I had to travel to have a specific imaging protocol. They were great from start to finish. Easy scheduling, friendly and efficient when I arrived. I wish they were closer to me- I would have all of my imaging done here :)

Honestly, I was really not looking forward to this MRI, not only because being in the car and sitting upright for extended periods are painful for me, but because the receptionist I had spoken to on the phone was really quite rude. I felt like I was a problem for her. I understand why, (there were insurance issues) but she definitely could have been more kind to me. Because of that, I thought the MRI experience would be pretty unpleasant. But I was so surprised to be greeted so warmly by a woman named Beth! She was at the front desk, and she was fantastic! My MRI was on a Friday at 5pm, so when I finished at 7pm, I know Beth must have been ready to go home, and be finished with work, and yet, she took wonderful care of me, and offered me coffee, which I did end up having. She made conversation with my husband while I was in the MRI, and he said that she was just really wonderful, easy to talk to, caring, and kind. The man who took me in for the MRI was sooo awesome! I forgot my cane, so he lent me his arm for support. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the MRI process, and he really made sure I had an excellent experience, despite the pain! After the MRI, he helped me up, and helped me to a comfy couch in the waiting room because my husband had stepped outside for a moment. Thank you Beth!!!! And thank you to the kind man, whose name I did not get!!! It is people like you who make having a chronic illness just a little bit more bearable! I appreciate all you guys did for me!❤

Its a place I would recommend. They were very nice, they made me very comfortable for the length of time I had to lay there. And their MRI time was half the time to any other place Ive been. 👍🏻👍🏻

I was greeted in a friendly manner and the waiting area was nicely set up with coffee, tea and water available while I waited. The technician was ready for me on time and explained the whole process of my open MRI. They made me two sets of disks to take with me so I would always have a copy before I left.I really liked the customer service and professionalism here!

I am a chronic illness patient, and patient advocate, with multiple lifelong conditions. Due to my medical conditions, I have had several dozen MRIs in a half a dozen hospitals and imaging centers. Medical imaging express is, by far, the best facility, for MRI testing, to which I’ve ever been.The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk person was so friendly, considerate and generally welcoming… We felt right at home immediately. The technician performing the upright MRI scans was very patient, nurturing and helped me to relax throughout the testing.As for state of the art medical testing, their upright MRI machine is the best available. In fact, there are only about 15 of them in the entire United States. Personally, I was getting upright MRI scans to look for tethered spinal cord. This is the gold standard test to look for that medical condition.THE DEAL: If you want the best results, you have to get the best test at the best facility. I flew all the way from Boston, MA to Greenville, SC to get the best upright MRI scans!

Great staff,the CEO was there. He made me feel welcome. I paid $335 instead of $1200. I have a shoulder injury and it was an open MRI. I am claustrophobic and I was able to adapt more to this than the closed MRI. I really recommend this facility if you need a MRI or ultrasound. You will get the same services for a lot less money. I would highly recommend Medical Imaging Express. The staff was very pleasant. The price was extremely affordable, especially for those who do not have a regular health insurance plan. The wait was minimal, and I was seen at the specified time. The technician was very helpful and courteous. Overall a very good first time experience. If I ever need any additional MRI scans I will be returning to Medical Imaging Express.

I originally went to Greenville Radiology to get an ultrasound of my thyroid done. The test cost there was $4000 and my portion was over $400 so I left and went to Medical Imaging Express instead. They got me right in and had a great ultrasound done by a tech who works at the local hospital also. Friendly, fast and only $117. Five stars. They can do your MRI, x-rays and ultrasounds. Check them out.

Places like this are our best shot and changing the medical industry for the better. After my doctor ordered a lumber and a knee MRI, Medical Imaging Express called me with the offer of an appointment for my knee that day! When my knee MRI was complete, the staff informed me that the appointment after mine had cancelled and that I could get my back done immediately if I wanted. Thats a nimble team! Thats a team that is striving to please the customer!While the MRIs were being done, the technician was really attentive. He offered headphones and asked what music Id like to listen to. When I suggested an audiobook, he said that he would search on YouTube for the book I was after. He found it, and I was able to continue my reading. He couldve said, We do Pandora, and so we only do music. Instead, he figured out how to get me what I wanted.

Where has this place been my whole life?!? As a guy who is into martial arts, and working out hard I deal with a lot of injuries. In the last two years I’ve experienced a fractured ankle, two fractured ribs, and a complete hamstring tear as a point of reference. My wife found this place who got me in that day and I paid less than $10 for a set of x-rays. My general practitioner ended up charging me $600 (same insurance) for my ankle six months ago for comparison. Amber was a pleasure to deal with. Results were fast

I had an excellent visit with the team at Medical Imaging Express in Greenville,SC. I was greeted warmly by Beth who was juggling about 5 different tasks with patience and competence. In no time I had filled in the required forms and was taken for my MRI on time. The tech was professional and knowledgeable and the open MRI was a blessing after years of feeling entombed in the older versions. I was provided a disc in a timely manner to provide to my referring doctor. The office manage spoke with me before I left to ensure that I had a positive experience. I did! Thanks to these professionals who respected my needs and my time and made this a good experience.

I called them on Tuesday and they scheduled the MRI for Wednesday. They gave me the cd that day and the report was ready on Thursday. My orthopedist reviewed it on Friday and scheduled a surgery for Monday. I’ll be at home recovering from surgery for 3 days before St. Francis Bon Secours could get me in for the MRI. Very fast and efficient. If you need a MRI quickly, this is the place to go.

I am only rating 5 stars cause Google won’t let me post 10. I came in for a right knee MRI and the office felt so warm and inviting that I felt better there than in any other medical office I’ve stepped into. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the MRI tech asked questions to understand how I got my injury and made the table as comfortable for me as possible. He even gave me headphones and asked for my music preference. I ended up being so comfortable I really did almost fall asleep. I was able to avoid wearing a gown by wearing clothing with no metal, which I recommend for anyone who would feel insecure or uncomfortable in a medical gown. Those gowns are optional, but if I had to wear one I would have been fine with it. The disc was ready only a few minutes after I got off the table and my doctor got the radiologist’s report the very next day. I will recommend this place to anyone who ever says they need a scan done because this place was perfect for me. That is my real, unpaid for review.

To start, Im very claustrophobic! I needed a MRI, so I searched and found Medical Imaging Express, called got an appt. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly, had coffee, water, in waiting room! I had a weight bearing MRI. This MRI was incredible. The sitting position, and the laying position, were extremely comfortable! It crazy to just about fall asleep while having a MRI! I will return, worth the drive! No anxiety or claustrophobia, at all!

Being treated at MIE has completely removed my anxiety and fear over having an MRI. The open MRI for claustrophobic patients is exactly what it says -open and comfortable-nothing even resembling the frightening tube I had been in for other MRIs. I never could have imagined the experience I had today having an MRI on my shoulder. Every person I came in contact with from the initial phone call to the technician who administered the MRI was extremely personable and professional and made me feel like I was valued and my feelings of anxiety respected. I am so thankful that a top notch facility like this is available in our area.

This place was a breath of fresh air after trying to schedule and receiving a hassle from Prisma. Medical Imaging Express easily accepted my out-of-town doctor’s order in digital format and did not make me feel like they were doing ME a favor by accepting my business. The facility was clean and I did not have to wait in 3 different waiting rooms before my scan. The machine was open and the process so easy that I was able to walk out with a copy of my MRI minutes after completion. I appreciated their efficiency and being respectful of my time!

Customer Service was great. Everyone was very inviting. Office was nice and clean. I love the MRI machine. It felt good not to be closed up like your in a tunnel. Also they give you headphones to listen to the music of your choice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Appointment was on time, clean facility, and front desk staff was well informed regarding finances/insurance. Some of the paperwork was redundant (asked for the same information multiple times), and it would have been helpful if the paperwork had been made available prior to arrival. The waiting room was very uncomfortable due to excessive scented products and a TV with the volume on. It was difficult to breathe because of the automated fragrance dispensers (every 10 min or so, perhaps?). When it was time for the MRI, I tried to tell the tech I needed to adjust my position a few different times but I never felt as though he really understood that it was *truly* necessary. I have numerous orthopedic, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions; all of which make it difficult and painful to hold any one position for more than a few minutes. This was only made worse by the fact that the tech didnt seem to care that I was in pain and needed to find a better position before beginning the MRI. The tech stopped a couple times and told me there was too much movement (I have had numerous MRIs over the past 5 years and never once have they had to stop because I was moving). I explained I was still having trouble with the position but he didnt help much to resolve the issue; he just wanted to continue. As a result, what should have been a 30-45 minute appointment turned into a 90+ minute appointment. By the time it was finished I couldnt walk and was in terrible pain. They tech told me to wait 10 minutes while they burned the images to a CD for me. After 5 minutes I asked the front desk staff to please bring the imaging CD out to the car because it was difficult to breathe in the waiting area and the air conditioning was exacerbating my neuromuscular symptoms. Twenty minutes later my partner had to go in to request the disc so we could finally drive 2 hours back home. I have had numerous MRIs and other imaging completed over the years and this was by far the worst experience.

Medical Imaging Express in Greenville SC is the only place I want to get an MRI.Hospitals or Doctor Offices have started or even made other appointments for me elsewhere for an MRI. When I find out it was made somewhere else it has to be changed to where I want it.I tell them I only get an MRI at Medical Imaging Express!Christy, along with the MRI Tech., Managers of the office & administrative staff are all very accommodating! Medical Imaging Express did a great job. They got me scheduled and in for my appointment much faster than the hospital system did. The receptionist and the Technologist both did a great job!

The building was brand new and the place for very clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 5 and I was back in the room at 4:55 for my MRI. You receive a disk of your results to take with you and the doctor that referred you get their results within 24 hrs. I live in North Carolina and drove to South Carolina to have my MRI done. The cost for the same MRI in my area was close to $600.00 more than what I paid in Greenville. They will bill your insurance for you as well. Unless something changes with their pricing or customer service I will go back for any other MRIS I may need in the future. They also do X-Rays, Ultrasounds and Sleep Studies. I would highly recommend Medical Imaging Express for any of your MRI needs.

This is the best facility for your imaging needs. I’ve used these folks for my MRI’s for years. The staff are friendly, accommodating and very professional. Wait times are always very short and they are great to work with for all of your scheduling needs.

I was so pleased to find this place and learn that they accept my insurance! I was quoted $1300 for an MRI at SF (because I hadn’t met my deductible) and would need to wait 4 days for an opening at 9pm. Medical Imaging Express quoted me at $500 and scheduled me for the day of! Their facility is clean, nicely decorated, and it was a very quick process (or as quick as an MRI can be). Would highly recommend!

What an easy and helpful process working with MIE, I highly recommend them! I traveled from out of state for their special weight-bearing MRI. They answered all of my questions beforehand and even helped me afterwards, too. The images were clear and the results and report came very timely.

I went to MIE after reading the glowing reviews on Google. I found this center to be anything but a 4.9 rated facility. Try and find a 4.9 rating anywhere in health care so this is quite suspect. In fact rereading the reviews I felt like I was reading advertisements. Poor patient care, problems confirming insurance approval, poor communication in the MRI scanner room, no concern from owner. I will not return to this facility.

Between aging parents and athletic teenagers, I have been to multiple imaging centers over the last five years and this facility blew me away. It has a spa-like atmosphere, a fast turn-around, AND was 1/3 of the price of the medical campus we were originally referred to (btw, I confirmed with our ortho. clinic that they were okay with an MRI coming from this outfit and they said they have a great relationship with them). If you are sent to a medical campus for an x-ray/MRI, come here and youll save time and $$$ and your sanity. The staff understand that people walking through the door are already stressed out about health issues and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable -- especially Christy who treated us more like family than customers. W.O.W! And while Im at it, great job at social distancing and cleaning, I saw the receptionist sanitize the sitting area multiple times.

I was reading over the reviews for this MRI center again after visiting for a scan. I did not get the over the top feeling many 5 star reviewers reported. In fact, I would not know anyones name there especially not Brad Childs owner and You Tube advertiser or Christy office manager / insurance filer. The reviews seem like advertisements as opposed to a real patients words.My experience was that this center is about money only. Anyone showing up is told they must pay up front even with insurance. We overheard all conversations at the desk from waiting area. The technologist that performed my test was not concerned about my specific problem. I was just a means to an end. No conversations before the test to tell the patient what to expect. Poor communication also from the insurance person before the scan. I will go back to the hospital or one of their centers next time.

I called and set up appointment and was seen within 3 days. I am very sensitive to tight places . I have had 3 MRI in the past 5 weeks and could not complete them due to getting frightening in the machine. I am 6ft 3in 280lbs . I called Medical Imaging Express and told them my concerns.On my arrival I found the facility to be very clean even the bathrooms . The front desk staff was pleasant to work with and answered all my questions in detail.I was placed on the MRI machine table and expressed my fear to the male tech . He was so confident in his job and made me fill at ease. During the first test I had a panic attack while the test was going on . I pressed the panic call ball in my hand. The tech was there on a speaker to ease me threw the remaining time left on the test to get the whole procedure completed .After the fist test was done the tech came in and let me get out and walk around and gather myself with no rush and he just kept talking with me untill I was ready for the second procedure.I dont know how long the procedure was to take but I know I took alot more time than it should . I was never rushed and my needs were treated with the upmost respect .For anyone who has a problem with confined space this medical facility is top shelf with there open air equipment and there awesome staff.Hats off to all the staff .Please consider this facility for your next MRI needs .Todd Campbell.

Over my life, Ive had probably a dozen MRIs. I have to say this was the very best experience Ive EVER had! Starting with Jennifer at the front desk and her friendly and welcoming nature. Then Mikhail took such great care of me before, during and after the MRI. The MRI was open (thank goodness!) and quite comfortable. Mikhail gave me a set of headphones and asked what kind of music I like to listen to. That, along with Mikhails calm and peaceful demeanor made for an enjoyable experience. I never want to go anywhere else again!!! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

They have the only upright MRI in SC! I have traveled from Charleston twice for their services. They are professional, friendly, and make an extra effort to keep you comfortable while you wait with chilled bottled water or coffee.

Absolutely the only way to go for an MRI. The staff is very helpful and the waiting room comfortable. The open MRI is not claustrophobic at all. With music playing in the headset, I found my experience to be 35 minutes of relaxation. I highly recommend Medical Imaging Express!
