Simply Massage is by far the best place to get a massage.Spencer Bryant is without a doubt the best massage therapist I have ever had. ( Ive been getting massages for 30 plus years). He may be the youngest therapist Ive ever gone to, but undoubtedly the best.Spencer is very thorough, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor.I have recommended Spencer to many people, a number of them have become clients or will do so in the near future.Thank you Spencer, I look forward to my monthly massage.

I have loved Simply Massage since I discovered it, shortly after Tony opened the business on Woodruff Road well over a decade ago. I have had a membership for most of the years since then, and have a great relationship with my therapist, who helps me with some serious medical conditions (I have a prescription for massage due to those issues). The business changed hands last November. In December, my payment card began to be declined. Issues continued for several months. At one point, a receptionist called me to alert me to the issue and to tell me that until we could get it resolved, I could continue to get the membership rate. Today, I tried to renew my membership. Their computer system would not allow me to do so, and they insisted that I had to be charged full price, despite my prior promises. Both Simply Massage receptionists and my card company have confirmed that the problem is in the Simply Massage payment system. As I was trying to resolve the issue, the owner came in. I tried to explain the situation, and he very brusquely interrupted me to insist that his system was not at fault and that I didnt know what I was talking about. He refused to listen, insisting that we talk in a back room. On the way back, I asked him to please not question my honesty (he had done so in front of other customers) and he abruptly turned around and ordered me to leave. I have never been kicked out of any business, as I pride myself on being a polite customer. The owner, John, said that he did not have the patience to help me resolve a billing problem that his system was causing. I just wanted to renew my membership and get the membership rate for my massages. Instead I was treated horribly in front of other customers and ordered to leave a business that I have been a loyal customer of for over a decade. I have literally never been treated so rudely by any manager or owner of a business. Great therapists! Terrible owner. Due to their billing problems, which the owner will not acknowledge, I no longer trust this business with my payment information. I would not recommend that anyone else trust this owner, either.

The overall experience was very nice. The staff were very helpful, professional and informative about things to do following your visit. I honestly dont know if Ive been to another place so clean. Spotless throughout !! Although those things were great I didnt like the asking or suggesting me how to tip my masseuse. I work in a profession where tips can also be provided by the client but Ive never asked for one. I let my work speak for itself. I hope this is not taken the wrong way.

My husband was treated *incredibly* poorly by the owner, John, who called him a LIAR in front of other customers, and asked him to leave. All because John (new since November 2020) didnt want to honor my husbands membership renewal hed had for nearly a decade at his previous rate, which they said theyd do last time he was there. (The only reason it lapsed in the first place is because their payment system stopped accepting his medical savings card -- completely on them, not us. A note was made in their computer system about it. It was in black and white. Cant ignore that.) Whats more, they apparently delete negative reviews on Facebook. My husband posted twice, and both times the review was deleted. Their lack of transparency and honesty after such poor treatment in person isnt remotely surprising. My turn.You people want to make this right? First, stop ignoring your problems (read: deleting negative reviews) and FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. Tell your owner that he needs to own up to his error, apologize for his reprehensible customer service, and DO BETTER. If he doesnt, something tells me this business is going south fast (a shame, since the massage therapists who work there are very good at what they do. I recommend they jump ship before this owner sinks it).

First time experience as a birthday gift and my family member said it was the best massage shes ever had! Spencer was amazing...front desk staff was so kind and courteous... Atmosphere was excellent... Ill be using you all again...soon!

I love Simply Massage. It’s truly the only place I’ve been that doesn’t try to upsell you constantly and the fact that the whole building does not have a strong smell is so important to me as a migraine sufferer. I find most massage places smell too heavily of oils and perfumes.

I wish I received the name of my therapist, because she did a great job. I’ve been extremely frustrated trying to find a new massage place since I moved to the area over a year ago, and I’ve tried a bunch of different options. The space was very clean, and I love that the waiting room is separate from right where you check in. Usually when I ask for a deep tissue massage, I don’t get the pressure I want even when I share that with the therapist. I didn’t have to ask the young lady at all to change to heavier pressure! I was so ecstatic about this. I can’t wait to return to this place, I feel like it’s a hidden gem.

The massages here have been great and you always get your full allotted time. You can get a deep tissue, relaxing or couple massage. They have a great range of choices for masseuses as well. I’ve been using them for more than 5 years.

I made 2 appointments one was at 130 and the other at 2. I received a phone call from Melissa. She asked if I would like both appointments at 2 and I said yes that would be great. I walked in early for my 2 appointments. Was told that my appointment was at 130 and that there was not 2 appointments scheduled. I never received a call saying I was late for my appointment. I would be careful booking here since they are not efficient with scheduling appointments. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I have some constant back pain and most recently, plantar fasciitis, making it very hard to walk. Tony knew exactly how to help. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of massage therapy--yes, therapy. This is not just a muscle rub, this is true therapy. Yes, the staff does pamper you, but your session is exactly what you want and need. If all you want today is to be pampered and relaxed, you get that. I checked out Simply Massage yesterday. It was very clean and professional. Very relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was very personable, polite and friendly. I received a 90 min. Massage from Medaya. She did an excellent job and was a very good masseuse and very attentive to problem area in my lower back and hips. While it wasnt the best massage I ever had, it was however the second best I have ever had. And that is saying alot. I would highly recommend Medaya and Simply Massage. And from what I could tell prices where good. I called in and booked so I can say nothing about the online booking system.

Hunter and Hailey are amazing. Hunter answered my call late in the week about getting six of us in at once and worked hard to make it happen for my girls day Christmas present to all the girls in my family. Hunter didnt give up and I believe it went the extra mile for getting it scheduled for me even though he didnt even know me and I am not a member (yet). Hailey was soooo awesome the day of our appointments and put everyone at ease and just has a great attitude. As we were trying to check out, she kept getting so many phone calls and people walking in and out but never once made me or anyone else feel unwelcome. She handled the pressure with great ease.

Started well with prompt email reminder and friendly receptionist on arrival. However, there was no place to relax while waiting for the massage, just stackable plastic chairs in a storefront. My daughter-in-law and I had the same experience: the massage therapists appeared promptly, but did not smile or give a greeting,. They didnt even introduce themselves. There was no attempt at all to welcome us or make us feel at home. All was cold and business like. The massage was the same--perfectly competent but uninspired. We were there for the introductory massage, which was only $55 for an hour, so I guess our experience matched the low price.

I have been a regular at Simply Massage for few years now, ever since moving to Greenville few year ago. I tried other massage providers and while there are many good therapists in variety of the salons, Simply Massage provides the whole experience. I never had a bad experience there. My schedule varies so I often get a different therapist (while requesting a particular one is always welcome). I found each therapist skilled and knowledgeable in her own way. The place is very clean and tranquil: from the decor to the aroma to the music they play. Therapists are very accomodating and compassionate and will cater to your needs if you are able to explain them. They also all seem skilled to identify tense areas with feedback and give good lifestyle advice to improve tense/tender areas, but as with anything: the better you can clarify your needs the better they can address them. The location is convenient and their utilize small space they have beautifully. Love it that they have heat option on their tables and filtered water and tea one can enjoy before or after the massage. The owner is very customer oriented and pleasant. They seem to stay pretty busy and for a good reason. Not everyone has the same taste and expectations but they certainly satisfy mine.
