I just went here for the first time and loved it! I saw Josipa, who was so kind and welcoming it felt like I’d known her all my life. Not only did she give me a great haircut, we also had great conversations about about inner beauty, family, and faith. And it was only $45! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

The lady who cut my hair was more interested in me fixing her phone than she was actually cutting my hair like I wanted. She cut it too short, and added layers throughout, which I did not ask for. All I went in for was a trim. On top of that, I was charged around $40 for a product that sells for around $25.

I Had a fantastic experience at this salon thanks to Courtney!! She was fun and personable and did a fantastic job! 10 out of 10 would recommend and definitely will be back!

I havent been living in the area long, and I wanted to find a great place for hair coloring. Booked this place last minute, and was a little worried that maybe that wasnt a great idea, but I got the best balyage! The hairdressers there really listen to what you say, and deliver. I was very impressed and will be back again.

Workers were very nice and helpful. They were knowledgeable one of them though gets mad if you dont buy any of their hair products or leave a tip but their prices to just cut hair is 45.

Josipa is a wonderful stylist! She did an excellent job with my long hair & my boyfriends short hair cut, weve been there twice already. She is so friendly & caring. As a bonus, when you sit in Josipas chair & look out the window, she has multiple bird feeders & houses. So it makes for a very enjoyable visit, to be able to watch the beautiful birds & have great conversation while having your hair done! It was obvious after my first visit that she loves her customers & her business. Such a lovely lady.

Christine was amazing!! She spent pretty much all day correcting my hair and it turned out so much better than I expected! I went from dark red to almost blonde on the first try and my hair feels AMAZING! She was easy to talk to and even though I was there all day, I enjoyed it!

Amazing experience! The owner is really knowledgeable, truly listens to what kind of cut you want and offers suggestions to improve the health of your hair. She is super sweet and willing to do anything to make her customers happy. CHRISTINE has done my hair ever since I discovered her! One time in her chair and I knew the minute she finished I had found the “Artist” that would do my hair for the rest of my life!! I referred her to all that I knew and every single person I sent to CHRISTINE never looked back! One lady in particular is the most selective and difficult person to please! One visit and she was hooked, the saddest day was when Christine moved south and I have not yet found someone that comes close to her perfection, she stays current attending any and all workshops given by the legends in the profession! If your lucky enough to live near her shop run don’t walk you will be hooked!! 🤗

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathon for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I brought my 9 year old son with me and Jonathon was very accommodating to both of us. I had an amazing facial and had my hair highlighted and cut. I highly suggest this salon.

I had a great experience and will definitely be back! I purchased a pedicure off Living Social and was able to get in the same day (I originally booked an appointment for 2 days later, but they had a cancellation and I got in that day). The staff was very friendly - the owner took great care of me as a 37.5 week pregnant lady and made me hot tea while I relaxed and got my toes done.

The salon was beautiful and they offer a really great variety of services. Liz was amazing and her credentials and experience are impressive. The prices are reasonable and competitive. But most importantly, my hair looks gorgeous! I love both the cut and the Brazilian blowout results.

Jonathan worked his magic, gave me a little TLC in the way of a moisture treatment along with a great cut. Hes a very nice guy and a talented stylist. I wish Greenville wasnt a 5-hour drive away :)

I really recommend Shampoo Hair Salon. Josipa, the owner, is a talented hair dresser and a very sweet and friendly person. Ive had highlights done in my hair many times for many years, in the USA, Brazil and France, but the best highlights on my hair were done at Shampoo Hair Salon by Josipa. She has also cut my hair and the result was excellent, better than expected. She indeed knows what she is doing and the result is amazing. She takes her time with you, unlike many hair dressers who want to make as much money in as little time as possible. She is the complete opposite of that. She will do a great job without rushing, taking the time to talk to you and make you feel at home. 5 stars!

Wonderful salon! Josipa is a pro, and I had many compliments after my cut. She was able to fix unruly bangs with a flash of her scissors, and the salon experience is very relaxing!

From the reviews I really wanted to try this salon as I just moved to the area and am looking for a good salon. I just called to make an appointment for my boyfriend and I to get a haircut. She asked me to hold...but I did not expect to be on hold for 15 minutes. I could hear her talking to everyone else in the background casually and she obviously was not putting me as one of her priorities. I do not write bad reviews but this made me extremely frustrated. Please take care of your customers that are on the phone waiting to give you business. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere.

Ive been to Shampoo Salon & Spa twice now -- once in Dec 2017 for a haircut and once in Feb 2018 for a mani-pedi.Short Version: Theres a chance Ill be back for a haircut, but Im not letting them near my nails again.Long Version:Pros:- The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.- The hair stylists are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have great suggestions for keeping your hair healthy and which styles/colors might suit you.- Bruna did a great job on my spa manicure, in spite of the wobbly, make-shift table/setup she was working with.Cons:- On both of my visits, my appointments started at least 30 minutes late (and as a result, also ended late).- My spa pedicure was awful. At every step of the process, Bruna (whom I suspect might be their only nail technician?) was NOT gentle around my nail beds, even after I flinched and yelped on several occasions. I was literally bleeding more than once. Now, nearly 5 days later, both of my big toes are still tender and showing signs of bruising around the nail beds (along with some other scary discoloration that I really, really hope isnt an infection).

Josipa did a great job and well be back! They even where kind when I called and had to move my appointment back because our Dr appointment went longer then I expected.

Great salon with warm welcoming staff. I feel relaxed and feel at home from the moment i enter the salon. Josipa is fantastic, I cant recommend her highly enough. The staff are really friendly from the moment you walk through the door, offering you a complimentary drink. The salon has a relaxed atmosphere and the treatments and products they use there are amazing. Also you can book your appoinment online so easily. . I enjoy my Shampooyou experience and will be returning for another cut.

After much research and reviewing posted comments of many hair salons, I decided to try ShampooYou in Greenville. I knew the minute I entered the salon that it was going to be a good experience. Josipa was very gracious, she took her time with me, and was very professional. I have only been there to get my haircut and I am thrilled!! I already made an appointment to have my hair colored. The salon is full service so there is no need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

This hair salon is tucked away off of Woodruff Road and what a gem!! The owner is super nice and raved about Alla whom she recommended for me so, I made an appointment with Alla to cut my hair. I am a very picky person with my hair as I have been getting it cut at John Sahag Salon in NYC. When Alla cut my hair I was really impressed and was so happy!!! She cut in a lot of layers, which is exactly what I like, Not a lot of people know how to do it. I have been looking for a hairstylist for 2 1/2 yrs!! She is a keeper. Oh, and this salon uses GOLDWELL products and its the best for your hair! Alla rocks!Melody

Owner is very homophobic and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Asked if i could afford my hair done there.

Over all, experience was OK. Appointment was for 2pm. I arrived at 1:50 but was not taken in for my mani/pedi until almost 2:30. I also did not leave until 4:30. It should not take 2.5 hours for these simple services. My cuticles werent trimmed. I will give them a second chance because I believe everyone has bad days but I suggest you give yourself plenty of time. Do not go expecting quick service.
