Dr Mathias and Heather his PA are the best! The office staff are incredible too, I have never waited for a response from the nurse or medical assistant and have never been happier with anyone. They are incredibly qualified and caring! Dont judge the whole group by some of these comments I have read!

My 85 year old Mom has been going to Dr. Baldea for a few years. She is the worst at calling back when you need help. She has also ended up in the ER because we didnt get a response from Covenant Primary Care. When you finally get in touch (because you called them back) they arent willing to help unless you come in again. Often they cant see you for a few days. (My Mom just saw her Thursday and we called on Monday.) They wanted to see her (shes dizzy and naseous with a terrible headache) before they would prescribe Zofran or anything else. Based on some of the reviews, Dr. Baldea is pretty consistently uncaring.My Mom hates her, but my sis and I didnt believe a doctor could be that awful. Dont waste your time at Covenant.

Dr Freeman was great. Nurse was great. Front desk office specialist was not very friendly. In fact, kind of rude. No name tag to reference....

Dr. Baldea is one of the most incompassionate people/doctors that Ive ever met. No wonder they keep her in the back room. If you have real issues and actually need help... Do yourself a favor and find someone else. They truly lost a gem when Dr. Stone retired.

Ive been going her for at least 2 years and was ok with the practice until today. I have spent 4 days in the bed with a back injury. I had to take an ambulance to the hospital I was in such pain. They got me comfortable and sent me on my way. Told me to check in with my primary on Monday so I did. Left a message early in the day but never got a call back. Turns out my Dr was out sick Monday and tuesday a a far as today. So I told the nurses etc my dire situation so ibdont have to go back to ER!! Finally got the mail Dr a message but failed again when he refused to righr the prescription. Well thanks for nothing. A trip back to the ER.

They’re great. 5+years.
