I was very concerned about wearing any type of hearing device but Cathy is very personable and communicated very well with me to meet my specific needs. She was very attentive fully explaining each type of appliance to fit my lifestyle, to ensure proper fit and appearance. Cathy patiently answered all my questions which made me feel more confident with their services. In addition, the staff members are exceptional. I am very glad I chose to visit this particular practice.

My daughters new puppy chewed up my hearing aids ,, I called Brooks hearing AIDS and I had purchased insurance but I was 2days over my time limit and they called and got my insurance to cover the charges for me. I am so proud of the employee’s at Brooks. I recommend them to anyone

My husband visited Brooks Hearing to see if he could get new hearing aids. The technician cleaned his current ones issued by the VA 2 years ago. Cathy, the Hearing Specialist, discussed options with us for new devices. Our insurance would cover part of the cost, but not all. If we wait for 2 more years, the VA will issue new aids.We set up complimentary cleaning appointments every 3 months over the next year. In 1 year, we will be requesting permission from the VA that Brooks Hearing conduct a hearing test. Everyone was extremely courteous!

I have been seeing the great gals at Brooks for over a year now and cantspeak more highly about their professional attention to my needs. Cathywent out of her way to help me in replacing my lost hearing aid . The two Heathers are terrific as well and always greet you with a smile.

Brooks Hearing is awesome. They dont pressure you to buy expensive hearing aids and provide excellent service.

Just wanted to share my experience with Livingston Hearing Aids in that the quality of my life has vastly improved since getting my hearing aids a few weeks ago. If I have any issues at anytime I can get the problem solved quickly by a compedient, knowledgeable staff. Everyone I have dealt with goes that extra mile to see that I am completely satisfied. Place was good !! Service too . Worst part is the fact that they had to bother me with a request for a review! Why cant they just take it for granted ? Trust me Id have no problem leaving a review for poor service.
