This office doesn’t have the ability to treat people who have disabilities or refer them to therapists properly. They gave us a hard time every month for a simple prescription and then referred us to someone that didn’t even treat fro that condition. Unprofessional at best.

Great doctor! I have gotten a lot of family and friends to see Dr A! Everyone loves her...so caring and attentive!

Dr. Bathia, isnt interested in how you are feeling or doing on certain medications. She is is not interested in the input you provide but instead is going to do what she wants.

I visited this place today and my doctor was apparently on a vacation so I am recommended to meet Dr. Florencea Barron who is a NP. I have a severe congestion and breathing problems and in the past have had sinus infections. So she gives me an inhaler to use which is expired 11/2017. I was shocked when I noticed that. I am now considering visiting an urgent care. Will never visit her again.

Worst experience ever. I waited for two hours waiting for the doctor to come in. She was too busy talking and planning on where to put her furniture to take care of a new patient. I walked out of the office infuriated and proceeded to call to file a complaint with the office. No patient should feel how I felt today. Never go here!!!!

Be prepared to drive here to make your appointment because nobody ever picks up their phones!!!!

I really dont even want to give this place one star, they dont deserve it. I only went here because my PCP moved to this facility and is a super awesome provider. However, they are morons and let the providers who actually care about their patients go. I would highly recommend NOT going to this facility. The main office on Pelham Rd is the office that I am referring to, though they are all ran by the same incompetent dimwit. You may also want to check your EOBs and bills and be sure that they are charging for the correct provider, they are good at that as well. Its called insurance fraud!!! Good Luck.

Not great we are moving my children its mostly Spanish . They call leaving spanish messages be great if i was mexican English please. Seem to be in fighting who was gonna give the school shots

They dont even deserve this 1 star.They dont care about their patients they are very slow had kids running around the waiting room coughing all over us.Dr.gave my child the WRONG MEDICINE that made her sicker.I had an apointment and waited over an hour and a half.staff is all very unprofessional.they told me to quite my 7 yr old bc they were shoving a stick down her throat for s strep test when she didnt even have strep or white spots in her throat.it was just a cold.I would never ever recomend this dr or any other North hills Ivebeen to including Mauldin highway 14 and pelhamn rd.

Appointment was at 145 got back at 3 .. Doctor was very rude to my son who was just sitting there on his phone trying to keep his sister calm . she was hateful to me trying keep my daughter calm .. Wife found a new doctor closer to home ... Do not use dr davis

This place is a shame to Bon Secoirs. It is nasty, dirty, filthy- the staff is incompetent. Literally so filthy it is like a third world country.

Dr. Lombardi is an excellent physician
