Shes always thorough in her pre-visit conversation, inquiring about what stress, aches and pains I am dealing with at the time, so that she can address my needs correctly each visit. My favorite service by her is cupping because it helps reduce pain and soreness from my regular workouts and even increases mobility in my shoulder where I struggle with motion sometimes. She truly is the best! Such a gem!

Q gives a fabulous massage. I am recovering from frozen shoulder with the help of physical therapy, home exercise, and massage. Ive regained around 80% range of motion, but that last 20% is slow in coming back. Before my last visit, Q did research and took continuing education to learn new ways of massaging my upper body for relief of frozen shoulder. This is classic Q. . . she wants to help her clients, wants to increase her skills, and will evolve her techniques to improve client outcome.
