Dr. McDonough and staff were efficient and made me as comfortable as possible going into a less than comfortable procedure. I experienced no discomfort or pain and was given best practice instructions to ensure this. I would recommend that if you’re a male interested in male birth control measures to go to Dr. Patrick McDonough.

My Father was referred to this Dr for Kidney issues. DO NOT GO to this Dr. This Dr and his Office Staff are the most unprofessional, dismissive , “medial professionals” I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They have given my Father the run around and switched his procedure multiple times. My Father has complained of pain and has been given the run around. They will not complete medical paperwork and refuse to listen to customers and they do not communicate with the patient or hospitals. The nurse with the West Indian accent “Zara” is rude and abrasive. This type of treatment is the reason why sick people are reluctant to trust medical professionals.

Such a hassle to refill prescription, 2 months later and still no refill. My pharmacist and I have called several times only to be directed to a voice mail even though initially we were speaking to a actual person

Although I got to my appt on time, I still had to wait close to TWO HOURS to see this Dr. Very unprofessional!
