and gave us instructions on how to keep the swelling down.

I was called back by Elliot, who in my opinion was the most compassionate caring individual I have ever been triaged by. While in the room waiting for the physician, he was very attentive to making sure my comfort was met as I was feeling awful.Dr. Hudson followed that same professional and compassionate care during the examination. She was so thorough and listened attentively to all my symptoms and current issues as there were multiple.While waiting for results of labs, I was getting sick and Elliot actually offered to go next door to get me a soda. As he was offering, Dr. Hudson said, I have a Sunkist if she would like that. That care, I promise you is a rare thing in todays world!!Thank you so very, very much Elliot and Dr. Hudson.ps..The altered dosage and medication prescribed was spot on and I am feeling fully recovered and the swelling has dissipated ! AFC needs to look at their lab service provider as I really do not understand why it is taking a total of 9 days Or longer for the COVID 19 test results for my family to come back. Family was tested on Saturday June 27,2020. Today is July 5, 2020. I guess they don’t pick up lab test over the weekend which is unacceptable during a pandemic. If my job is working OT ,weekends included , then so should these medical labs providing test results. IMO Test should be picked up 7 days a week right now. Other places like prisma health , CVS, Walgreens, have their results in 2 -3 days so why is it not the case here?! I assumed it would be the case here, but that’s what happens when you ASSUME. It is disrupting our livelihood as we cannot work until we get the results which we truly believe are negative since we have showed no symptoms. However, our jobs will not allow us to come back to work until we get the results. We were told 4-5 days and as of Sunday July 5, 2020 still no results. Very frustrating and disappointing especially during this time . We will not come back for testing Or any other service since finding answers or Providing test results in a timely manner is not a priority. Im hoping the practice manager reads this and finds a solution to the delay during this very serious time. Update: AFC called on Wednesday July 8, 2020 to give results to one of my son‘s . They still have NOT called to give the results to my other son. Today is Saturday July 11, 2020.

A dear friend of mine went here today and was refused treatment for difficulty breathing when their facility is CAPABLE TO DO BREATHING TREATMENTS and CHEST X-RAYS. The provider simply refused to treat her for fear of losing her license. They only checked blood pressure and temperature. The provider (who refused to give her name to the patient - also unprofessional) asked two questions and sent her out the door. Unbelievable. If you actually need evidence-based treatment, stay far away from this urgent care.

I’m giving this place one star because I kept calling to check in on my results and the staff keeps hanging up on me, so unprofessional. I’ve been to other if their locations with no issues amazing customer service and staff but this place needs to go back to customer service training or something.

Highly recommend this urgent care!!! I took my niece to the Pelham Medical Center ER yesterday morning and ending up needing to bring her to urgent care in the afternoon for a second opinion as the ER did nothing for her. Julie, Chelsea, Diedra and Dr. Hudson were all so welcoming, sweet and caring!My niece ended up throwing up during the registration process- Julie and Diedra jumped right up, put us in a room, cleaned up her mess and bagged her blanket and doll for us. Dr. Hudson was very thorough and advised of the additional tests the ER should have ran. She gave us an additional diagnosis and different plan of care. It’s been less than 24 hours and my sweet niece has done a 180. Thank you all so much!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT...DO NOT VISIT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. AFTER WAITING FOR 3 HOURS (2 IN LOBBY, 1 IN EXAM) ONLY AFTER REMINDING THEM I WAS THERE DID THE NP, STACY CAME IN. AFTER I INFORMED HERE I HAD A PREVIOUSLY DIAGNOSED EAR INFECTION, SHE PROCEEDED TO JAM THE INSTRUMENT IN MY ALREADY SOAR EAR AND THEN WAS SURPRISED IT WAS BLEEDING. $136 TO BE SEEN, ANOTHER $52 FOR A FLU TEST.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Got tested for COVID-19 on June 27th, 2020, and to this day; two weeks later (July 10th, 2020) i have still not received my test results. Basically got tested for no reason. Do not come here for testing!!

We brought our toddler in on the day after Christmas for what turned out to be a very painful wrist sprain . The x-ray technician, the NP who saw her and the rest of the staff were all very patient and caring and did everything they could to calm down a scared child who did NOT want to get an x-ray.We were seen almost immediately which was a relief since we had just come from another AFC whose x-ray was out of commission that day.Thanks for making a scary day a little bit better for all of us.

This place was awful. Tried to get results for my test and they kept hanging up on me. Front staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them for my results. I will never go there again. I wish I could give them no stars.

She went above and beyond to help get her into the building and up on the X-Ray table.Dr. Rosenbaum gave me the news of the results in such a great way, showed me the X-rays too!!! No Doctor has ever even offered to show me . I was so impressed with that as a parent. Big Big thanks to all there!!!!!
