They are under new management and its so much better...i dont have to wait long at all anymore and the staff is so much more friendly and caring...

Completely different Dr office and if you could rate it 0 I would just ridiculous how they take the care of others so little

Every since they have changed the name and replaces the previous staff, this place has gone downhill. Please don’t be a patient and need any type of refills because you will not get them. I had to call the office multiple times before they sent my husband refills in. They want you to come back to be seen like every two weeks for no good reason, they do not connect the correct number in the chart and they expect you to keep track of bp or sugar with the proper tools. They are very unprofessional and do not listen to what the patients have to say. Please if you can go to another office i would strongly suggest that you do that.

Honestly the worst office I’ve ever been to. Staff are hostile and rude. Sweeties if you don’t want to come to work then don’t but it shouldn’t be taken out on the patients. This looks like a place people come to die. Honestly if the staff had a better attitude it would be easier to over look the disaster this place is.

Took 30 minutes to get called back. Took a whole hour until doctor came into the room. Room had open sockets where electrical outlets were missing. Electrical wires exposed in the patients room. Gave me the wrong information and sent me to a testing lab with improper equipment. Do NOT recommend care here.

Ive been a patient there for 20 years love dealing with Sharon very compassionate and caring doctor.

Stay away. Poor communication skills, purposely delay seeing you on time to get your insurance money, disrespectful front desk staff, doctor doesnt care about your actual health....overall a shady business and they dont deserve to be in business.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, unprofessional and no respect or care for patients. I walked in to see my doctor and they informed me she I longer works there. And good luck actually speaking to some on a phone there, I’m still waiting on a call back from the nurse.They have put me in a bind and I’m on medication which you are not supposed to miss I’m day 4 without and still no callAs I write this I’m sitting in another’s doctors lobby switching as I type

The wait was pretty long.

My appointment was at 3:15pm. I arrived at 2:50pm. It’s currently 4:26pm and I am still waiting to see a provider. This is ridiculous.

Just sloppy.
