My child is literally treated like an object here and the receptionists are completely rude and not helpful any time I try to call and get him help. It’s unfortunate that there aren’t enough places like this in the upstate, otherwise we’d go somewhere else.

Dr. Baker is a very good doctor because he gets to know his patients and very attentive to your needs. Being a single parent dealing with an high-strung child, Dr. Baker really listened and helped with our issues. The nurses are nice and the receptionists are too. Greenville Health system has so many connections to help understand diagnosis so far my experience has been good.

Ive been taking my son here for many years since his diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, & anxiety. I would not take him anywhere else. Today we had an appointment where a nurse, Judy C, went above and beyond to calm my child when it was time for his flu vaccine. My son has extreme anxiety, especially with vaccines, and will have a complete meltdown. Which is why I have opted out of him recieving it before, but felt it to be necessary this year since we ended up catching the flu last season. This particular nurse spent the extra time to calm and talk with my son. I have truly never seen anyone really be able to accomplish this before. Others would just simply ask me to subdue my own child. Thank you to this wonderful woman who really did more than she knows for us today!

They have keep postponing my sister’s appointment for the last 8 months.
