Great attention to detail. Friendly and informative without being condescending. I felt like they really care about me as a person, having my best dental experience possible, not like some other places that just push you through. Very fair pricing that is clear and up-front. No immediate pressure to get treatments done right now.

A big thank you to Dr. Sauer and Shannon for extracting two of my wisdom teeth. Dentist was good. The hygienist tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a deep teeth cleaning. It was not needed and the hygienist was rough with me when I only wanted the cleaning my insurance would pay. I’m assuming she works on commissions.

We haven’t came to this office but a few times, and each visit the staff has made it a wonderful experience for my son. He is so terrified of the whole dental experience, but the staff is always patient, understanding, and caring to my boy and they’ve helped him during his nervousness of the whole X-ray and cleaning. The new dentist on staff was very helpful and developed a safe plan to keep my sons teeth healthy with out any type of unnecessary and invasive dental work. I couldn’t have picked a better dental office to come to.

Theyre staff is amazing!!!! And everything is so clean and they are so professional, the receptionist Ms.Miriam is so welcoming and then the hygienist Ms.Sylvia, with her lovely and helful assistant Ms.Jennifer, cleaned me up so perfectly and recommended exactly what worked for me!!!! If I could do a zero star, this is what this place deserve. They have a new hygienist who is recommending treatment that are not necessary just for money! Ive been there before and the dentist never recommended deep cleaning! They did regular cleaning on me which turned out fine. The new hygienist is just money chasing! Went in for my 6 months regular cleaning, she recommended deep cleaning which I really didnt think I needed, apparently they cannot do regular cleaning on me because she diagnosed me with gum disease. First I dont have bleeding gums or red gums as she portrayed, I was there a month before why dint the dentist mention anything!! All he said is hell have someone polish off the stains. So I dont see why I cant chose to have regular cleaning. I did deep cleaning on the lower jaw which turned out too painful and not worth the money coz the stains are still there anyway, called before second appointment and categorically stated I will be doing the regular cleaning for my upper jaw. I wish they told me over the phone they will not be doing it so I didnt have to take time off from work just to be turned down!!! I would not recommend anyone for this place, they treated me so wrong!

All of the staff are super friendly, from the front desk to the dental hygienist. They also know how to cater to children and my 3 yr old loved it.

I was seen 2 hrs after scheduled appointment. My son had been waiting on a empty stomach for tooth extraction ( as indicated ) when we tried to pick up medications in pharmacy they where not ready. This is for the “ SURGICAL DAY” terrible coordination. The dental part they are awesome

Oh my goodness! I have quite a bit work that needs to be done. My anxiety is through the roof when I even think about getting my teeth fixed. I was looking for someone in our plan, that used an oral sedation to help me with a severe toothache, and hopefully fix the rest of my teeth. I have so much good to say about this place. The girls that worked there were so sweet, and understanding, reassuring me I was in the best hands with Dr. Jenson. When he walked in my room, I knew I was in the right place. I am going next week to get my teeth fixed, and am so ready. I will be a regular, along with my family. Go see Family Smiles! You will not regret it. On a side note, his prices are wonderful which is an added bonus. We were extremely pleased.

The staff was so accommodating to my needs and sat down and explicitly explained what the were going to do and why they going to do it.

Staff was very friendly and they did an awesome job of explaining what was going on and what services were needed. They also did a breakdown of the price prior to doing any services and explained in detail which order services should be done for the maximum benefit of the services I was getting. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

It was different going in, and no one told us that Doctor Jenson was gone. The New doctor was good. The Hygienist though was super aggressive, not friendly and pushy. My 13 year old was almost in tears, she just had no care. We miss doctor Jenson, the new one is ok though.

This was the best experience of anyone asked about who to take their children to I would def day family smiles. They were all so polite and understanding with my children which have sensory disorders. They were very kind when my son had a melt down truly the best dentist Ive ever been to.

Love this office! Wish they would have loved to Greenville sooner! Staff is gracious, pleasant, easy to talk too and they make sure you’re question is answered even if it’s a dumb one. I enjoy their concern when it’s needed and how they don’t pressure you into any procedures when you aren’t ready. I won’t be going to any other Dentist office!

The customer service was amazing. I called because my daughters old dentist was always cancelling her appointments day of and today was the last day I was going to take that. I called them as a new patient for her, they got her in same day and treated her like royalty. The iPads in the waiting area for the little kids to play on was perfect. I highly recommend them to everyone! My daughter even said the dentist was so nice to her when she was back there.

I cant say enough about Dr. Jensen and his staff. Very polite & caring. Always prompt to follow up with any questions I may have. Jessica always makes sure Im comfortable with my procedures, always goes above and beyond to check on me periodically. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and courteous. Family Smiles of Greenville was the only office I could find close enough to me to do procedures during COVID-19 in a timely manner that also took my insurance. Even after my yearly allowable was met, I still travel over 2 hours (one way) to Family Smiles. Dr. Jensen sat down with me and discussed the best plan of action for meeting my immediate dental needs and also to maintain my specific needs. Im sure my requests for some of my dental work were more than the ordinary patient but the staff always facilitated them. I am very pleased with FSG and recommend them 100%.

I have been having to have my wisdom teeth extracted for the past 6 years but I had put it off because I was so scared. I finally went to Dr. Jensen to have them extracted, he assured me I would be ok an it would not hurt. I did not feel them when I had them removed. I was nervous when I walked in but he talked to me explaining everything an before I knew it he was finished. I’ve been taking my medications as prescribed an have not have any issues. Thank you Dr. Jensen and his assistants for helping me feel relaxed when I was a nervous wreck.

My husband and I have both had teeth pulled and my children visit this dentist for their annual dental exams. The staff is always super nice and my kids love going to the dentist because they know they’ll get prizes at the end of their visit. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I had an appointment at 9:00. Got there early, like I always do for appointments. Get there, sign in and do all necessary paperwork. While at the counter, I was ask my name and one office worker ask another “did I verify her insurance”. I chime in to say yes, because I called last week. Well, she didn’t. As I sit there others after me go back for X-rays and start their process while I’m sitting and waiting. After 15 minutes I ask why. Her response “I didn’t verify your insurance, I’m sorry. I got too busy!” What!? That’s not my fault and I should not have to sit and wait for you you. I expressed I wasn’t happy about it. Well, 15 minutes later (9:30), I’m still sitting waiting to be called so I told them I will reschedule. Nope! Not goin back.

I gave Family Smiles 5 stars because they made us feel welcomed. My daughter was a little nervous to try Family Smiles out, being her first time there. But she said “that place wasn’t that bad” and that is a very good compliment from her. The staff was really nice, we didn’t have to wait that long.

My daughter was terrified of getting caps on her teeth. By the end of the visit she was smiling and giggling. She felt no pain. Very kid friendly and kind and considerate.

After a horrible experience at other dentists family smiles has taken great care of me and have been super understanding and flexible. They even offer payment plans that are in house and work with you to get your teeth taken care of. They listened to me even when I was having difficulty getting numb during my procedure and was super patient about it.

This was the best experience I have ever had. I had 3 children in tow as they needed cleanings and the staff was wonderful! Every single person was awesome from the front desk, assistants, and dentist. They are very attentive to children. The bonus was sack lunches for long visits. In 23 years of taking children to dentist this was my best and favorite experience.

My son doesn’t do well with doctors / dentists. He is three years old, I’m so pleased with this office. We walked in everyone was very friendly and there was stuff for the kids to do. We didn’t have to wait long at all and the assistants and the dentist were very patient with him. My son left with a bunch of prizes and told he liked it. Well most definitely be coming back !

Office was clean and efficient. I was surprised you could take us right in and get all the work done in one day. I also liked the way you explained everything to us ahead of time. I was really impressed with Dr. Grantham and his assistant, Kayla.
