The quality of service is great appointments are done on time and the staff is always friendly. Whenever an issue has arisen with the devices, I have always been seen in a timely manner and the issue is resolved as fast as they can. I appreciate the staff and would recommend their services.

I am more comfortable around friends and relatives because I can hear better and clearer. The doctor gave me tips on how I can set the volume up or down. Whatever problem or concerns I have I call the doctor, go in and he clears everything up. I am so much more comfortable with my hearing aids now and wear them more. My life has improved!

Charter was very knowledgeable and took time to explain Oticon hearing aids features. Also explained my hearing exam and how he was going to program my new hearing aid to my needs. While I was there he also reprogrammed my existing hearing aid to my new hearing exam. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing hearing help.

The young man who assisted me was really great. He explained the workings of the hearing aide throughly in a way I could understand. He was very patient and understanding of my needs.

These people are never there when they are supposed to be. Supposed to be there on Tuesdays and Thursdays and every other Friday. So I go by there on Tuesday and closed! Buyer beware if you are considering this company! I would surely go elsewhere if you want someone reliable!
