A lot of great staff - especially everyone in rehab working with my mom. Administrative staff was always available to answer my questions.

Worst experience EVER.... Every day it was something different. Some mornings my mom was soaked literally from head to toe from not being changed or checked at night, some days my mom was never gotten out of bed ( after being in the hospital for 17 days). I had to go out and purchase diapers, and bed pads for my mom, because they didnt supply them. I had to give my mom baths, and change her when needed because we knew it would be HOURS before anyone came in.. ( the aids and nurses would come in long enough to make sure the light was off). This place was messy from the beginning to the very end. One nurse or what ever she was, was down right mean, and disrespectful. I wont mention a name here, I will be issuing a full write up on that. But she was very Ill mannered ,and didnt even try to hide it. Awoman who had worked in the medical field 30+ years knew she wasnt getting proper care, but was afraid for us to put up a fuss about it, feared the staff would take it out on her. I myself have a degree as a Medical Assistant, and knew this was not proper care. I watched and observed never letting it be known because of my mothers wishes. I would like to thank 2 staff members for their great work Lisa Chauncey, and Stephanie Gay.. They are weekenders and I must say they were great... More to come...

Rehab personnel are ok. Other positions are generally understaffed. Ratio of aides to patients is too high. I understand it is often one aide for 10-12 patients. Takes a long time for assistance with bed pans, etc.

What a pitiful offering of skilled nursing care!!!! Patients in long term care are completely ignored. It is so sad and undignified to watch the level of blatant disregard for for those who need care and compassion MOST. Im completely sick to my stomach with what Ive witnessed for the past 3 days. My only hope is that it was the weekend and there was just no one else available to cover the day shifts.With the bad (and I mean it was bad) comes a little good. Nurse Darlene and Nyeisha are amazing, skilled and compassionate in their treatment and care of their patients. Thank goodness there are at least two clinicians in this facility who have what it takes. Its just too bad the patients had to wait all day to receive that care. But im setting here now at almost 2am and all on this hall have been attended to and all seems well.My advice, make sure you monitor how your loved ones are treated...or NOT treated!!!!!

This place is the worst rehab ever! Nurses are not there to help!Noisy, not organized center.Do not consider the golden living center as a rehab for someone you love.I saw a review with 5 stars for this center. It is a fake review I am sure.

I worked weekend 12 hour shifts. Having over 20 patients, when someone called out I had 40. Tell me how can anyone handle that much is behind me.
