I expected a lot more. Second appointment I waited and it would have been nice if someone just acknowledged things were running late. After my treatment, no one called to ask if everything was ok, that would have been nice and certainly as advertised. An important part of my treatment was supposed to be shipped to my home. They forgot. I called to ask about it and they apologized but its been two weeks and I have not seen. Its a beautiful office and a fantastic story but not living up to expectations at all.

I am a current unhappy patient that pays 140.00 a month to see a PA Barnhill who never responds back to me. I was told I couldn’t see the Doctor when requested and I have to make five phone calls a month to get my medicine. I don’t get sick often so this is when I need them the most. The girls answering the phone are nice. I am made to wait 30 minutes before my PA comes out and apologize for being in the car. I do not know where these great reviews come from. I must be in another building. It’s sad really sad.

Drove a friend to an appointment, so I can only speak to the front office staff. Super nice and Ive never seen this before, but they offered everyone a cup of coffee or a bottle of water. Very impressed.

I waited 45mins in closed room and noone opened door or asked why I was still there. I had to,go to bathroom, so I left my phone on to of my file, gone 5mins. Come back and 15mins more before someone asked why I was there. They got doctor to come. She started of telling me she came and waited. She then got an attitude. Very unprofessional. June 9, 2021 @1145hrs. Would not recommend this physcian.

On July 10 (I know a whole week later), I came into the office to get a massage for the very first time in my 35 years of life. It was my birthday and I wanted to do something nice for myself and I am so happy I did. I walked in the facility and was greeting by a very happy office manager by the name of Ernest Silver. Even though he was wearing a mask, I know that he was greeting me with a smile. He knew who I was, and we had never even met before until that day. I filled out a quick assessment of what my needs were and was taken back immediately by Rikita. Her energy seemed to be very pleasant. She asked my questions about what I was coming in for and when I answered her questions, I knew she was listening. She brought me into a room that was clean and felt warm. She gave me clear directions to get started. When we started the massage, I told her that I was nervous, and I may laugh out. She let me know that I can relax and to trust her. We started talking about our family and what was going on in the world. We got so caught up in our conversation that I had notice that I did not laugh. She made me feel comfortable. She told me some of my problem area and told me when I come back, she will start working on those problem areas. My checking out was a breeze and I did not feel pressure into getting the membership. Not that it was not mentioned, but it just felt good to know it was an option and not something I HAD to do. I will come back and never wait so long to get a massage again. I need to at least treat myself to Rikita hands at least once a month or more.

I recently joined the Viva Med team and I absolutely love the people I work with. I am a Radiologic Technologist, but I also have been given many other opportunities to work with patients in other areas. The providers and staff feel like family to me, so I feel blessed to be invited into this practice.

Great experience! Staff is amazing! Went in for a consult for the Meyers Infusions with Stacy, ended up getting the infusion and signing up for medical services the same day. There was no push or crazy sales talk, I just felt that comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet very professional.After getting the Meyers Infusion I hands down feel so much better! Stress from work and life was draining me physically and I needed something to help, this has been my saving grace!!Then talking with the doctor (who is board certified) for medical services I feel like I am in amazing hands. He was caring, attentive to my concerns and also views the person as a whole not just a diagnosis.Another positive attribute is that you pay a monthly fee instead of copays and crazy hidden doctor fees, and get a doctor 24/7/365 you can call, text, or telehealth. With my busy schedule coming into a doctors office 3 days after Im not feeling well doesnt work well for me, so being able to get someone within just a few hours is perfect!

I just had an exam and x-rays done at Viva Med and I couldnt be happier. I received better, more in depth, and more concerned care here than I have in the past 20 years, even from physicians who were actually treating me. Stephanie Ellis was an absolute delight to work with, and if I were going to remain in the area would be my top choice of physician. The X-ray tech, whos name I sadly cant remember was also excellent. 29 x-rays were done as easily as Ive had two done elsewhere. As much as going to the doctor can stress people out, this was a great experience.

Our experience was lovely. I took my mom and sisters for massages were so relaxing and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

I havent been even given a chance to see a doctor. I called and left several nice messages and received no response. Then I sent a nice email, no response again. The second email was not as nice. I complained about them not responding and was rather nasty to try and get some type of response. Still to this day, two or three weeks later, no response. I have since found a physicians office that actually do things to make sure I know they care. Its just horrible that Viva would be advertising about how good they are and not even responding to anything.

Actually if I could give less stars I would. I waited over 2 hrs in exam room over my scheduled time. He saw me for 10 minutes and me being a retired vet wrote a report that I had improved. He obviously DID NOT read me medical file. He is a sorry excuse for a doctor and Ill be filing a formal complaint. Doctors like this should not be practicing. Fact.
