I had my root canal procedure for the very first time and I was so nervous. Dr. Mike was so nice and the staff was very welcoming. I did not feel a thing and after my procedure I was not in pain. I was able to get rest and carry out the rest of my daily task. I have to get more work done, but I am confident that they will take care of me. No worries.

I wish that there was a way to put a negative star rating for Dr. Loftis. He was rude, tried to belittle my daughter(a bully) and was just downright hateful acting to my daughter and myself. My daughter is a 20 year old young woman that was in pain and had a difficult case because of a previous dentist doing a root canal on the wrong tooth. We thought that we were going to be going to an endodontist that would be caring and understanding. But we were sadly mistaken. All Dr. Loftis was worried about was collecting his payment first thing that morning (which the receptionist was so very sweet and the only highlight of the visit) and wanting me to tell him how much I appreciated him and could praise him for doing the job he was being paid to do. He didnt care one bit about the patient sitting in his chair. Also, his dental assistant was rude and uncaring to both my daughter and myself. I dont know if he had something going on in his personal life that he brought into that office or if he is just a mean, hateful person. But, I pray he never acts as hateful to another patient or their family as he did to my daughter and I.

The front desk personnel was very attentive and when I went back into the room where the procedure would take place, Fallon, who was helping Dr. Loftis that day, was conversational and made sure I was comfortable. I had heard rumors about how painful a root canal could be; however, Dr. Loftis explained everything and his technique made the procedure painless for me. Dr. Loftis informed me getting a root canal was similar to getting a filling but the difference for me was my root canal caused me no discomfort during the procedure!! Dr. Loftis and his staff continued to be attentive to my needs even after my appointment by following up with me the next day and extending his personal cell number to me in the event that I would need something after hours.
