What a great place! I love my hearing aids! They fix the volume so that it only magnified the area of hearing that I need. They let me try them for a week and then guaranteed them for 30 days.I am so pleased. The staff was great and listened to my concerns. They are the most affordable place I have heard of.

I have been suffering from hearing loss for a couple of years, but I was too nervous about getting a hearing aid that I kept putting off getting a hearing check up. Ive been doing business with Jean for about 15 years, 3 or 4 before she started ComeHear. Ive never dealt with anyone more sincere in helping their clients/customers than Jean. Once, a couple weeks after getting new hearing aids, I was on my way to a conference in Las V egas where I was to speak, one of my hearing aids stopped working. In a panic, I called Jean from the airport bus -- she sent loaner devices to me via FedEx, which I received the next day in time for my talk. Jean has provided me with loaners or trials several times. My hearing has gotten progressively more difficult - a profound hearing loss now. With Jean I have gotten new ones every few years and have kept my ability to effectively deal with the public in my business, in church (I now can listen without having to use the FM listening device system at the church), In SS and various meetings. Monday, part of my hearing system, a blue-tooth device sending sound directly to my hearing aids (it you need them, look into this option) quit working --- I took it to her Monday, it was still under warranty, she sent it to manufacturer, this morning (Thursday) it was ready and I picked it up. She doesnt have fancy offices but SERVICE, QUALITY, LOW PRICES, and someone with a sincere desire to help, is what you get with Jean -- TOP units at the best prices you will find anywhere.
