Great place and staff.I felt extremely cared for and everyone there is amazing. Didn’t have any trouble with my appointment time. Everything and everyone was amazing I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming doctors office!!

They called me and told me I could come in early and now I’ve been waiting since my original appointment time. I got here at 4:30 my appointment was at 5:15 they said I could come at 4:45 and be seen and I haven’t been it’s now 5:30 and no one is here! I’m in the waiting room alone. I’m very disappointed for the center in Greenville if I could do no start I would!!!

I️ went in there to make an appointment and they were able to see me that morning. For the first time, I️ felt cared for & closely examined. I️ 100% recommend

Love this place and the staff. The doctor is very thorough and actually spends time with patients. I never have had an issue with appointments or waiting to long. Dr. Saxena helped me through a very scary time in my life and did everything he could to make sure I would be ok. This is my family’s cardiologist and we wouldn’t go elsewhere.

I worked as a Front Desk Receptionist in the office on guess st in greenville and I have to say that this practice is terribly run. Patients are overbooked, booked incorrectly or just not booked at all. The receptionists, MAs, nurses and the ladies in billing are all overworked. If Your a pt and you have missed a couple of copays you will not be seen until you pay, it doesnt matter if its for med refills or if you desperately need to see the dr. You wont be seen until you pay. Lab orders are either ordered wrong or not ordered at all. I have heard a couple of nurses who have spoken about a pt while they are taking another pts vitals, its a madhouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays because thats when we have patients coming to see either the drs or the np, plus pts for lab,and patients coming in for xrays and ultrasounds. And if you think about applying for a position in this practice you should know that The manager i guess I would call her that does not know the first thing on how to run a medical office, there is also a revolving door of employees nobody stays there for very long, either they get burnt out or you have certain people or a certain receptionist who will suck up to management and throw the employees under the bus just so they dont catch on to her mistakes. Oh and if you work overtime dont think for a second that you will be paid, they will fire you before they pay you. Its a shame because this can be a wonderful practice but first they need to clean house and they should start with management and maybe then theyll figure out why they are losing so many patients and employees.

EVERYTIME I COME HERE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT & ITS [ALWAYS] an hour wait its ridiculous why even make an appointment if I dont even get seen anywhere near the appointment time given ! Dont waste your time here find a doctors office that actually values you as a person, this is the 3rd time Ive had to wait 45mins - 1hour past my appointment time & im ALWAYS ON TIME !!!Then once you get taken back you wait another 20 minutes for the doctor to come back

This place is terrible with appointments and overbooking, making appointments way past the appointment time! Why even make appointments? Just do walk-ins! Or learn how to book appointments!
