Im a new patient and my first appointment is next week, but the phone call I had with the receptionist alone was above and beyond 5 stars. Literally the best customer service Ive ever experienced with medical staff. I explained to her my issues with my eye, that my pain was flaring up, and she was very empathetic and attentive, asking questions about my symptoms - She understood the urgency of my situation! I just cant say enough how nice and helpful she was and I look forward to my appointment :)
