Great Front Desk Staff, the doctor that saw me under diagnosis me, told me that my eye was healthy obviously not when my vision just became blurry, I went to seek another doctor they told the cause was something different.
Arrived to my appointment and the receptionist was very sweet while getting me checked in. I had very little wait time during my entire appointment. The staff was super friendly and when it came time to pick out my glasses the girl was so helpful and patient with me while I indecisively chose my glasses!! She helped me decide on a cute pair of ray bans. Overall great experience!!
I have been followed by this practice since moving back to ENC in 2012 and I do not have any regrets with their service. Management has changed but overall, I am satisfied and have no plans to switch providers. Ive been with other practices in the past and this establishment has always met my expectations. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my son. I was checking in and the receptionist said that I didnt have an appointment today. I told her I scheduled it online. She looked at the computer and it said canceled appointment. I was very disappointed. I signed my son out of school early for this appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks ago. If it was canceled the company should have atleast sent me an email or called to reschedule. I have been coming here for years. Places change sometimes under new management and I am very dissatisfied. I will not be going back.
No appointments available to accommodate a local teacherβs schedule. Iβve been going to the practice in Stantonsburg Plaza in Greenville since I moved here in 2013. Iβve spent at least $400 every time on contacts and glasses through them, and they have no appointment they can offer me that I can make without taking time off? Guess now that it has changed to a corporation they have no customer loyalty. The woman on the phone did not seem to mind at all when I said I guess I would have to go elsewhere. (I had a c-section 4 weeks ago, and that is why I didnβt go on my βsummer off,β also they have nothing in the next 3 weeks)
Great service. Dr. Watson was very kind and worked with me to get my perscription. The Salesperson also worked with me to get my glasses on a budget with my insurance. Overall, great place with great people.
This is not a good office. I took my child out of school for my scheduled appointment and when I arrived they said they could not see her today because they scheduled her wrong. This is after I had to schedule my two children on separate days due to the office policies. Now their next available appointment isnt until March even though it was their mistake. My child is complaining about vision in school and can not get an eye appointment until March. π€ How are the doctors so busy that they can not take care of children. π
