I am so disappointed in this office. I chose this practice after my current integrative doctor started charging a membership fee of over $100/month to be a patient. I liked that with this office - you pay for service only. However, it is nearly impossible to get service. And the service you do receive is so expensive you might as well pay $100/month and actually have access to your doctor.I was told by the office staff that they offer thyroid replacement hormone treatment, bio identical hormone replacement, and adrenal fatigue treatment. Which are the 3 things I was looking for. What they did not tell me is that you HAVE to get your labs drawn at their office, and the phlebotomist only works 1 and 1/2 day per week. They REFUSE to write an order to have your labs drawn anywhere else for your convenience.I also found out during my $400 initial phone appointment that Dr Foss does not typically treat adrenal. They refer you to their chiropractor parter who does a physical exam and prescribed supplemental support. That is fine if I had known that in advance, but I was under the impression that he could treat extreme adrenal fatigue if necessary. They do not regularly use saliva kits, though they were willing when I asked about it.The office staff told me that part of the initial appointment cost is the homework the Dr does in reviewing your records and labs. Well he definitely did not even crack my file until the phone call. Also the office never got my records transferred from my previous office even though I signed the consent form. They also forgot to mention that when getting labs drawn for your hormone panel you must be on your cycle. After much acrobatics to get a blood draw appointment for hormones I called to ASK if the timing of the blood draw was important, since I know that hormones fluctuate throughout the month. That’s when they told me you must be on your cycle. So I had to cancel the appointment (better than paying for the lab work and wasting my time only to find out it was for nothing and having to go again). At this point I was having trouble getting the timing right and for 3 months I called and asked to please get my labs at the hospital which is open 6 days a week, which they refused. One day in October I finally got the timing right, but when I called, they told me the lab tech was leaving early that day and the next day she would be in was in 5 days which was too late for me.So here we are in December. Timing was looking good. I made an appointment for December 9th to get my bloodwork done. Then the office staff proceeds to tell me that the first available 15 MINUTE time slot for a PHONE CALL to review my labs is MARCH 5th! And that will be $125. If you go over it’s $225. Dr Foss did give me extra time for free my first call but that won’t happen again.I made the appointment anyway because it had been so hard to get the timing right. After a lot of back and forth I found out that if I did my labs Dec 9th the doctor will need new labs drawn before my March 5th “appointment”. So again, it would have been a waste of time and money.I wrote an email to them, and the next day they let me know that they had a cancellation for a phone slot on Dec 29th. I was excited and took the “appointment”. My plan originally was to get the $95 hormone draw and then get it reviewed for $125 in January after recovering from Christmas shopping for 3 kids. But since it’s been so difficult I decided to just figure it out financially. I drive to the office and they tell me that Dr Foss now wants a full blood work up and I don’t have the option to do just hormones. It is full work up for $195 or nothing. And they were very rude about it. I had just done a full panel 3 months ago. At this point I’ve had enough, so I left. It’s interesting that the doctor is so concerned that he suddenly needs a full work up, but it wasn’t an issue to make me wait 3 MORE months for any kind of acknowledgment that I am a patient of his. It’s a joke. My vet cares more than they do. And they don’t charge by the minute.

I am so thankful for the high-quality care here for my little ones and myself. To be able to pinpoint specifically whether my littles have a virus vs bacterial or other type of illness AND have a practitioner-grade, safe, effective supplement remedy for them to take is SUCH a huge huge blessing. Dr. Susan Stegall has helped me discover, and then recover from (and begin to recover from), several underlying issues that were wreaking havoc on my everyday functioning. Without going into my health details, Ill just say that I highly recommend this office and the educated, experienced clinical care that Dr. Susan Stegall, Dr. Jonathan Stegall, and their team provide. Blessed to be a patient for over 9 years.
