Shes very nice i actually felt comfortable i was stressed going in cause i usually struggle talking to complete strangers but that stress went away pretty quick im looking forward to coming back
I went to her to help cope with emotional abuse from my mother, so notice my surprise when she breaks doctor patient confidentiality and tells my emotionally abusive mother my mental disorders and doesnt tell me. I found out I had PTSD and anxiety from my sister, since my therapist told my mom and then my sister. I ended up more traumatized from therapists then just dealing with it myself. She just told me what she thought I wanted me hear, and not actually tell me whats wrong with me and how I can improve my life and well being. I ended up going to a mental hospital because she told me it was a good idea, and I got sent to one she thought was good. It wasnt, and I ended more traumatized. I dont blame her for sending me to one, I blame her for not reading the reviews and issues of the patients who have been there before me because there were many of them.
Sarah is a wonderful person to work with. Professionally she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Personally she is kind and considerate. I have enjoyed knowing her over the years and would recommend her to work with clients who desire a therapist that will strive to align with their personal needs in treatment planning and approach.
