The staff was great & the wait wasnt long. Dr. Pineda was very personable & attentive. She listened to my issues & addressed them well. My former Dr. left so I was hoping to get another good one & I did.

Staffs and Dr are very good and polite! I highly recommend going here. The staff that helped me was very kind , but I have no clue on his name.but he is the best.

I’m giving this place a 5 star rating. All the staff I encountered today were professionals. From the receptionist (Claudia Menjivar), to the medical assistant (Ariadne Herrera) and allergist (Dr. Pineda). They all explained to me everything I need to know. What I like the most is that they will look straight to your eyes while talking. They were able to answer all questions I had. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a medical center/office where it is very clean.

My 3 stars hasn’t nothing to do with the device i have been given. I love the company and the staff but I so DISLIKE calling in. I used to be able to get in and talk to the staff for my need then I’m done. Now i have to go through 100 steps just for a different location to pick up and send me back to office i need to do it all over again. I DONT KNOW WHO SET UP IT BUT PLEASE X IT.

The staff was so friendly and professional. The nurse was great she spent time asking me questions and offer information that was helpful. Dr. O was awesome my experience with her was great. I have bee experiencing a health issue I have been going to doctors no one really had an answer. Dr. O took the time to look at my current issue and able to trace what is happening, we now have a plan that will allow me to ensure my health needs will be meet.

The staff was so friendly and professional. The doctor who attended me gave me great insight on information I wasn’t aware of and also the nurse Kevin was such a gem! He was a sweetheart and great instructing you on what you had to do for your visit.

The staff and doctors are wonderful and the experience there was amazing. They definitely take the time to talk to you and make sure that you are doing good with everything as you go through the whole process.

In this place I got a perfect representation of what a health care should be, from the front desk to the doctors are all top notch. My visit to this place was worth it, and its a place I will recommend anyone to visit when the need arises. Doctor Nneoma, you have the best health care team.

Nursing staff are not professional. Safety protocols for allergy shorts are not in place. The nurses could make a mistake that would be dangerous to your health or health of your children. Last week the nurse gave my son injections from already expired vials, mixing up the doses and not waiting for me to check the vials and put my signature in the shot records! Details: We come to the Greenbelt office only for allergy shots. At the end of September 2020, my sons vials expired, so I brought the new ones from our doctors office. The nurse mixed new and old vials, without throwing away the expired vials after almost two months of expiration! We found this accidentally last week when I asked the nurse to check the expiration date and saw that the vials had expired. When I discussed with the nurse how this could happen and the location of the new vials, the second nurse gave my son the injections from the expired vials! It is important to note that the new vials have been diluted by our doctor, to increase my sons tolerance to the shots. Using the old and more concentrated vials, the nurse gave my son an increased dose of allergens ... well we were lucky because the vials get weaker after the expiration ... The allergy shots must be followed with safety protocols, and this place seems to have serious problems.

The staff could not be friendlier at this location. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to work with patients individually to meet their needs. Especially during the pandemic, they have taken extra measures to ensure safety of their staff as well as patients. Even behind their face masks, you can still hear and see you’re being greeted with a smile.

They are so sweet! Absolutely recommend them for small babies.

Loved my experience here, one of the best medical provider offices I have been to, EVER! Dr. Obiejemba was wonderful and explained everything to me in a way I understood. The nurses were very helpful and also explained things to me. Covid guidelines were followed very well. Thank you to all for the great experience, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Obiejemba!

I highly recommend Dr. Obiejemba at the Greenbelt location. She took the time to listen to my concerns, test and explain the issues and plan. The office and nursing staff are wonderful, very considerate and pleasant.

My first visit. Dr Objiemba was great. Very attentive and patient. I thought the waiting area was too crowded during this pandemic time. Wait time to see doctor was too long and especially now.

Ive been coming here for a couple years now. Doctors have been very responsive to feedback regarding my personal treatment and Ive had nothing but positive experiences with everyone in the office. Very professional and they have done a great job taking precautions regarding the pandemic.

I’ve had a very positive experience with this location - especially with the receptionists and the nursing staff. They are always pleasant, willing to help and make sure that I am up to date on my shots.

This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. The wait wasn’t too bad for a Friday, less than 20 minutes. Dr. Cuffee was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and gave me some great advise regarding my asthma & allergies. This was my first time at this location and It is now my primary allergist/asthma care.

This is a great place but I prefer the Bowie location over the Greenbelt location. Greenbelt is very busy. Once signed in it takes them 20-30 min. before they call you to get an allergy shot. Bowie almost never has a wait for shots. You sign in and in less then 5-7 min. they are calling you in the back. Although Greenbelt is very slow the staff is very friendly at both locations. One hour is extremely long to take an allergy shot.

This facility is so professional, I cant imagine going anywhere else. The doctor was very patient with me, he found out everything that I was allergic to & Im feeling much better. The staff is excellent, they greet you as soon as you walk in the door, the ladies that administer my shots are very good at what they do it never hurts and I do not like needles they make me feel very comfortable. Amazing staff!! From the start they have all been great! I am still a patient and enjoy each of the times I come for my weekly, now bi-weekly visits. I want to say I have been going there since February 2016 and the results are amazing!I have basically been allergic to everything besides food and medicine all my life!!!! I distinctly remember about a month ago visiting my mom and routinely going to pet the dog. Usually I wash my hands so that I will not react. Sadly, I forgot to, but realized I was NOT sneezing! Itchy! Coughing! Nothing! I was able to hold the dog and not feel any of my usual symptoms! Truly the best day of my life when regarding allergies!!I highly recommend this location! They care! :)

My son Wyatt has been suffering from eczema since has was a baby. we tried dermatologist & nothing worked. as he got older symptoms spread and he would get headaches, puffy eyes and nose bleeds when he went outside. we finally found allergy and asthma center. they tested him & because of his reactions they suggested allergy injections. they were very through in the process and made sure i knew what i was committing to. were 2 1/2 yrs in and I cant explain the difference! NO more picking him up from school when they open the windows. Dr Okocha has been amazing. She has been understanding of his age and has done everything she can to make sure hes a little boy who can run around outside & play as all boys should, and thats exactly what hes doing now.

I love the doctors but either the receptionist staff is oblivious or straight up swindling people out of money. I called to see if they accept my insurance, they said they do. I asked if there’s a copay or if I’d owe extra, they say there’s no way to tell without me having an appointment (false) but I shouldn’t have to pay more than 50 dollars or so. I go, am very pleased with the doctor and nurses, and everything seems fine. I go for the follow up, I’m approached with:“you owe us a lot of money”“Uhh, I called, and was told that you guys accepted my insurance”“There’s no way to tell if we do without you having an appointment, here’s a $350 bill”So, yeah. It’s a shame because I loved the doctor, but that was absurdEditing to the response I received:You mean to tell me that literally every other health care provider I see that is able to run my insurance and tell me how much itll cost me with my plan is a fraud or something? Youre the only place Ive ever called and was told that you dont know what my copay will be. So you have a lack of customer care then. Still not coming back here. Again, great doctors, but Im upset with how much I had to pay for your basic services

The staff is kind and helpful. The doctors are personally concerned with your health. This is a very busy office and they provide good customer service.

Wait times are excessive for shots, clearly they are understaffed. Shot administrators tend to give unreasonable direction about shot schedules that I have never experienced with other allergists. Not easy for those with standard work schedules.

Worst allergist office Ive ever been to. Absolutely terrible service. They take forever to even put you in the system to get an injection, and each visit for a shot will take at least an hour. They close randomly without notice (just a sign on the office door the day of), and then act like its your fault you missed a shot next time you come in. If I could afford the cost of switching, Id do it in a heartbeat.
