The staff was friendly, explained the procedure clearly and demonstrated patience despite my anxiety and millions of questions. The office was very clean as well. I went in to have a tooth that has been bothering me looked at. When I sat down the girl said, “oh we’re looking at the left side today?” I said, no it’s actually the right and she said,”oh it’s Monday and I kinda laughed it off.” She proceeded to take an X-ray. She tried a first, second then third before I said you’re cutting the inside of my mouth! She said, I don’t have a choice. Then I said they X-rayed it at the other office with no problem. Her bed side manner was horrible. So tonight my mouth is very sore from being cut by the hard plastic X-ray cover. Dr. Brasington was nice, but I will be going somewhere else. I lose a $90 consultation fee, but that’s ok.

This was a wonderful place and they made sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable. They where very nice and professional.

Very thankful the office was able to get my husband in so quickly. He was terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience. Dr. Brasington made him feel so at ease and the staff members were just as great. I only wish I had found your office much sooner. We will definitely come back and recommend you to all who are looking for a dentist.

I had Dr. Brasington do my root canal. He and his entire staff were professional and friendly. He was very gentle and explained everything that he was doing as he went along. Ive been in dentistry for more than 40 years and can say that he took his time and did root canal the right way with no short cuts. I had a root canal perforned by Dr. Brasington and his staff recently. It proved to be more difficult than originally thought however the procedure was totally pain free and very quick. I was able to return to work right after the procedure without any discomfort. I highly recommend him!

I have always heard about how painful root canals are. Oh no, this is not correct having had one by Dr. Brasington. I had no pain at all!!! I did take the prescribed dosage of Ibuprofen when I got home, at bedtime and in the morning after. I also have not used any straws since the operation. I must say I am astounded that I have not had any pain at all!!! I dont want another root canal, but if I have to have one, I sure hope Dr. Brasington is around to do it!!!

I dont recommend!!! For him to be an endodontist he couldnt tell me what was going on with my rootcanal. He kept on making guess..Maybe he just didnt care!!! He was rude and really doesnt listen to anything you say since he claims hes a professional with the 3D X-ray!!! Acting like a child. Waist of my money!!!
