Brought a friend for their first visit and arrived early. Lobby almost full of clients. After about 45 minutes of waiting and noticed a few clients giving up and leaving before being seen. Went to check on appointment they stated it would be another half hour before being seen. They stated that they have accepted a lot of new clients and are still working out the kinks to the additional clients- and stated it should be better this new year. Im paraphrasing, but you get the idea.On deciding on whether or not to stay, a gentleman came in and sat down next to us. He stated he had left before being seen 2 months ago because of the wait time. (So this has been going on for at least 2 months??) Needless to say we left.The system needs to be fixed. Plenty of staff behind the desk. Only 1 Dr. Working. I heard the Dr. Is top notch, but Ill never know...
