Anytime that Ive been to PHS, Ive received great services. Whether I needed lab work done or just needed to seek general health guidance from one of the medical professionals, the level of care and their staff has been exceptional.

Horrible experience. Dr. Rebekah is one of the worst doctors I have seen. She will arrive 2 hours after the scheduled appointment and then takes two minutes to actually do the physical. USCIS should not trust them. They are not trustworthy.We did our greencard physical here. They have overcharged us and have given my insurance the incorrect codes. My insurance told me that they charged me for services that they definitely did not do and were not necessary. They are very rude and unprofessional.

Should be zero star.I have my physical exam here for my Green card. The service here was terrible. In my first visit, without any explain, I had the TB test and others and pay a total of $300. Then I was told that the doctor only come every Wednesday to have physical exam and her schedule is already full for next two weeks. So I have to wait 3 weeks to have the physical exam.If they had told me this before, I would go elsewhere. Because other place only took about 3-5 days.OK, then I waited for three weeks, and told the doctor was sick and couldnt come. So I waited another two weeks as next week was full as well.Then I waited another 2 weeks. And I got another call to told me the doctor couldnt come again but they promise to make me an appointment after that week.The long waiting time really made me crazy. It took 6 weeks to have the exam which only took 2 minutes. Because they are too professional to squeeze a 2 minute slot????Also the price here is expensive:Physical exam $205,TB test $30,TDdap $110,MMR $130,Varicella $175Gonorrhea test $50,Syphilis test $15,You can have these done much cheaper somewhere else.Just dont go to them.
