Not only does she genuinely care about her patients, but she is totally knowledgeable about the human body, muscles, ligaments, etc. She has been fully educated in addition to providing the greatest massages of all time! I prefer a deep tissue massage, and she puts all of her energy into giving me an incredible massage!!! She also gets back to her clients and honors her clients time. Upon looking through the poor reviews Brittany has along Google and Facebook, a common theme I found is that she cancels appointments an hour before the confirmed date and time, hands out the same excuses to every one of them, and then gaslights them in response.My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks in advance and was also canceled an hour prior. I was offered another date and time, but have now been left on “delivered” for 8 hours. I’m not going to play that same game as those poor other people- luckily I bought through Groupon so I was able to be refunded immediately.I am a very sore, very stressed out, very busy college student who has been looking forward to today for almost a month. I have no doubt in Brittany’s skill in massage therapy, but this is just unprofessional.Edit to add after response: yep, gaslit just like those other reviewers. I’m not sure what being a single mom has to do with anything other than you trying to one-up me in a “I’m more tired than you” race. Take accountability just once. You obviously have a history with making up excuses. I think waiting over 8 hours for a response is enough time given, and I’m not going to text someone who is obviously busy and going through something, more than once. I have a day to plan out and you didn’t respond in time. Nothing about this is malicious or false, and you continue to publicly show your unprofessionalism.

Brittany is excellent! I haven’t had a massage in about 15 years so needless to say I had quite a few knots and tension buildup in my neck and shoulders. Not to mention I’m 18 weeks pregnant and in need of some TLC. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a good listener. She really focused on the areas that needed attention. I have visited multiple times and the massage is always TOP NOTCH and PROFESSIONAL. I live and work over an hour away, so I will usually take a 1/2 day off work just to drive there for a massage because it is WORTH IT! I highly recommend LUSH to anyone looking for a GREAT massage.

I would like to give a review of the massage, but seeing how it never took place, I can’t. I scheduled an appointment for a massage with Brittany and she texted me an hour before my scheduled service to cancel because she was sick. So unprofessional on so many levels. I decided to reschedule and guess what...the exact same thing happened again - she texted me an hour before and said a close friend died and she had to attend the funeral. What true professional does that? She then proceeds to argue with me and go back and forth with me via text messages (which I still have for proof). She didn’t offer a refund or anything. Unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone giving their money to someone like this.

Brittany is very unreliable. I made the mistake of prepaying for massages. She canceled my last prepaid appointment then canceled the rescheduled appointment several times before I finally just asked for a refund. She never had availability when I tried to reschedule. I would not recommend her for anyone needing massage therapy.She refuses to give me a refund for my last massage. Very unprofessional. She canceled one of my massages 45 minuets prior to my appointment.PAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Very disrespectful security staff. Security forcefully removed our group at last call while we were checking for lost items. Wedding party was forcefully removed before lost item was found and became Security was confrontational before it was found. Would avoid at all cost for better establishment.
